When the rack 25 moves upward to the top, the third ratchet assembly 24 rotates to press the stopper 34 to slide upward on the third guide rod 32, the fourth spring 33 is compressed, and when the partition 26 moves downward to drive the stopper 34 to no longer contact with the third ratchet assembly 24, the fourth spring 33 resets to drive the stopper 34 to slide downward on the third guide rod 32. The device is simple in structure, can play a limiting role, and prevents the third ratchet wheel assembly 24 from completely separating from the rack 25.
The trimming device is characterized by further comprising nuts 35, second positioning columns 36, fixing plates 37 and a protection plate 38, the nuts 35 are arranged at the bottom ends of the four third guide rods 32, the second positioning columns 36 are symmetrically arranged on the rear side of the second supporting plate 7, the fixing plates 37 are arranged on the two second positioning columns 36, the protection plate 38 is arranged on the fixing plates 37, and the three trimming blades 807 are located in the protection plate 38.
The guard plate 38 can play a role in protection, and can prevent workers from being cut by the trimming blade 807 when trimming garden shrubs.

the ratchet wheel assembly comprises a first ratchet wheel assembly (411), wherein the first ratchet wheel assembly (411) is arranged at one end of a first transmission shaft (407) on one side and one end of a second transmission shaft (410) on one side, the first ratchet wheel assembly (411) consists of two ratchet wheels, one ratchet wheel is arranged at one end of the first transmission shaft (407) on one side, the other ratchet wheel is arranged at one end of the second transmission shaft (410) on one side, and the two ratchet wheels are matched with each other;
the ratchet wheel assembly comprises a second ratchet wheel assembly (412), wherein the second ratchet wheel assembly (412) is arranged at one end of the first transmission shaft (407) on the other side and one end of the second transmission shaft (410) on the other side, the second ratchet wheel assembly (412) is composed of two ratchet wheels, one ratchet wheel is arranged at one end of the first transmission shaft (407) on the other side, the other ratchet wheel is arranged at one end of the second transmission shaft (410) on the other side, and the two ratchet wheels are matched with each other.
