3) For a given piece to be machined, the mounting angle and position of each gun is often predetermined, with different guns having different mounting angles with respect to the workpiece; however, when the gun to be replaced is mounted again after the bolt or pin is removed during gun replacement, it is not easy to determine the accurate gun mounting angle and position because different guns have different mounting angles with respect to the workpiece to be machined. For this reason, in the prior art, the spray gun and the rack are mounted in advance and replaced together with the rack, which results in higher cost and higher weight and brings great difficulty to replacement work; in addition, the use efficiency of the spray gun is reduced.
