The anti-blocking split-flow urban rainwater accumulation device with sewage interception and cleaning functions as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the center line of the rotary table and the center line of the rotary rod are overlapped, the outer diameter of the rotary table is smaller than the length of the through groove, the through groove with the smooth inner part is in sliding connection with the protruding block, and the lowest point of the rotary table is higher than the highest point of the supporting plate.
