Abstract

本发明是一种预防胃癌的中药护胃散。它不但能彻底治愈能演变成胃癌的萎缩性胃炎、糜烂性胃炎、幽门螺杆菌、胃溃疡等四种难治性胃病，进而预防胃癌的发生；同时它对浅表性胃炎、小肠炎、反流性食管炎，十二指肠溃疡、及经常喝酒、吃麻辣烫、暴饮暴食、过度节食、经常服抗风湿药、降压药、抗癌药造成胃粘膜损伤者及部分口臭者也都有极好的预防及治疗作用。护胃散属无毒级，对人无任何毒副作用，因此无论大人小孩，也无论患者的体质如何，只要患有上述胃病，皆可服用此药。

Description

一种预防胃癌的中药护胃散
(一)技术领域
本发明预防胃癌的中药护胃散是一种能治愈多种胃病并能预防胃癌发生
的特效中成药，属治疗胃病并预防胃癌发生的新药品、新技术。
(二)背景技术
据***世界卫生组织调查表明，全世界有50％以上的人患有胃病，全世界癌症死亡率25％是胃癌，全世界胃癌新发病例一半是来自我国，所以研发防胃癌特效中药是医药界当务之急。
医学家公认：胃病有多种，但只有萎缩性胃炎，糜烂性胃炎，幽门螺杆菌和胃溃疡四种胃病可演变成胃癌。换句话说只要把上述四种胃病治愈了，也就预防胃癌的发生了。
(三)发明内容
护胃散历经四年做了药理、药效、毒理等试验及大量临床应用实验证实：该秘方药能彻底治愈导致胃癌发生的上述四种胃病。萎缩性胃炎、糜烂性胃炎、幽门螺杆菌、胃溃疡等四种病的病根就是胃黏膜受到不同程度的损伤，如果胃黏膜得以修复，这四种胃病就能被彻底治愈。
海洋药物学专家研究证实：护胃散成份中的海螵蛸所含的碳酸钙能中合胃酸，既能减少、减轻胃酸对病灶处胃粘膜的刺激损伤，同时因改变了胃内容 PH值，降低了胃蛋白酶活性，所以可进一步减轻对病变部位胃粘膜的刺激和损伤，进一步有利于病灶处胃粘膜的修复。
另外海螵蛸所含的胶质与胃中有机质和胃酸作用后，可在胃粘膜及其溃疡面上形成保护膜，有利于受损的胃粘膜的修复。同时实验证明：海螵蛸不但能促进大鼠胃粘膜PGE2合成，也能使应激性及乙酸性胃溃疡模型大鼠胃粘膜PGE2合成增加，这些作用都极有利于胃粘膜的保护、修复。
，国家权威检验机构湖南省疾病控制中心大量动物实验和受试人群的临床实验也证明护胃散对动物和人体的胃黏膜有保护和修复作用。所以护胃散能彻底治愈上述四种胃病，也就是因为它治到了病根。
动物实验实验组用“护胃散”2.5g/kg+1％羧甲基纤维素给大鼠灌胃连续30 天；对照组用1％羧甲基纤维素给大鼠灌胃连续30天。实验结束当天，两组大鼠均灌胃无水酒精1ml/只，然后处死解剖观察胃粘膜损伤病变如下表。

本实验证明“护胃散”对动物胃粘膜损伤有明显的保护作用
“护胃散”对胃粘膜损伤有保护、修复功能的人体试食实验是，将符合实验标准的自愿受试者随机分成试食组和对照组。按推荐剂量分别服“金海护胃散”和安慰剂各45天，实验结束后各项指标数据用统计学处理结果如下：

本实验证明：护胃散”对人体胃粘膜有明显的保护和修复作用。
护胃散由多种中药组成，组方科学、作用综合、功能多样。方中黄芪、补气升阳、补脾健胃，香附行气温脾和胃，海螵蛸、鸡内金健胃止血、制酸止痛，元胡、白芷、活血止痛、理气和中，桂枝温脾助阳，川楝子行气止痛，川贝母制酸止痉，当归活血止血、止痛，诸药配合协同增效，不但治标，也能治本(去根)，愈后可彻底停药。不像有些胃药，胃痛吃药，再痛再吃，没完没了，这也是护胃散和目前已问世的其他胃药的本质区别所在。
护胃散组方中大部分是药食同源的中药，湖南省疾病控制中心大量动物实验和临床实验证明金海护胃散属无毒级，因此无论大人小孩，也无论患者的体质如何、皆可服用此药，可见它的适用人群是海量的。
临床应用还发现护胃散不但能彻底治愈导致胃癌的萎缩性胃炎、糜烂性胃炎、幽门螺杆菌和胃溃疡四种胃病，它对浅表性胃炎、小肠炎、十二指肠溃疡、反流性食管炎、以及经常喝酒、吃麻辣烫、暴饮暴食、过度节食、经常服抗风湿药、抗癌药、降压药等造成胃黏膜损伤者及部分口臭者也都有极好的治疗作用和预防作用。
(四)具体实施案
大量临床应用证明护胃散治疗上述胃病的总有效率达96.2％以上。
治愈率达90％以上(萎缩性胃炎病历组共40人，经3-5 个月连续用药，胃镜复查证明38人痊愈，2人变成非萎缩胃炎；糜烂性胃炎病历组共50人，经2-3个月的用药胃镜复查证明48人痊愈，2 人明显好转；胃溃疡病历组50人，经3个月的连续用药胃镜复查证明47人痊愈，2人明显好转，1人轻度好转；幽门螺杆菌病历组40人，经1-1.5个月连续用药，c14呼气试验证明，40人全部治愈)，
如山东的王某某仅服一个月的护胃散就把他同时患有的萎缩性胃炎、糜烂性胃炎、幽门螺杆菌、胃溃疡四种胃病全都治愈了。
