the included angle between the connecting line of the magnetic induction sensor 51 and the center of the washing barrel and the connecting line of the drainage device 3 and the center of the washing barrel is alpha; the included angle between the connecting line of the magnet 52 and the center of the washing barrel 1 and the connecting line of the drainage device 3 and the center of the washing barrel 1 is alpha-20 degrees; preferably, the magnetic induction sensor 51 is arranged on the water pan 2, the magnet 52 is fixed at the bottom of the washing tub 1, and when the magnet 52 rotates along with the washing tub 1, the magnet 52 generates a signal after passing through the magnetic induction sensor 51, so as to control the washing tub 1 to stop rotating; the magnetic induction sensor 51 and the magnet 52 are arranged in a staggered manner, so that the magnetic induction sensor 51 can detect the change of the signal conveniently.

after washing, controlling the traction motor 42 to rotate forward, sliding the rod 32 downwards to a first preset position, opening the water outlet 11, discharging the washing water in the washing barrel 1 to the outside of the washing machine, and repeating the steps of subsequent rinsing and dewatering;
the traction motor 42 is used for realizing the stretching of the traction rope 43 by positive and negative rotation, the opening, the positioning and the sealing of the water outlet 11 of the washing machine washing barrel 1 are completed, and the positioning is accurate and convenient.
In other embodiments, the bottom of the rod 32 is formed with a first trigger position 322 and a second trigger position 323 which are oppositely arranged, and a position sensor is arranged in the installation cavity 351, and the position sensor is electrically connected with a controller of the washing machine and transmits detection data to the controller;
when the driving mechanism 4 drives the rod 32 to move upwards and the position sensor detects the first trigger position 322, the controller controls the driving mechanism 4 to stop working, the side part of the sealing part 312 is contacted with the blocking part 12, and the sealing part 312 is positioned below the water outlet 11;
when the position sensor detects the second trigger position 323, the controller controls the driving mechanism 4 to stop operating, and the sealing portion 312 seals the drain opening 11.

Claims (10)

1. A washing machine is characterized by comprising a washing barrel and a drainage device, wherein a drainage port is formed at the barrel bottom of the washing barrel, a water receiving tray is arranged below the drainage port, and a blocking piece is arranged at the drainage port; the drainage device is arranged between the water outlet and the water pan and comprises:
the top of the sealing limiting structure is provided with a sealing part matched with the water outlet, the side part of the sealing limiting structure is provided with a limiting part matched with the blocking part, and a cavity is formed inside the sealing limiting structure;
the rod piece extends upwards from the bottom of the cavity into the cavity and is connected with the sealing part;
the driving mechanism is connected with the rod piece in a driving mode so as to drive the rod piece to move up and down;
the rod piece is provided with a first preset position, a second preset position and a third preset position in the moving direction:
when the rod piece is driven by the driving mechanism to move downwards to a first preset position, the sealing part is separated from a water outlet, the water outlet is opened, and the washing barrel can drain water to the water receiving tray;
when the rod piece is driven by the driving mechanism to move upwards to a second preset position, the limiting part is matched with the blocking piece, and the sealed part is positioned below the water outlet;
when the rod is driven by the driving mechanism to move upwards to a third preset position, the sealing part seals the water outlet, and the washing barrel stores water.
2. The washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drain device further includes a first bracket provided at a bottom of the sealing and position limiting structure, the driving mechanism is provided at the bottom of the first bracket, and the first bracket is formed with a sliding hole; one end of the rod piece penetrates through the sliding hole and is connected with the bottom of the sealing part through a supporting part, and the other end of the rod piece is in driving connection with the driving mechanism;
under the action of the driving mechanism, the rod piece slides up and down along the slide hole, so that the sealing part opens the water outlet or seals the water outlet or is positioned below the water outlet.
3. The washing machine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the first bracket is formed with a first stopper, the first stopper forming the slide hole; the driving mechanism comprises an elastic piece, a traction motor and a traction rope; one end of the elastic piece is connected with one end of the rod piece, and the other end of the elastic piece is connected with the first limiting piece; one end of the traction rope is connected with the other end of the rod piece, and the other end of the traction rope is connected with the traction motor;
when the traction motor rotates forwards, the rod piece slides downwards under the action of the traction rope, the elastic piece is compressed, and when the rod piece slides to a first preset position, the sealing part is separated from the water outlet;
when the traction motor rotates reversely, the rod piece slides upwards under the action of the elastic piece, and when the rod piece slides to a second preset position, the limiting part is contacted with the blocking piece; when the rod piece slides to a third preset position, the sealing part seals the water outlet.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein a fixing part is formed at a bottom of the sealing stopper structure, the fixing part being provided on the first bracket; a corrugated section is arranged between the sealing part and the fixing part; the sealing part, the corrugated section and the fixing part enclose the cavity; under the action of the driving mechanism, the corrugated section extends or contracts, and the sealing part slides up and down relative to the fixing part.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the drain device further includes a second bracket disposed on the first bracket and disposed at the same side as the sealing and limiting structure; the water receiving tray is provided with a mounting opening, and the drainage device is fixed at the mounting opening through the second bracket; a second limiting piece is formed on the first bracket or the second bracket or between the first bracket and the second bracket; the fixing part is fixed on the first support through the second limiting part.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 5, wherein the drain device further includes a third bracket disposed at a bottom of the first bracket, the third bracket is formed with a mounting cavity, a through hole is formed at a bottom of the mounting cavity, and the other end of the rod member passes through the mounting cavity and is connected to the traction rope through the through hole.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 6, wherein a first trigger position and a second trigger position are formed at the bottom of the rod member and are oppositely arranged, a first limit switch and/or a second limit switch are/is arranged in the mounting cavity, and the first limit switch and the second limit switch are electrically connected with a controller of the washing machine;
when the driving mechanism drives the rod piece to move upwards, the first trigger position is in contact with a first limit switch, the first limit switch is opened, the controller controls the driving mechanism to stop acting, the limit part is in contact with a blocking piece, and the sealing part is positioned below the water outlet;
the second trigger position is in contact with a second limit switch, the second limit switch is started, the controller controls the driving mechanism to stop acting, and the sealing part seals the water outlet.

The washing machine as claimed in claim 7, wherein when the driving mechanism drives the rod to move downwards, the first trigger position is separated from the first limit switch, the first limit switch is turned off, the second trigger position is separated from the second limit switch, the second limit switch is turned off, the controller controls the driving mechanism to stop, and the sealing part is far away from the water outlet.

A washing machine as claimed in claim 6 wherein the drip tray is provided with one of a magnetic induction sensor and a magnet, and the bottom of the washing tub is provided with the other of the magnetic induction sensor and the magnet; the magnetic induction sensor is electrically connected with a controller of the washing machine; preferably, an included angle between a connecting line of the magnetic induction sensor and the center of the washing barrel and a connecting line of the drainage device and the center of the washing barrel is alpha; the included angle between the connecting line of the magnet and the center of the washing barrel and the connecting line of the drainage device and the center of the washing barrel is alpha-20 degrees.
10. A control method for a washing machine according to claim 9, characterized in that when the washing machine runs a washing program, firstly, the rod is at a first preset position, the water outlet is opened, the washing tub rotates and rotates until the signal of the magnetic induction sensor is "disappear-generate-disappear", and the washing tub stops rotating; secondly, the rod piece is controlled to move upwards to a second preset position, the washing barrel rotates, the limiting part is in contact with the blocking piece, and the sealing part is positioned below the water outlet; and finally, the rod piece is controlled to move upwards to a third preset position, the sealing part seals the water outlet, and the washing barrel starts to feed water.
