Description
Technical Field
The invention provides a tea bag with stomach nourishing and digestion promoting functions and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of agricultural product processing.
Background
The common western medicines for treating gastropathy in the market are prazole and obliqui medicines, the occasional or common adverse reactions of the medicines are diarrhea, headache, nausea, abdominal pain, flatulence and constipation, occasional serum aminotransferase (ALT, AST) increase, rash, dizziness, somnolence, insomnia and the like, and the instruction can prompt people with liver and kidney insufficiency to use with caution. Some of the herbs are also commonly used for treating gastropathy and dyspepsia, but because of their cool and hot properties, they have some adverse reactions if they are not taken properly.
Therefore, a food-grade formula which is safer, wider in application range and people and free of side effects is needed to fill the gap.
In China, the composition of medicinal and edible raw materials and proper tea raw materials can achieve the effect. At present, some data are researched, and the following are known materials, CN201811103913.0 is a hericium erinaceus stomach-nourishing composition containing hericium erinaceus extract, cordyceps militaris extract, grifola frondosa extract, inulin extract, poria cocos extract, soybean peptide and rosa roxburghii; CN 201810347146.1A Hericium erinaceus stomach nourishing granule and a preparation method thereof, and provides a Hericium erinaceus stomach nourishing granule and a preparation method thereof: mixing 10 parts by weight of hericium erinaceus, 2-4 parts by weight of astragalus membranaceus, 1-3 parts by weight of hawthorn and 2-4 parts by weight of codonopsis pilosula in proportion, and then carrying out water boiling extraction; the materials all disclose the effect of the hericium erinaceus in the aspect of nourishing the stomach, other raw materials are not compounded, the products for nourishing the stomach and promoting digestion are properly added with the Pu' er tea and the green tea, the system research is not carried out, and the blank is filled up by the hericium erinaceus health-care tea. The tea bag has the double effects of nourishing the stomach and promoting the digestion function, and also has the anti-tumor effect of inhibiting the growth of human liver cancer tumor cells (Bel7402) and human lung cancer tumor cells (A549).
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a tea bag with the functions of nourishing the stomach and promoting digestion and a preparation method thereof, and overcomes the defects of the prior art.
A tea bag with stomach nourishing and digestion promoting functions and a preparation method thereof are disclosed, wherein the tea bag comprises the following components in parts by weight: the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-100 parts of Pu' er tea, 20-100 parts of hericium erinaceus, 1-10 parts of green tea, 1-10 parts of liquorice and 1-10 parts of momordica grosvenori.
Preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of Pu' er tea, 20-50 parts of hericium erinaceus, 2-5 parts of green tea, 1-3 parts of liquorice and 1-3 parts of momordica grosvenori.
Further preferably, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-70 parts of Pu' er tea, 20-40 parts of hericium erinaceus, 2-3 parts of green tea, 1-2 parts of liquorice and 1-2 parts of momordica grosvenori.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 65-70 parts of Pu' er tea, 20-30 parts of hericium erinaceus, 2.2-3 parts of green tea, 1.5-2 parts of liquorice and 1.5-2 parts of momordica grosvenori.
In the above composition:
the weight parts can be the weight units known in the medical field such as mu g, mg, g, kg, and the like, and can also be multiples thereof such as 1/10, 1/100, 10, 100, and the like.
The Pu' er tea, the hericium erinaceus, the green tea, the liquorice and the momordica grosvenori can be obtained from markets.
The composition of the present invention can be crushed by conventional methods known to those skilled in the art and made into tea bags according to actual needs.
The invention relates to a tea bag with stomach nourishing and digestion promoting functions and a preparation method thereof, wherein the tea bag comprises the following steps:
1) smashing and sieving Pu' er tea, hericium erinaceus, green tea, liquorice and momordica grosvenori, selecting particles of 20-60 meshes, weighing the raw materials according to a ratio, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture;
2) soaking the mixture obtained in the step 1) with cold water, and then drying until the water content is 6-10%. Wherein the mixture is soaked in cold water and dried under the following conditions: pure water with the conductivity of 7-10 us/cm at 25 ℃ is adopted, the temperature of the water is adjusted to be 12-20 ℃, the mixture is soaked in an atomized mode for 1-3 hours, the water content of the mixture reaches 20-25%, and then the soaked mixture is dried to be 6-10%.
3) And subpackaging the dried mixture into small packages of 2-5 g, and filling the small packages into food-grade filter paper bags to obtain the product.
The composition provided by the invention has the following advantages:
1. the invention takes Pu' er tea, hericium erinaceus, green tea, liquorice and momordica grosvenori as main raw materials, so that various components are reasonably combined and matched for sharing, the stomach nourishing and digestion promoting functions are achieved in multiple ways and in multiple levels, and the stomach-nourishing tea is suitable for stomach problems caused by poor diet and living habits.
2. The tea bag provided by the invention has harmonious colors after being brewed and has the special fragrance of the plant extract.
3. Experiments show that the stomach discomfort of volunteers taking the composition and the preparation provided by the invention is obviously improved (nourishing the stomach and promoting digestion), and the effective rate can reach more than 80%.
4. Through in vitro cell activity screening, the substitute tea product disclosed by the invention is found to have an inhibition rate of 17% or more on human liver cancer tumor cells (Bel7402) and an inhibition rate of 15% or more on human lung cancer tumor cells (A549) when the final concentration is 5 mug/ml.
5. The preparation method can quickly dissolve out the effective components, accelerate the action time and improve the drinking effect.
The specific embodiment is as follows:
the following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. In the following examples:
the Pu' er tea is a fermented mature product purchased from Tianjin Yibeiyuan natural product technology limited company;
the hericium erinaceus is a dry product and is provided by agricultural product fresh-keeping and processing technology research institute of agricultural academy of agricultural sciences in Tianjin;
the green tea has tea polyphenol content of more than 15%, and is purchased from Tianjin Yibeiyuan natural product technology limited company;
the liquorice and the momordica grosvenori meet the 2015 pharmacopoeia standard and are purchased from Tianjin Yibeiyuan natural product technology limited company.
Example 1:
the formula is as follows: 65 parts of Pu' er tea, 20 parts of hericium erinaceus, 2.2 parts of green tea, 1.5 parts of liquorice and 1.5 parts of momordica grosvenori.
The invention relates to a tea bag with stomach nourishing and digestion promoting functions and a preparation method thereof, wherein the tea bag comprises the following steps:
