Abstract

The memory 20 may also be an external storage device of the installation inspection device of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner based on the construction drawing in other embodiments, for example, a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like, which are equipped on the installation inspection device of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner based on the construction drawing. Further, the memory 20 may include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the installation inspection equipment of the external air conditioner based on the construction drawing. The memory 20 may be used not only to store application software and various types of data installed in the installation inspection equipment of the external unit of an air conditioner based on a construction drawing, but also to temporarily store data that has been output or will be output.
It should be noted that the structure shown in fig. 3 does not constitute a limitation on the installation inspection device of the external air conditioner based on the construction drawing, and in other embodiments, the installation inspection device of the external air conditioner based on the construction drawing may include fewer or more components than those shown, or may combine some components, or may arrange different components.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and the program, when executed by a processor, implements the installation inspection method of the air conditioner external unit based on the construction drawing.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present invention, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the inventive concept, which falls within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. An installation inspection method of an air conditioner outdoor unit based on a construction drawing is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a residential plan and position and size information of an air conditioner outdoor unit in the residential plan;
performing extension processing on both sides of the initial long edge of the air conditioner external unit according to a preset algorithm;
judging whether both sides of the air conditioner outdoor unit subjected to the prolonging treatment are intersected with a wall line;
if both sides of the air-conditioning outdoor unit after the extension treatment are intersected with the wall line, judging whether at least one side of the wall line intersected with the air-conditioning outdoor unit after the extension treatment has a handrail;
and if at least one side wall line in the wall lines intersected with the air conditioner external unit after the extension treatment has the handrail, determining that the installation of the air conditioner external unit passes the examination.
2. The installation inspection method of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner based on the construction drawing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of extending both sides of the initial long side of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner according to a preset algorithm includes:
and shortening the preset proportion of both sides of the initial long edge of the air conditioner external unit and then prolonging the first preset length.
3. The installation inspection method of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner based on the construction drawing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the step of determining whether both sides of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner after the extension process intersect with the wall line further comprises:
and if the two sides of the air conditioner external unit after the extension treatment are not intersected with the wall line or one side of the air conditioner external unit is intersected with the wall line, determining that the installation of the air conditioner external unit passes the examination.
4. The method for installing and examining an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the step of, if a handrail is present in at least one of the wall lines intersecting the outdoor unit of the air conditioner after the extending process, further comprises:
the air conditioner external unit is externally expanded by a second preset length according to an external rectangle, and whether a window intersected with the externally expanded air conditioner external unit exists or not is judged;
if a window intersected with the expanded air conditioner external unit exists, acquiring the number of the window intersected with the expanded air conditioner external unit;
acquiring a door and window big sample picture, and inquiring the door and window big sample picture according to the serial number of the window so as to acquire the opening area of the window;
judging whether the opening area of the window is empty or not;
and if the opening area of the window is not empty, determining that the installation of the air conditioner external unit passes the inspection.
5. The installation inspection method of the air conditioner outdoor unit based on the construction drawing as claimed in claim 4, wherein the step of extending the air conditioner outdoor unit by a second preset length according to the circumscribed rectangle further comprises:
judging whether a balcony intersected with the expanded air conditioner external unit exists;
if no balcony intersected with the expanded air conditioner external unit exists, judging whether a window intersected with the expanded air conditioner external unit exists or not;
and if a balcony which is intersected with the expanded air conditioner external unit exists, determining that the installation of the air conditioner external unit passes the examination.
6. The method for installing and examining an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the step of, if a handrail is present in at least one of the wall lines intersecting the outdoor unit of the air conditioner after the extending process, further comprises:
respectively prolonging two sides of the initial long edge of the air conditioner external unit by a third preset length, and judging whether the two sides of the prolonged air conditioner external unit are intersected with a wall line;
and if not, determining that the installation of the air conditioner external unit passes the examination.
7. The method for installing and examining an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to claim 1, wherein the step of, if a handrail is present in at least one of the wall lines intersecting the outdoor unit of the air conditioner after the extending process, further comprises:
respectively extending the two sides of the initial long edge of the air conditioner external unit by a fourth preset length, and judging whether the two sides of the extended air conditioner external unit are intersected with a wall line;
if the two sides of the extended air-conditioning outdoor unit are not intersected with the wall line, extending the initial long edge of the air-conditioning outdoor unit by a fifth preset length towards the side which is not intersected with the wall line after extension, and judging whether the extended air-conditioning outdoor unit is intersected with a balcony or not;
and if the mounting position of the air conditioner external unit does not intersect with the balcony, determining that the mounting of the air conditioner external unit passes the inspection.
8. An installation of outer machine of air conditioner is examined and is examined system based on construction drawing, its characterized in that includes:
an acquisition module: the system comprises a display unit, a display unit and a control unit, wherein the display unit is used for displaying a residential plan and position and size information of an air conditioner outdoor unit in the residential plan;
an extension processing module: the system is used for prolonging both sides of the initial long edge of the air conditioner external unit according to a preset algorithm;
a first judgment module: the system is used for judging whether two sides of the air conditioner outdoor unit subjected to the prolonging treatment are intersected with a wall line;
a second judging module: the guardrail is used for judging whether at least one side of the wall line intersected with the air-conditioning outdoor unit after the extension treatment has a guardrail or not if both sides of the air-conditioning outdoor unit after the extension treatment are intersected with the wall line;
a determination module: and if at least one side wall line of the wall lines intersected with the air conditioner external unit after the extension treatment has the handrail, determining that the installation of the air conditioner external unit passes the inspection.
9. A computer-readable storage medium having a computer program stored thereon, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements the installation inspection method for the outdoor unit of an air conditioner based on a construction drawing according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An installation auditing device of an air conditioner external unit based on a construction drawing, which is characterized by comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to realize the installation auditing method of the air conditioner external unit based on the construction drawing according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
