Claims (10)

1. An intelligent building site system based on BIM is characterized by comprising a BIM platform established based on a BIM model and a personnel management module connected with the BIM platform; wherein,
the personnel management module is provided with a personnel monitoring unit, and the personnel monitoring unit comprises a positioning unit and a positioning base station;
the positioning unit is arranged in wearable intelligent equipment of an operator and used for positioning the position information of the operator, the positioning base station is in wireless communication connection with the positioning unit in real time or at preset intervals and used for sending the position information of the operator to the BIM platform, and the BIM platform generates the operation track of the operator based on the position information.
2. The BIM-based intelligent worksite system of claim 1, the personnel management module further comprising an attendance recording unit and a business capability recording unit;
the attendance recording unit comprises a face recognition module and/or a fingerprint recognition module and is used for generating attendance information of the operating personnel; the personal business capability recording unit is used for generating the business capability information of the operating personnel, and the business capability information at least comprises name, job number, job age, job type and operation rating information.
3. The BIM-based intelligent worksite system of claim 1, further comprising a construction equipment management module including a sensing component and a safety control component; wherein,
the sensing assembly is arranged on the construction equipment and used for acquiring the operation data of the construction equipment in real time and uploading the operation data to the BIM platform; the safety control assembly is connected with the BIM platform and used for receiving abnormal operation data issued by the BIM platform and giving an alarm.
4. The BIM-based intelligent worksite system of claim 1 further comprising a security module comprising a perimeter protection unit and an intelligent hydroelectric monitoring unit; wherein,
the perimeter protection unit comprises a correlation probe device and an alarm device, the correlation probe device is used for monitoring abnormal invasion information of a construction site and uploading the abnormal invasion information to the BIM platform, and the alarm device is connected with the BIM platform and used for receiving the abnormal invasion information issued by the BIM platform, giving an alarm and uploading alarm data to the BIM platform;
the intelligent water and electricity monitoring unit comprises an intelligent water meter device and an intelligent electric meter device, the intelligent water meter device is used for automatically and remotely reading water meter data, the intelligent electric meter device is used for automatically and remotely reading electric meter data, and analyzing circuit data to send out circuit abnormity early warning.
5. The BIM-based intelligent worksite system of claim 1, further comprising a weather forecast module; the weather forecast module comprises a weather forecast monitoring unit, a weather forecast processing unit and a weather forecast early warning unit;
the weather forecast monitoring unit is used for monitoring weather data of each weather station in the same day and a period of time in the future and uploading the weather data to the BIM platform, and the BIM platform is used for screening out weather data which do not accord with preset standards, sending a weather processing instruction to the weather forecast processing unit and sending a weather early warning instruction to the weather forecast early warning unit;
the weather forecast processing unit comprises a cooling device and a dust-settling device, receives the weather processing instruction and performs weather processing by adopting a cooling and/or dust-settling method;
and the weather forecast early warning unit is used for receiving the weather early warning instruction and sending out early warning.
6. The BIM-based intelligent worksite system of claim 1, further comprising a video management module; the video management module comprises a video monitoring unit;
the video screen monitoring unit comprises a plurality of camera devices distributed in a construction site and is used for acquiring scene images of the construction site in real time and uploading the scene images to the BIM platform, and the BIM platform is used for identifying the scene images, judging whether violation phenomena exist or not, marking the scene images and giving an alarm; the violation phenomenon at least comprises one of abnormal behavior of operators and abnormal behavior of operation construction equipment.
7. The BIM-based intelligent worksite system of claim 1, further comprising a critical project management module; the critical large engineering management module comprises a foundation pit monitoring unit, a side slope monitoring unit and a large-volume concrete monitoring unit;
the foundation pit monitoring unit comprises a plurality of sensors and is used for monitoring the conditions of buildings and/or auxiliary facilities adjacent to the foundation pit through the sensors; the slope monitoring unit is provided with a measuring instrument and is used for acquiring the movement condition of the rock on the slope through the measuring instrument so as to monitor the state of the slope; the large-volume concrete monitoring unit is used for monitoring the temperature and humidity of concrete and the ambient temperature, and calculating the surface temperature difference and the cooling rate.
8. The intelligent BIM-based worksite system of claim 1, further comprising a material statistics management module for performing statistics management on the material in-out record and the usage record of the worksite.
9. The BIM-based intelligent worksite system of claim 1, further comprising a project node monitoring module for collecting current project information and progress data and transmitting the current project information and progress data to the BIM platform, wherein the BIM platform analyzes the current project information and progress data according to the received data to generate a next stage instruction.
10. The BIM-based intelligent worksite system of claim 1, said BIM platform including a processing unit, a display unit and a data association unit;
the processing unit is used for receiving and processing information data of each module connected with the BIM platform;
the data association unit is used for associating the information data with the BIM model;
the display unit is used for displaying the associated information data.
