本发明公开了一种含桉叶油的生物复合制剂及其制备方法,包括桉叶油1‑100重量份和石灰氮1‑100重量份。本发明含桉叶油的生物复合制剂根线虫防治效果较好,低毒,较为环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及油樟应用领域,具体涉及一种含桉叶油的生物复合制剂及其使用方法。
背景技术
油樟(学名:Cinnamomum longipaniculatum(Gamble)N.Chao exH.W.Li)是樟科,樟属常绿乔木,高可达20米,胸径50厘米;树皮灰色,枝条圆柱形,无毛,幼枝纤细,叶片互生,卵形或椭圆形,先端骤然短渐尖至长渐尖,上面深绿色,光亮,下面灰绿色,晦暗,两面无毛,叶柄腹平背凸,淡绿色,圆锥花序腋生,纤细,分枝细弱,每岐为3-7花的聚伞花序,序轴无毛,花淡黄色,有香气,花梗纤细,花被筒倒锥形,花被裂片卵圆形,花丝被白柔毛,花丝无腺体,花药长圆形,子房卵珠形,幼果球形,5-6月开花,7-9月结果。
宜宾是油樟的原生资源地,截止2018年底,全市油樟林基地47万亩,粗樟油产量占全国70%以上,宜宾粗油樟出油率高,油质好,在国际市场属免检产品。
目前提取粗樟油的主要方法有CO2超临界萃取法、水蒸汽汽提法、浸提法等,通过这些提取法从粗樟油中提取目标产物,其中桉叶油即为目标产物中的一种。
根线虫,又名根结线虫,是动物门,线虫纲的一种昆虫。雌雄异体。幼虫呈细长蠕虫状,危害蔬菜,寄主范围广泛,在无寄主条件下可存活一年。被害株地上部生长矮小、缓慢、叶色异常,结果少,产量低,甚至造成植株提早死亡。
根线虫大多生活在土壤中,有的寄生在植物体内,通过土壤或种子传播,能破坏植物的根系,或侵入地上部分的器官,影响农作物的生长发育,并且间接传播其他微生物引起的病害,造成农业上很大的经济损失。目前世界上专用的效果比较好的杀线虫剂很少,仅有十余种,并且由于现有的效果较好的杀线虫剂对人畜的毒性较高。
石灰氮,是由氰氨化钙、氧化钙和其他不溶性杂质构成的混合物,呈灰黑色,有特殊臭味,可用作根线虫杀虫剂,撒施法撒施量30g/m2,防效约50%左右。
现有桉叶油一般用作止咳糖、胶姆糖、含漱剂、牙膏和空气清净剂中,其它用途尚未见报道。
发明内容
基于上述问题,一方面,本发明提供一种含桉叶油的生物复合制剂,该含桉叶油的生物复合制剂根线虫防治效果较好,低毒,较为环保。
一种含桉叶油的生物复合制剂,包括:
桉叶油1-100重量份和石灰氮1-100重量份。
在本申请的一个或多个具体的实施方式中,所述桉叶油10-20重量份,石灰氮10-20重量份。
在本申请的一个或多个具体的实施方式中,所述桉叶油由油樟制备而成。
一方面,本发明还提供一种含桉叶油的生物复合制剂的使用方法。
一种上述的含桉叶油的生物复合制剂的使用方法,该方法将上述的含桉叶油的生物复合制剂撒施于土壤中,撒施量为10-100g/m2。
在本申请的一个或多个具体的实施方式中,所述撒施量为30g/m2。
在本申请的一个或多个具体的实施方式中,所述含桉叶油的生物复合制剂用于防治植物的根线虫和/或灭杀植物的根线虫。
在本申请的一个或多个具体的实施方式中,所述植物为黄瓜。
本申请的发明原理及有益效果在于:
本发明将石灰氮、桉叶油和聚乙二醇混合作为生物复合制剂,令人惊讶地发现,根线虫防治取得了较好的效果,且低毒,环保。

本发明中,重量份的意思是以重量为计量单位,如1重量份的意思是:当重量为Kg时,1重量份的意思是1Kg;当重量为g时,1重量份的意思是1g,依次类推,不局限于某一具体的Kg或g。
下述实施例1-3中,石灰氮(hymexazol)、聚乙二醇和桉叶油均为市购商品,其中桉叶油由粗樟油提取制备而成。
实施例1
取石灰氮15重量份,桉叶油15重量份,混合均匀作为试样1。
实施例2
取石灰氮10重量份,桉叶油20重量份,混合均匀作为试样2。
实施例3
取石灰氮20重量份,桉叶油10重量份,混合均匀作为试样3。
实施例4
取石灰氮30重量份作为试样4。
实施例5
取桉叶油30重量份作为试样5。
实施例6
取试样1-5及36个大小均一的装有种植土的种植盆。
试样1为组1,试样2为组2,试样3为组3,试样4为组4,试样5为组5。
36个大小均一的装有种植土的种植盆分为6组,试样1对应6个种植盆,试样2对应6个种植盆,试样3对应6个种植盆,试样4对应6个种植盆,试样5对应6个种植盆,剩余的6个种植盆对应对照组。
在每个种植盆中播种同样数量的黄瓜种子,其中,组1用试样1处理,组2用试样2处理,组3用试样3处理,组4用试样4处理,组5用试样5处理,对照组未进行处理。组1-5处理为撒施法撒施,撒施量为30g/m2。
播种7天后,在黄瓜幼苗左右两侧的两个孔中接种根线虫。接种10天后,切除上部植物,去除根部的种植土。根内根线虫用酸性品红染色液染色,在40倍解剖镜下对根内线虫进行观察定量,根据观察定量确定每组防效,结果见下表1。

表1中,防效计算以对照组的根线虫的数量为基值,计算公式为:
防效=100*(对照组根线虫数-每组根线虫数)/对照组根线虫数
其中,对照组根线虫数量为平均对照组根线虫数量,平均对照组根线虫数量为经格拉布斯准则进行排除可疑数据后计算的平均值。
其中,对照组根线虫数量为平均对照组根线虫数量,每组根线虫数为经格拉布斯准则进行排除可疑数据后计算的平均值。

1.一种含桉叶油的生物复合制剂,包括:
桉叶油1-100重量份和石灰氮1-100重量份。
2.根据权1所述的含桉叶油的生物复合制剂,其特征在于,所述桉叶油10-20重量份,石灰氮10-20重量份。
3.根据权1或2所述的含桉叶油的生物复合制剂,其特征在于,所述桉叶油由油樟制备而成。
4.一种权1-3任一所述的含桉叶油的生物复合制剂的使用方法,其特征在于,该方法将权1-3任一所述的含桉叶油的生物复合制剂撒施于土壤中,撒施量为10-100g/m2。
5.根据权4所述的含桉叶油的生物复合制剂的使用方法,其特征在于,所述撒施量为30g/m2。
6.根据权4-6任一所述的含桉叶油的生物复合制剂的使用方法,其特征在于,所述含桉叶油的生物复合制剂用于防治植物的根线虫和/或灭杀植物的根线虫。
7.根据权6所述的含桉叶油的生物复合制剂的使用方法,其特征在于,所述植物为黄瓜。
