As shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the casing 100 has an inner cavity, the casing 100 is provided with an input port communicating with the inner cavity, and two recovery spaces located below the input port are formed in the inner cavity and are respectively used for accommodating the target package and the non-target package. For convenience of illustration, the recycle space for accommodating the target class wrapper is defined as a first recycle space 121, and the recycle space for accommodating the non-target class wrapper is defined as a second recycle space 122. The partition control unit 200 is disposed in the inner cavity, and the partition control unit 200 can selectively block a top opening of one of the two recycling spaces. The attribute identifying unit 300 is disposed outside the housing 100, and the attribute identifying unit 300 can collect attribute information of the package to be recovered, where the attribute information includes whether the package to be recovered belongs to a target package, in this embodiment, a corrugated paper package is used as the target package, and in other embodiments, other package types may be selected as the target package. The control system 400 is connected to the partition control unit 200 and the attribute identifying unit 300, respectively, and the control system 400 can control the partition control unit 200 based on the attribute information. Accordingly, when the attribute information collected by the attribute identification unit 300 includes information that the package to be recovered belongs to the target package, the control system 400 controls the partition control unit 200 to shield the second recovery space 122, that is, to open the top opening of the first recovery space 121, so that the package dropped into the casing 100 can fall into the first recovery space 121. Accordingly, when the attribute information collected by the attribute identification unit 300 includes information that the package to be recovered does not belong to the target package (i.e., belongs to the non-target package), the control system 400 controls the partition control unit 200 to block the first recovery space 121, i.e., to open the top opening of the second recovery space 122, so that the package dropped into the casing 100 can fall into the second recovery space 122. Through the design, the packaging recovery device provided by the invention has the functions of automatic identification, automatic metering and the like, can realize automatic acquisition of the packaging attribute data of the agricultural products, is beneficial to the subsequent formation of an agricultural product waste material recovery system with a sound service network and facilities, plays the roles of waste material collection, classification, storage, processing and transaction, integrates resources, utilizes scale recovery treatment and reduces the recovery cost.
Preferably, in this embodiment, the attribute information may also preferably include the integrity of the package to be recycled. Specifically, the integrity of the package to be recovered can be calculated by using the attribute identification unit 300 according to the boundary range, so as to determine whether the package to be recovered is complete and the integrity level.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the attribute information may also preferably include a size specification of the package to be recycled. Specifically, the size specification of the package to be recovered may be determined by calculating the area of the outline of the package to be recovered by using the attribute identifying unit 300 according to the boundary range.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, the attribute information may also preferably contain the weight of the package to be recycled. Specifically, the weight of the package to be recycled may be collected using the attribute identification unit 300.
Preferably, in the present embodiment, taking the target package as a corrugated paper package as an example, whether the package to be recovered belongs to the target package may be determined by the attribute identification unit 300 according to the color and texture of the package to be recovered.
Preferably, the housing 100 serves as a mechanical carrier for other units, and may be retrofitted with existing waste bins or existing packing recycling bins. Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the housing 100 has a cavity therein, the cavity is roughly divided into two upper and lower regions, the upper region can be defined as the input space 110, and the lower region can be defined as the two recovery spaces. On this basis, the housing 100 may preferably have a feeding opening, and the feeding opening is communicated with the feeding space 110 of the cavity, so that a user can feed a package to be recovered (for example, the volume of the recovery space can be reduced after the package to be recovered is folded) through the feeding opening. The launch space 110 and the two recovery spaces may be separated in the vertical direction by the partition control unit 200, and the partition control unit 200 may separate at least one of the launch space 110 and the first recovery space 121 and the launch space 110 and the second recovery space 122 at the same time. The two recycling spaces can be formed by dividing the structures such as vertically arranged partition boards, and can also respectively adopt independent accommodating structures, such as a recycling box.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the partition control unit 200 may preferably include a baffle 210, a partition driving module 220, and a partition control module 230. Specifically, the baffle 210 is disposed in the inner cavity, the baffle 210 can move between two shielding positions, when the baffle 210 is located at one shielding position, the baffle 210 is shielded above the top opening of the first recycling space 121, and when the baffle 210 is located at the other shielding position, the baffle 210 is shielded above the top opening of the second recycling space 122. The partition driving module 220 is connected to the barrier 210, and the partition driving module 220 is used for driving the barrier 210. The partition control module 230 is respectively connected to the partition driving module 220 and the control system 400, and the partition control module 230 can control the partition driving module 220 according to a control instruction of the control system 400 or directly according to the attribute information collected by the attribute identification unit 300, so that the baffle 210 is controlled to move to one of the shielding positions by the driving of the partition driving module 220. For example, the baffle 210 is arranged in a substantially horizontal direction, the baffle 210 may be designed to normally (by default) close the second recycling space 122, that is, open the first recycling space 121, and once the to-be-recycled package is identified as a non-paper material (belonging to a non-corrugated paper package) such as foam, the baffle 210 moves horizontally to switch to another shielding position, and shields the first recycling space 121, that is, opens the second recycling space 122. The partition driving module 220 can receive the control command of the partition control module 230, and send a pulse signal to drive the baffle 210 to move forward or backward in the horizontal direction. The partition control module 230 can determine that the driving module needs to execute the action according to the attribute information output by the attribute identification unit 300, and issue a control command to the driving module.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the attribute identifying unit 300 may preferably include a stage 310, an image capturing module 320, and an attribute calculating module 330. Specifically, the stage 310 is disposed outside the housing 100, and the stage 310 is used for carrying the package to be recycled. The image acquisition module 320 is disposed above the carrier 310, and the image acquisition module 320 can acquire the image information of the package to be recycled. The attribute calculation module 330 is connected to the image acquisition module 320 and the control system 400, respectively, and the attribute calculation module 330 can calculate the attribute information about the package to be recycled according to the image information acquired by the image acquisition module 320 and send the attribute information to the control system 400. In the present embodiment, for example, the attribute information includes the type, integrity, dimension, weight, etc. of the package to be recovered, the image capturing module 320 and the attribute calculating module 330 can calculate the attribute information about the type, integrity, and dimension from the captured image information. In other embodiments, the attribute information of different types may be obtained by different acquisition and calculation elements, respectively, and is not limited to the embodiment.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, based on the design that the attribute identification unit 300 includes the stage 310, the image capture module 320 and the attribute calculation module 330, in this embodiment, the image capture module 320 may preferably include three image capture devices. Specifically, the three image capturing devices are disposed above the stage 310 and connected to the attribute calculating module 330 respectively. Also, the three image capture devices may preferably be co-located on a circular arc path having an arc apex directly above the geometric center of the stage 310. Accordingly, the three image collecting devices can collect the image information of the package to be recovered from the three angles respectively, and therefore the attribute calculating module 330 can calculate the attribute information of the package to be recovered according to the image information of the three angles, so that the collection of the image information and the calculation of the attribute information are more accurate. In other embodiments, the image capturing module 320 may further include one, two, or more than four image capturing devices, and preferably includes a plurality of image capturing devices, which is not limited to this embodiment.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, based on the design that the image capturing module 320 includes a plurality of image capturing devices, and the plurality of image capturing devices are located on a circular arc path in common, in this embodiment, the plurality of image capturing devices located on the circular arc path may preferably adopt a uniformly arranged arrangement. Taking the three image capturing devices of the present embodiment as an example, the corresponding arc of the arc sandwiched by every two adjacent image capturing devices on the circular arc path may preferably be 45 °.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, based on the design that the image capturing module 320 includes a plurality of image capturing devices, and the plurality of image capturing devices are located on a circular arc path, in the present embodiment, the carrier 310 is rectangular, and on this basis, the corresponding circle radius of the circular arc path may be preferably equal to one half of the maximum side length of the carrier 310.
Further, in the present embodiment, the pixels of the image acquired by the image acquisition module 320 may preferably be not less than 500 ten thousand pixels and output to the attribute calculation module 330 through the connection line. The attribute calculation module 330 obtains the image, and performs preprocessing (the preprocessing may preferably include denoising, smoothing, transforming, and other processing means), feature extraction and selection, classifier design, and classification decision on the image, so as to determine the attribute information of the current package to be recycled. For example, according to the color and the texture, the attribute calculation module 330 may determine whether the package to be recycled is a corrugated paper package. For another example, according to the boundary range, the attribute calculating module 330 may calculate whether the contour of the package to be recovered is regular, so as to determine whether the package to be recovered is complete and integrity thereof. For another example, according to the boundary range, the attribute calculation module 330 may calculate the area (or length and width dimensions, etc.) of the outline of the package to be recycled, so that the size specification of the package may be determined.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, based on the design that the attribute identifying unit 300 includes the stage 310, in the present embodiment, the attribute identifying unit 300 may also preferably include a weighing module 340. Specifically, the weighing module 340 is disposed on the carrier 310 and connected to the attribute calculating module 330, and the weighing module 340 can collect weight information of the package to be recovered and send the weight information to the attribute calculating module 330 or directly send the weight information to the control system 400.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, based on the design that the attribute identifying unit 300 includes the weighing module 340, in the present embodiment, the weighing module 340 may preferably include a pressure sensor 341 and a weight calculating module 342. Specifically, the pressure sensor 341 is disposed on the carrier 310, and is configured to sense a pressure signal when the package to be recovered is placed on the carrier 310.
