Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some alternative embodiments, a framework 16 may be fixed on one side of the top cover 1 close to the wiper strip 3, and the framework 16 may be provided with a guide body 17; the wiper strip 3 may be provided with a guide groove 18 corresponding to the guide body 17, the wiper strip 3 is detachably mounted on the frame 16 through the guide groove 18, in this embodiment, one side of the top cover 1 near the wiper strip 3 is provided with a protrusion, and the inside of the top cover 1 is provided with a space communicated with the protrusion, the connection strength between the frame 16 and the top cover 1 is increased by embedding the frame 16 into the top cover 1, wherein the frame 16 may be made of a metal material or other materials, in this embodiment, the top cover 1 is integrally formed with the frame 16 by injection molding to ensure the connection between the two, in other embodiments, the connection strength between the top cover 1 and the frame 16 may be reinforced by bolt connection or other methods, in this embodiment, the guide body 17 of the frame 16 is a portion extending out of the top cover 1, and is formed by folding a steel plate to a certain thickness, the wiper strip 3 is provided with a guide groove 18 having a width substantially the same as that of the guide body 17, make the guide body 17 can insert in the windscreen wiper strip 3 and do not break away from, because the windscreen wiper strip 3 passes through the guide way 18 detachable and installs in skeleton 16, both can guarantee the joint strength of windscreen wiper strip 3 and top cap 1, when windscreen wiper strip 3 damages, can satisfy the follow-up use of wiper through only changing windscreen wiper strip 3 simultaneously, avoid directly changing the wiper, reduce the change cost of maintenance of wiper.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some alternative embodiments, the guide groove 18 may have a first plane and a second plane substantially parallel to each other in the compression direction of the elastic body 2, wherein the clearance between the first plane and the second plane support may be greater than the height of the guide body 17 in the compression direction of the elastic body 2, that is, the size of the frame 16 is smaller than that of the guide groove 18 in the compression direction of the elastic body 2, and the frame 16 can move relative to the wiper strip 3 along the compression direction of the elastic body 2, so that the wiper strip 3 can adapt to different gaps between the top cover 1 and the glass 5, and simultaneously due to the limitation of the guide groove 18, under the action of the elastic body 2 and the glass 5, the movable range of the framework 16 is limited between the first plane and the second plane, so that the friction surface 4 of the bottom surface of the wiper strip 3 can be always attached to the outer surface of the glass 5, and the wiper strip 3 is prevented from being disconnected from the framework 16.
The principle of the wiper provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
because the bottom of the top cover 1 is fixed with the elastic body 2, and one end of the elastic body 2 far away from the top cover 1 is connected with the wiper strip 3, namely, the gap between the top cover 1 and the wiper strip 3 can be adjusted by compressing the elastic body 2, namely, when the gap between the outer surface of the glass 5 and the top cover 1 is changed, the wiper strip 3 can be ensured to be attached to the glass 5 through the elastic body 2, not only different cambered surfaces of a vehicle glass can be met, but also windshields of various different vehicle types can be adapted to a certain extent, the types of the wiper are reduced, compared with the prior art that an interference amount is left at one end of the wiper strip 3 far away from the top cover 1 to be adapted to the gap between the wiper strip and the glass 5, the friction surface 4 of the bottom surface of the wiper strip 3 can be maintained to be attached to the outer surface of the glass 5 through the elastic body 2, but not attached to the glass 5 through the side bending deformation of the wiper strip 3, because the outer surface of the glass 5 can be adapted to a plane all the time, the side need not be switched in order to adapt to the direction of blowing rain at the in-process of making a round trip to blow rain, the deflection when blowing rain the switching-over reduces by a wide margin, the switching-over abnormal sound that the deformation leads to also can weaken, thereby realize the silence of blowing rain, improve driver's driving experience, therefore, can guarantee through elastomer 2 that the friction surface 4 of wiper strip 3 laminates the surface of glass 5 all the time, accomplish the cleaning work of wiper, improve the clean effect of wiper, simultaneously because the surface of laminating glass 5 has only friction surface 4 always when making a round trip to blow rain, needn't also change the surface of laminating glass 5 when blowing rain switching-over wiper strip 3, the deformation of wiper strip 3 in the switching-over process has been reduced, thereby reduce the abnormal sound when blowing rain the switching-over, improve driver's driving experience.

Claims (10)

1. A wiper blade, comprising:
the bottom of the top cover (1) is fixedly provided with an elastic body (2), and one end, far away from the top cover (1), of the elastic body (2) is fixedly provided with a wiper strip (3);
one surface, far away from the top cover (1), of the wiper strip (3) is a friction surface (4), and the friction surface (4) is used for clinging to the surface of the glass (5) and cleaning the glass (5);
when the wiper strip (3) works, the elastic body (2) drives the friction surface (4) to be always attached to the outer surface of the glass (5).
2. The wiper blade of claim 1, wherein:
the bottom of the top cover (1) is fixed with at least two elastic bodies (2), the elastic bodies (2) are independent, and the compression amount of the elastic bodies (2) is different.
3. The wiper blade of claim 1, wherein:
one side of the wiper strip (3) far away from the top cover (1) is provided with two bosses (6), two cavities (7) are formed between the bosses (6), and the cavities (7) penetrate through two ends of the wiper strip (3).
4. The wiper blade of claim 1, wherein:
the wiper strip (3) is rotatably connected with a rolling body (8), and the outer surface of the rolling body (8) is approximately tangent to the bottom surface of the wiper strip (3).
5. The wiper blade of claim 4, wherein:
the wiper strip (3) is provided with a cavity (7), an installation part (19) is fixed inside the cavity (7), and the installation part (19) is provided with a first installation shaft (9);
the rolling element (8) is provided with a through hole (10) corresponding to the first mounting shaft (9), and the rolling element (8) is mounted on the wiper strip (3) through the matching of the through hole (10) and the first mounting shaft (9).
6. The wiper blade of claim 5, wherein:
an end cover (11) is installed at the end part of the wiper strip (3), a second mounting shaft (12) is arranged on one side, close to the cavity (7), of the end cover (11), and the axial direction of the second mounting shaft (12) is collinear with the axial line of the first mounting shaft (9);
one end, far away from the mounting part (19), of the rolling body (8) is mounted on the second mounting shaft (12).
7. The wiper blade of claim 6, wherein:
the end cover (11) is detachably arranged on the wiper strip (3), a clamping body (13) is arranged on one side, close to the wiper strip (3), of the end cover (11), and a clamping groove (14) corresponding to the clamping body (13) is formed in the wiper strip (3);
when the end cover (11) is arranged on the wiper strip (3), the clamping body (13) is inserted into the clamping groove (14).
8. The wiper blade of claim 1, wherein:
one end, far away from the top cover (1), of the wiper strip (3) is provided with a foam rubber layer (15), wherein the friction surface (4) is the bottom surface of the foam rubber layer (15).
9. The wiper blade of claim 1, wherein:
a framework (16) is fixed on one side, close to the wiper strip (3), of the top cover (1), and the framework (16) is provided with a guide body (17);
the windscreen wiper strip (3) is provided with a guide groove (18) corresponding to the guide body (17), and the windscreen wiper strip (3) is detachably mounted on the framework (16) through the guide groove (18).
10. The wiper blade of claim 9, wherein:
the guide groove (18) has a first plane and a second plane which are approximately parallel along the compression direction of the elastic body (2), wherein the clearance between the first plane and the second plane is larger than the height of the guide body (17) along the compression direction of the elastic body (2).
