The method aims to clearly mark the current construction area on a map related to the power gallery of the power transmission line, so that operation and maintenance personnel can pay very visual attention to the area needing operation and maintenance.
The construction area can realize the positioning of the edge points of the area in a map marking mode, and a plurality of edge points can be connected together or the transmission line marked on the map in a line segment form is expanded to a sufficient safety width according to a preset range by the technology of the electronic fence. Therefore, the construction position needing attention can be fully determined by two methods, namely the electronic fence and the map marking.
It should be noted that the electronic fence is different from the electronic fence in the warning distance of the line provided by the anti-external-damage warning in the present invention. The electronic fence described here is of a greater extent and should, in theory, encompass all areas of construction that may be involved.
Preferably, the operation and maintenance task includes operation and maintenance personnel information, engineering vehicle information, external damage prevention early warning device information, work ticket information and operation permission information.
In the invention, the operation and maintenance task can be generated based on the related information, specifically, after the device state of each device is obtained through conversion according to the synchronous model, the alarm is performed by adopting the mode mentioned in the device alarm mode field when the device state exceeds the parameter setting through the provided parameters. The alarm information can be sent to relevant equipment or relevant engineering vehicles on the one hand, and can also be recorded by a platform on the other hand.
For the content recorded by the platform, the platform can further judge the content, acquire the severity of the alarm and issue work tickets in different orders according to different grades. In order to reasonably cooperate all the roles of operation and maintenance personnel, engineering vehicles and construction parties and carry out operation and maintenance aiming at specific faults, the operation and maintenance task needs to comprise various types of information mentioned above.
For example, the work ticket information may include the time, place, device number, processing method, time required to perform operation and maintenance, and the like when the early warning occurs. The job permission information may include administrator identification information and the like of the operation of the equipment in the specific area by the specific person.
Preferably, the platform further comprises an account management module, wherein the account management module comprises an account setting unit, a permission management unit and a password management unit; the account management module is used for logging in the anti-external-damage remote monitoring platform.
The account management module in the invention is similar to account management functions adopted by various platforms in the prior art. The account management module comprises an account setting unit used for generating or distributing accounts for operation and maintenance personnel of the platform. In addition, the authority management unit is used for distributing authority to various different operation and maintenance personnel, such as administrator authority, tourist authority and the like. Generally speaking, the tourist authority can refer to the corresponding alarm data in the platform, but cannot modify the content of work tickets and the like, and the administrator authority can modify various information and the like. On the other hand, the right management unit can also assign different rights to various different operation and maintenance personnel identities, for example, for tourists, only which alarm information can be referred to, and the like. In addition, the password management unit can help the user of the platform to realize basic functions of password login, password setting and the like.
Preferably, the device management module further comprises a device adding unit, and the device adding unit is used for adding an external damage prevention early warning device to the platform.
It can be understood that the various external damage prevention early warning devices used in the construction site of the invention should record the basic information of the equipment by various ways through the platform before being installed on various engineering vehicles or transmission line towers. The specific recording mode may include manual entry, base station location identification, and other methods commonly used in the prior art. Through the basic information of the device is preferentially input into the platform, the platform can conveniently realize the management and control of the equipment.
Preferably, the device management module further includes a device program upgrading unit, and the device program upgrading unit is configured to identify a device program version number of the external-damage-prevention early warning device that has been added to the platform, and upgrade a program of the device.

For example, in the last engineering period, the device may issue an alarm when it is required that the device only reaches a distance, for example, within 30 meters of the transmission line, and thus the version number of the software used by the device in the last engineering period may be 1.0. However, as the project progresses, in the next project period, the device is required to accurately measure the accurate distance between the device and the power transmission line, and another alarm is given within 1 meter of the power transmission line. Due to the updating of engineering requirements, the platform can integrally upgrade the programs of the devices, at the moment, the platform can send device program upgrading contents to the gateway, and sends upgrading packages to all the devices connected with the gateway through the gateway, so that the devices can be upgraded uniformly.
Preferably, the platform comprises a data display function and is used for displaying the state of the external damage prevention early warning device, the position of the external damage prevention early warning device, alarm information, a construction area and operation and maintenance tasks through a chart and a map.
The platform of the invention can analyze, process and display various information gathered in the platform. For example, various information can be displayed in a large screen manner in a chart or map manner. The various information may include basic information such as the state and position of the external damage prevention alarm device, and may also include contents such as the display of the construction area realized by the platform in the invention on a map, and the generated operation and maintenance task.
A second aspect of the present invention relates to a power transmission line external-damage-prevention remote monitoring system as described in the first aspect of the present invention, wherein the system comprises an external-damage-prevention remote monitoring platform, an edge computing data gateway, an external-damage-prevention early warning device, an audible and visual alarm, a voice alarm and an electronic display screen; the anti-external-damage remote monitoring platform is communicated with the anti-external-damage early warning device, the audible and visual alarm, the voice alarm and the electronic display screen through the edge computing data gateway respectively.
Preferably, the edge computing data gateway supports one or more communication interfaces of RS485, RS232, Ethernet, Lora, ZigBee and Wifi; the anti-external-damage remote monitoring platform supports MQTT data transmission.
In order to realize effective data transmission with various different devices, the edge computing data gateway can support various different data transmission modes, so that serial interfaces such as RS485 and RS23 and different wireless communication modes such as ZigBee and Wifi can be provided.
In addition, in order to achieve sufficient rapidness, safety and timely response during data transmission of the remote monitoring platform, a plurality of devices can also achieve data transmission in a Message Queue Telemetry Transport (MQTT) mode. Meanwhile, some common power protocols such as IEC61850, IEC103, IEC104 and the like can also be adopted to realize conversion and packet transmission of data in corresponding formats.
The method can effectively realize the uploading and the issuing of the data, and on the basis, the system can realize edge computing and cloud computing and realize edge cooperative monitoring and early warning of the function of preventing the external damage of the power transmission line.
Preferably, the audible and visual alarm and the voice alarm receive alarm information sent by the platform and send out an alarm; and the electronic display screen receives data sent by the data display function in the platform to realize data display.
As shown in the above content, the alarm device connected with the gateway in the invention can be an audible and visual alarm, a voice alarm and an electronic display screen, so that the method of the invention can realize alarm and monitoring in various modes such as audible and visual modes, voice modes, display modes and the like.
Compared with the prior art, the remote monitoring platform and the remote monitoring system for preventing the external damage of the power transmission line have the advantages that the alarm for preventing the external damage and the sending of operation and maintenance tasks can be realized through the vehicle management module, the equipment management module and the operation and maintenance operation module, so that the safety control service of the power transmission line and the external damage prevention function are organically combined, and the stable external damage prevention application is provided for a power company.
