背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对皮肤的保养和护理越来越重视。洗面奶属于洁肤化妆品,其目的是清除皮肤上的污垢,使皮肤清爽,有助于保持皮肤正常生理状态。
近年来,化妆已成为人们生活的一部分。若不彻底清除皮肤中的化妆品残留,时间久了将对人的皮肤造成很大的损害。目前,人们一般在洁面前进行额外的卸妆过程,以便提高清洁效果,避免化妆品残留。
市面上的洗面奶种类繁多,主要以皂基、阴离子表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂为主剂,其具有泡沫丰富、去污力强的优点,但脱脂性较大,尤其是皂基刺激性更大,用后感觉紧绷。氨基酸类表面活性剂温和、安全性好,但其加入增稠剂后发泡能力减弱,且清洁后表现粘腻,残留感强。
因此,提供一种能够彻底清洁彩妆、洗卸一体,无需额外卸妆过程、温和无刺激的洗面奶具有重要的意义。

有鉴于此,有必要提供一种红泥氨基酸洗面奶及其制备方法,用以解决现有技术中洗面奶对彩妆清洁效果差、需额外的卸妆过程的技术问题。
本发明的第一方面提供一种红泥氨基酸洗面奶,其原料包括:A组分、B组分和C组分,按重量百分比计,
A组分包括:水18%~20%、改性玉米淀粉2%~4%、丙烯酸类共聚物和/或丙烯酸酯类共聚物0.7%~1.2%、火山泥1%~3%;
B组分包括:水20%~25%、椰油酰甘氨酸钠3%~6%、月桂酰肌氨酸钠5%~7%、月桂酰谷氨酸钠0.8%~1.2%、苯氧乙醇0.02%~0.04%、甘油10%~15%;
C组分包括:月桂酸C1 1%~2%、乙二醇硬脂酸酯1%~3%、水C3 0.02%~0.06%、柠檬酸钠2%~4%、水C4 12%~15%、月桂酸牛磺酸钠1%~4%、改性玉米淀粉1%~3%、月桂酸C2 1%~2%、肉豆蔻酸1%~3%、苯氧乙醇0.05%~0.1%。
本发明的第二方面提供一种红泥氨基酸洗面奶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取A组分、B组分和C组分;
S2、将A组分加入乳化锅内均质搅拌溶解后加热到80~90℃,搅拌速度10~15HZ,均质速度45~50HZ;
S3、将B组分、C组分依次加入乳化锅内搅拌溶解,抽真空脱泡,恒温30分钟后开始降温;
S4、降温至30~40℃时,出料静置陈化,得到红泥氨基酸洗面奶。

A组分包括:水19.42%、改性玉米淀粉3%、丙烯酸酯类共聚物0.9%、火山泥2%;
B组分包括:水22.8%、椰油酰甘氨酸钠4.35%、月桂酰肌氨酸钠5.85%、月桂酰谷氨酸钠0.97%、苯氧乙醇0.03%、甘油13%;
C组分包括:月桂酸C1 1.5%、乙二醇硬脂酸酯1.96%、水C3 0.04%、柠檬酸钠2.8%、水C4 13.57%、月桂酸牛磺酸钠2.52%、改性玉米淀粉2.1%、月桂酸C2 1.47%、肉豆蔻酸1.26%、苯氧乙醇0.08%;
D组分包括:苯氧乙醇0.3%、香精0.08%。
本发明的第二方面提供一种红泥氨基酸洗面奶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取A组分、B组分和C组分;
S2、将A组分加入乳化锅内均质搅拌溶解后加热到80~90℃,搅拌速度10~15HZ,均质速度45~50HZ;
S3、将B组分、C组分依次加入乳化锅内搅拌溶解,抽真空脱泡,恒温30分钟后开始降温;
S4、降温至30~40℃时,出料静置陈化,得到红泥氨基酸洗面奶。
在本发明的一些优选实施方式中,将称量好的A组分、B组分和C组分单独预混溶解后与其余组分混合制备洗面奶。
在本发明的一些更优选实施方式中,将水C4、月桂酸牛磺酸钠、改性玉米淀粉、肉豆蔻酸、月桂酸C2、苯氧乙醇预先混合均匀形成增稠体系再与其他组分混合均匀,得到C组分。
本发明中,降温过程中,当温度降低到42~50℃时,乳化锅内加入D组分继续搅拌均匀,得到红泥氨基酸洗面奶。
本发明中,通过将苯氧乙醇分别加入B组分、C组分和D组分,与直接最后一次加入相比,更有利于提高体系的稳定性。
本发明的工艺中简单,体系稳定性好,适宜工业化生产。
实施例1~5
(1)根据表1称取A组分、B组分、C组分和D组分,并分别单独预混溶解;该过程中,将水C4、月桂酸牛磺酸钠、改性玉米淀粉、肉豆蔻酸、月桂酸C2、苯氧乙醇预先混合均匀形成增稠体系再与其他组分混合均匀,得到C组分;
(2)将A组分加入乳化锅内均质搅拌溶解后加热到85℃,搅拌速度10HZ,均质速度45HZ;
(3)将B组分、C组分依次加入乳化锅内搅拌溶解,抽真空脱泡,恒温30分钟后开始降温;
(4)降温至到45℃时,将D组分加入乳化锅内搅拌均匀;
(5)降温至到37℃时,出料静置陈化,得到红泥氨基酸洗面奶。

对比例1与实施例1的原料及用量一致,区别仅在于,对比例1中苯氧乙醇在冷却至45℃时,一次性全部加入,具体如下:
A组分包括:水19.42%、改性玉米淀粉3%、丙烯酸酯类共聚物0.9%、火山泥2%;
B组分包括:水22.8%、椰油酰甘氨酸钠4.35%、月桂酰肌氨酸钠5.85%、月桂酰谷氨酸钠0.97%、甘油13%;
C组分包括:月桂酸C1 1.5%、乙二醇硬脂酸酯1.96%、水C3 0.04%、柠檬酸钠2.8%、水C4 13.57%、月桂酸牛磺酸钠2.52%、改性玉米淀粉2.1%、月桂酸C2 1.47%、肉豆蔻酸1.26%;
D组分包括:苯氧乙醇0.41%、香精0.08%。
(1)称取A组分、B组分、C组分和D组分,并分别单独预混溶解;该过程中,将水C4、月桂酸牛磺酸钠、改性玉米淀粉、肉豆蔻酸、月桂酸C2预先混合均匀形成增稠体系再与其他组分混合均匀,得到C组分;
(2)将A组分加入乳化锅内均质搅拌溶解后加热到85℃,搅拌速度10HZ,均质速度45HZ;
(3)将B组分、C组分依次加入乳化锅内搅拌溶解,抽真空脱泡,恒温30分钟后开始降温;
(4)降温至到45℃时,将D组分加入乳化锅内搅拌均匀;
(5)降温至到37℃时,出料静置陈化,得到红泥氨基酸洗面奶。
试验组1
对实施例1和对比例1制备的红泥氨基酸洗面奶进行稳定性测试,结果见表2。
耐热性:将实施例1和对比例1制备的红泥氨基酸洗面奶放置在40℃下保温24h,恢复至室温后观察现象;
耐寒性:将实施例1和对比例1制备的红泥氨基酸洗面奶放置在-15℃下保温24h,恢复至室温后观察现象;

通过表2可以看出,本发明实施例1的工艺更有利于提高红泥氨基酸洗面奶的稳定性。
试验组2
对实施例1~5制备的红泥氨基酸洗面奶进行感官测试。选择100名志愿者化完妆后采用不同的洗面奶洗脸,分别对不同洗面奶的冲洗性、清洁性、舒适性进行打分(5分制,对应的分数越高说明性能越好),平均分见表3。

由表2可知,本发明实施例1的红泥氨基酸洗面奶具有最好的冲洗性、清洁性和舒适性。

Claims (10)
1.一种红泥氨基酸洗面奶,其特征在于,原料包括:A组分、B组分和C组分,按重量百分比计,
A组分包括:水18%~20%、改性玉米淀粉2%~4%、丙烯酸类共聚物和/或丙烯酸酯类共聚物0.7%~1.2%、火山泥1%~3%;
B组分包括:水20%~25%、椰油酰甘氨酸钠3%~6%、月桂酰肌氨酸钠5%~7%、月桂酰谷氨酸钠0.8%~1.2%、苯氧乙醇0.02%~0.04%、甘油10%~15%;
C组分包括:月桂酸C1 1%~2%、乙二醇硬脂酸酯1%~3%、水C30.02%~0.06%、柠檬酸钠2%~4%、水C4 12%~15%、月桂酸牛磺酸钠1%~4%、改性玉米淀粉1%~3%、月桂酸C2 1%~2%、肉豆蔻酸1%~3%、苯氧乙醇0.05%~0.1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述红泥氨基酸洗面奶,其特征在于,所述改性玉米淀粉和火山泥的质量比为1:(0.6~0.8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述红泥氨基酸洗面奶,其特征在于,所述改性玉米淀粉和火山泥的质量比为1:(0.65~0.75)。
4.根据权利要求1所述红泥氨基酸洗面奶,其特征在于,所述C组分中,月桂酸牛磺酸钠、改性玉米淀粉、月桂酸C2、肉豆蔻酸的质量比为1:(0.8~0.85):(0.55~0.6):(0.4~0.6)。
5.根据权利要求1所述红泥氨基酸洗面奶,其特征在于,所述原料还包括D组分:苯氧乙醇0.2%~0.4%、香精0.05%~0.1%。
6.根据权利要求1所述红泥氨基酸洗面奶,其特征在于,所述红泥氨基酸洗面奶的原料,按重量百分比计,
A组分包括:水19.42%、改性玉米淀粉3%、丙烯酸酯类共聚物0.9%、火山泥2%;
B组分包括:水22.8%、椰油酰甘氨酸钠4.35%、月桂酰肌氨酸钠5.85%、月桂酰谷氨酸钠0.97%、苯氧乙醇0.03%、甘油13%;

7.一种如权利要求1所述红泥氨基酸洗面奶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取A组分、B组分和C组分;
S2、将A组分加入乳化锅内均质搅拌溶解后加热到80~90℃,搅拌速度10~15HZ,均质速度45~50HZ;
S3、将B组分、C组分依次加入乳化锅内搅拌溶解,抽真空脱泡,恒温30分钟后开始降温;
S4、降温至30~40℃时,出料静置陈化,得到红泥氨基酸洗面奶。
8.根据权利要求7所述红泥氨基酸洗面奶的制备方法,其特征在于,将称量好的A组分、B组分和C组分单独预混溶解后与其余组分混合制备洗面奶。
9.根据权利要求7所述红泥氨基酸洗面奶的制备方法,其特征在于,将水C4、月桂酸牛磺酸钠、改性玉米淀粉、肉豆蔻酸、月桂酸C2、苯氧乙醇预先混合均匀形成增稠体系再与其他组分混合均匀,得到C组分。
10.根据权利要求7所述红泥氨基酸洗面奶的制备方法,其特征在于,降温过程中,当温度降低到42~50℃时,乳化锅内加入D组分继续搅拌均匀,得到红泥氨基酸洗面奶。
