The toy gun 8 of this embodiment may be a toy gun having a moving element 81 and a muzzle 82. Depending on the type of toy gun 8, the moving element 81 may be a reciprocatable element such as a slide or piston, preferably with a stroke of between 4 cm and 5 cm. For example, a conventional air gun has a reciprocating slide sleeve, and the electric gun has a piston inside, so that the slide sleeve or the piston can be used as the moving element 81. The toy gun 8 of this embodiment is exemplified by an air gun, and the moving element 81 is exemplified by a slide sleeve.
Optionally, the magazine 40 is adapted to receive cartridges 9 (as shown in fig. 2A). That is, the cartridge 9 may be mounted to the magazine 40 first, and then the magazine 40 may be mounted to the receiver 20. In addition, the receiver assembly 1 of the present embodiment can be applied to a plurality of different types of cartridges 9, which can be BB cartridges, paintballs, or soft cartridges. Wherein the BB cartridge may or may not have a cartridge case, and the invention is not limited. As shown in fig. 4A, the bullet 9 of the present embodiment is exemplified by a BB bullet (hereinafter referred to as a pellet 92) having a shell 91, that is, each bullet 9 includes a shell 91 and a pellet 92.
In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2A, the bolt carrier 10 is used to connect the moving element 81 (i.e., sliding sleeve) of the toy gun 8. Specifically, the housing of the bolt carrier 10 has a groove for accommodating the moving element 81 (i.e. a sliding sleeve), so that the bolt carrier 10 can be sleeved outside the moving element 81. The bolt carrier 10 is sleeved on the moving element 81 to be connected to the moving element 81, so that the bolt carrier 10 can be driven by the moving element 81 to reciprocate. In addition, the bolt carrier 10 is used for holding the bullet 9, and the bullet case 91 is used for holding the bullet 9 in the embodiment.
Referring to fig. 2A, 4A and 4B, the bolt carrier 10 includes a bullet holding structure 11, an air duct 12 and a guide portion 13. It should be noted that the bullet holding structure 11 and the air duct 12 shown in fig. 4B and 4C are schematic cross-sectional views. Wherein the bullet holding structure 11 is located at one of the ends of the bolt carrier 10, herein referred to as the front end. As shown in fig. 4B, one end of the air duct 12 is connected to the muzzle 82, and the other end is disposed in the bullet holding structure 11 and is connected to the outside, which is referred to herein as the outside of the bolt carrier 10. Specifically, the bullet holding structure 11 is a hollow structure, so that the air duct 12 is inserted into the bullet holding structure 11 and can be communicated with the outside of the bolt carrier 10. The air duct 12 of this embodiment is a flexible tube to accommodate the reciprocating motion of the bolt carrier 10 driven by the moving element 81.
The receiver 20 is disposed outside the bolt carrier 10 and fixed to the toy gun 8. The receiver 20 also has a recess to receive the bolt carrier 10. Wherein, a fastening mechanism can be designed on the receiver 20 to be fixed on the toy gun 8. As shown in fig. 1 and 2A, the present embodiment is exemplified by two locking members 30, one of which is a front locking member 31, and the other of which is a rear locking member 32, which are respectively disposed at the front end and the rear end of the toy gun 8. The front locking member 31 has a recess for receiving the barrel and trigger guard of the toy gun 8, so that the front locking member 31 can be engaged from the bottom up to the center of the toy gun 8 (barrel and trigger guard) and the receiver 20. Preferably, the front locking member 31 is fixed to the receiver 20 or the toy gun 8 or to both the receiver 20 and the toy gun 8 by means of bolts or the like. The rear locking member 32 has a recess at the front end for receiving the gripping ridge of the toy gun 8 and a recess at the rear end for receiving the receiver 20 near the rear side. The rear locking member 32 may be connected at one end to a grip ridge of the toy gun 8 and at the other end to the receiver 20 such that the receiver 20 may be secured to the toy gun 8 with the rear locking member 32.
Optionally, the receiver 20 includes a feed channel 21 and a magazine slot 22. The feed channel 21 is adjacent to the guide 13. In this embodiment, the cartridge 9 is loaded into the magazine 40, and then the magazine 40 is placed into the magazine feed passage 21. The upper end of the magazine 40 may have an opening so that the magazine 40 may communicate with the magazine slot 22. That is, the cartridge 9 inside the magazine 40 can move to the magazine 22 through the opening at the upper end. As shown in fig. 2A or fig. 3B, the bullet containing groove 22 is communicated with the bullet supplying channel 21, and the bullet containing groove 22 corresponds to the bullet holding structure 11, for example, the bullet holding structure 11 and the bullet containing groove 22 are located at the same horizontal position. In addition, the guiding portion 13 is adjacent to one side of the bullet holding structure 11. The guiding portion 13 of the present embodiment is adjacent to the lower side of the bullet holding structure 11 and located at the upper side of the bullet feeding channel 21 of the receiver 20, and the structure of the guiding portion 13 can be used to assist the loading of the bullet 9 in the receiver 40. As shown in fig. 2A, the magazine 40 of the present embodiment includes a spring 41 inside, and after the cartridge 9 is loaded into the magazine 40, the spring 41 is compressed. When the uppermost cartridge 9 is loaded (moved to the magazine 22), the spring 41 pushes the remaining cartridges 9 upwards.
Generally, depending on the power source for firing, at least before the first firing, the user (operator) pulls the bolt face carrier 10 with the moving element 81 rearward for loading the cartridge 9. In this embodiment, the receiver 20 further includes a pull handle 23 movably disposed on the receiver 20 and connected to the bolt carrier 10. As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2A, the top surface of the bolt carrier 10 has a protrusion 14, and the pull handle 23 of the embodiment has a groove 231 and an operating portion 232, and the protrusion 14 can be accommodated in the groove 231. The casing 20 further includes a hollow passage 24, the groove 231 of the pull handle 23 is disposed in the hollow passage 24, and the operating portion 232 is located outside the hollow passage 24. The user operable pull handle 23 moves within the hollow channel 24 and is held by the recess 231 against the protrusion 14 to simultaneously move the bolt carrier 10. In other embodiments, the pull handle 23 can be directly disposed on the bolt carrier 10 and pass through the receiver 20, or the pull handle 23 can be operated to control the movement of the moving element 81.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3A and 3B, the receiver 20 of the present embodiment can also simulate a toy rifle, and the receiver 20 is provided with a spring set 27 including a spring 271 and a spring 272. One end of the spring 271 is connected to the housing of the casing 20, and the other end is connected to the pull handle 23 for providing the function of resetting the pull handle 23. The spring 272 has one end connected to the housing of the receiver 20 and the other end connected to the bolt carrier 10 to provide the bolt carrier 10 with a reset function. That is, the spring 272 assists the bolt carrier 10 to move forward, so that the loading of the cartridge 9 is smoother.
Specifically, when the user pulls the operation portion 232 backward, the moving element 81 of the toy gun 8 is moved backward. Then, the user releases his hand, as shown in fig. 3A, the pull handle 23 can be rebounded to the original position by the spring 271, and the moving element 81 (i.e., the sliding sleeve) of the toy gun 8 is still at the rear end of the bolt carrier 10, so that the bullet 9 can move in the direction of the bullet containing slot 22 with a space to successively complete the loading action of the bullet 9. Then, the return spring of the toy gun 8 and the spring 272 of the receiver 20 can drive the moving element 81 to move forward, so as to achieve the normal loading action. As shown in fig. 3A and 3B, the bolt carrier 10 can be moved (moved forward) toward the magazine 40 by the moving element 81 of the toy gun 8, and at this time, the guiding portion 13 guides one of the bullets 9, i.e., the bullet 9 located at the top, and the guiding portion 13 pushes the bullet 9 to move to the bullet containing slot 22, and one end of the bullet holding structure 11 holds the bullet 9, thereby completing the loading of the bullet 9.
In the present embodiment, the guiding portion 13 is an inclined structure, and preferably, the feeding channel 21 has a guiding arc surface 211 which is located at the upper edge of the feeding channel 21 and is connected to the containing groove 22. Specifically, the upper edge of the guide arc surface 211 is connected to the bullet containing groove 22, and the uppermost bullet 9 (one of the bullets 9) is located at the lower edge of the guide arc surface 211. As shown in fig. 3A, when the bolt carrier 10 moves toward the magazine 40, the bottom of the guiding portion 13 can move the top bullet 9 toward the bullet containing slot 22, and the bullet 9 is pushed by the guiding portion 13 and moves from the lower edge of the guiding arc 211 toward the upper edge, so that the bullet 9 is inclined. As shown in fig. 3B, the bolt carrier 10 is continuously moved toward the magazine 40, and the bullet 9 moves along the guide arc 211 to the upper edge of the guide arc 211 and enters the bullet containing groove 22, so that the bullet 9 returns to the horizontal angle from the inclined angle. The cartridge holding structure 11, which is located at the same level as the magazine 22, can further hold the cartridge 9. In other words, the guiding portion 13 and the guiding arc surface 211 can help the bullet 9 to be loaded into the chamber.
As shown in fig. 2B and fig. 3C, the elastic holding structure 11 of the present embodiment preferably includes a hook 111 and a spring 112. The hook 111 is connected to the bullet holding structure 11, and the spring 112 connects the hook 111 and the housing of the bolt carrier 10, so that the hook 111 can slightly move relative to the bullet holding structure 11 and provide the inward clamping force of the hook 111. Preferably, the cartridge case 91 may have a groove 911 so that the hook 111 can catch the groove 911 of the cartridge case 91. Referring to fig. 3A and 3B, specifically, when the bolt carrier 10 moves toward the magazine 40, the guiding portion 13 can move the bullet 9 toward the slot 22. The bullet holding structure 11 is then in contact with the bullet 9. When the hook 111 contacts the bullet 9, the hook 111 compresses the spring 112 and slightly opens outward, and then hooks the annular groove 911 of the cartridge case 91 inward.
Referring to fig. 4A to 4C, the receiver 20 of the present embodiment further includes a barrel 25, which is communicated with the magazine 22. Since one end of the air duct 12 communicates with the muzzle 82 and the other end is disposed in the bullet holding structure 11 and communicates with the case 91 of the loaded bullet 9. As shown in FIG. 4B, when the toy gun 8 is fired, the projectiles 92 may be ejected through the barrel 25 of the receiver 20. In detail, the user may operate the toy gun 8 to fire. When fired, the toy gun 8 is pressurized to expel the gas, which is delivered through the gas duct 12 of the bolt carrier 10 into the cartridge case 91 at the front end of the cartridge holding structure 11 and the inner projectiles 92 are expelled to the outside of the receiver 20. In other embodiments, if the bullet 9 is a BB bullet or a soft bullet, the bullet 9 can be directly ejected, and the invention is not limited thereto. After firing, the moving member 81 of the toy gun 8 is moved rearward by the recoil, as shown in fig. 4C, causing the bolt carrier 10 to be moved rearward. Since the air tube 12 of this embodiment is a flexible tube, it is suitable for shortening the distance between the bullet holding structure 11 and the muzzle 82 when the moving element 81 moves backward.
Fig. 5A and 5B are enlarged views of the magazine assembly shown in fig. 4C during the ejection of a bullet, fig. 5C is an exploded view of the front end, the bullet holding structure, the hook and the ejection protrusion of the bolt carrier shown in fig. 5A, and fig. 5D is an exploded view of the elements shown in fig. 5C after being combined and during the ejection of the bullet, please refer to fig. 5A, 5B, 5C and 5D. The shot 92 inside the bullet 9 is ejected (out to the outside of the receiver 20) and the shell 91 remains held by the bullet-holding structure 11. Preferably, the receiver 20 includes a projectile projection 26 adjacent to the ammunition feed channel 21 and located in the path of travel of the ammunition holding structure 11. The ejection protrusion 26 of the present embodiment is disposed on the casing 20 and is a fixed element. That is, the ejection lug 26 does not move with the bolt carrier 10.
After the firing action of the toy gun 8, the moving element 81 moves backward due to the recoil and brings the bolt carrier 10 to move backward. At this time, the bullet holding structure 11 holds the bullet case 91 and moves backward (i.e. moves away from the magazine 40), and when passing through the ejection protrusion 26, the ejection protrusion 26 abuts against the bullet case 91 to eject the bullet case 91. At this time, since the hook 111 is pivoted on the elastic holding structure 11, the hook 111 can rotate relative to the elastic holding structure 11. That is, the hook 111 can be shifted outward relative to the bullet holding structure 11, and the bullet shell 91 is separated from the bullet holding structure 11, so as to complete the shell throwing operation, as shown in fig. 4C and 5B. In other words, the bolt carrier 10 moves rearward until the case 91 is pushed toward the hook 111 by the ejection projection 26, so that the hook 111 is biased outward (i.e., rotated outward to open). At the same time, the cartridge 9 (the shell 91) is released from the cartridge holding structure 11 and thrown outward. After the hook 111 is biased outward relative to the bullet-holding structure 11, the spring 112 (see fig. 3C) can provide a restoring force to the hook 111, so that the hook 111 is restored to the original position to hold and hook the bullet case 91 of the next bullet 9.
Preferably, the bullet holding structure 11 further comprises a notch 15, and the width of the notch 15 is slightly larger than the thickness of the projectile projection 26. When the bullet holding structure 11 passes through the bullet projecting portion 26, the bullet projecting portion 26 passes through the notch 15 and abuts against the bullet case 91, so that the hook 111 is deflected outwards relative to the bullet holding structure 11 to release the constraint on the bullet case 91, and further the bullet case 91 is thrown outwards to be separated from the bullet holding structure 11.
When the cartridge 9 (the case 91) is thrown outward, the spring 41 (shown in fig. 2A) at the bottom end of the magazine 40 pushes the cartridge 9 upward. At the same time, as mentioned above, the spring 272 drives the moving element 81 to move forward, so that the guiding portion 13 can push the next bullet 9 (i.e. the bullet 9 located at the top). The bullet 9 moves to the bullet containing groove 22, and the bullet holding structure 11 holds the bullet 9 to complete the continuous loading action.
Optionally, the bolt carrier 10 of the present embodiment further includes a first magnet 17 (as shown in fig. 1 and 2A), which is disposed at an end of the bolt carrier 10 opposite to the bullet holding structure 11, that is, at a rear end of the bolt carrier 10. The casing 20 further includes a second magnet 28 (shown in fig. 2A) disposed at a rear end of the casing 20 and corresponding to the first magnet 17. Specifically, the second magnet 28 is disposed in the receiver 20 for being sleeved into the groove of the bolt carrier 10, and is located at the rear end of the receiver 20. When the toy gun 8 is fired, the moving member 81 moves backward due to recoil and moves the bolt carrier 10 backward (see fig. 1 and 3A). At this time, the first magnet 17 and the second magnet 28 are closer to each other, so that the kinetic energy of the rear impact of the bolt carrier 10 can be accelerated by utilizing the principle of magnetic attraction, thereby increasing the recoil felt by the user.
Preferably, the first magnet 17 and the second magnet 28 are not parallel, for example, the first magnet 17 of the present embodiment is disposed above the rear end of the bolt carrier 10, and the second magnet 28 is perpendicular to the first magnet 17. This arrangement allows the first magnet 17 and the second magnet 28 to be located at their closest distance without having complete surfaces that are directly attracted to each other. That is, the right surface (larger area) of the second magnet 28 corresponds to the left end surface (smaller area) of the first magnet 17. This design provides a low attractive force between the first magnet 17 and the second magnet 28, so that the bolt carrier 10 can be pulled back to the original position by the spring 272 (return spring) to successfully complete the re-entry and return of the bolt carrier 10. In other embodiments, the first magnet 17 and the second magnet 28 with weaker magnetic force may be provided, and the invention is not limited thereto.
Fig. 6A and 6B are partial cross-sectional views of a gun carrier 10a applied to a toy gun 8a according to a second embodiment of the present invention. In the present embodiment, the toy gun 8a is exemplified by an electric gun having a piston therein. In other words, the moving element 81a is a piston. Correspondingly, the bolt carrier 10a has a connecting member 16a, and one end of the connecting member 16a is connected to the inner side wall of the rear end of the bolt carrier 10a, and the other end penetrates into the cavity inside the toy gun 8a and is disposed inside the moving element 81 a. That is, the moving element 81a is sleeved to the connecting member 16a, so that the connecting member 16a is connected to the moving element 81a (i.e., the piston).
Similarly, the receiver 20 of the first embodiment is sleeved outside the bolt carrier 10a to form a receiver assembly. For the assembly of the casing 20, reference is made to the first embodiment, which is not described herein.
Fig. 7A and 7B are partial cross-sectional views illustrating a bolt carrier 10B according to a third embodiment of the present invention applied to a toy gun. The toy gun 8a is exemplified by an electric gun having a piston (moving element 81a) inside, as in the second embodiment. The difference from the second embodiment is the location of the attachment 16b of the bolt carrier 10 b. The connecting member 16b of the present embodiment is provided on the inner side wall at the center of the bolt carrier 10b and extends downward to penetrate into the chamber of the toy gun 8a, thereby connecting the connecting member 16b to the moving element 81a (piston). Similarly, the receiver 20 of the first embodiment is sleeved outside the bolt carrier 10b to form a receiver assembly, and other details can refer to the first embodiment and are not repeated herein.
In summary, the receiver assembly according to the present invention includes a bolt carrier and a receiver, wherein the receiver is sleeved outside the bolt carrier and fixed to the toy gun. The bolt carrier may be connected to a moving member (slide or piston) of the toy gun such that the bolt carrier may load or fire a bullet in response to reciprocation of the moving member. Specifically, when the bolt carrier is driven by the moving element to move back and forth, the bullet can be pushed to the bullet containing groove by the guiding part of the bullet holding structure, so as to complete the loading action. When the toy gun is fired, the gas generated inside can be discharged towards the bullet containing groove so as to complete the action of firing the bullet. Therefore, the receiver assembly of the present invention can be applied to a toy gun, and can perform the actions of loading a bullet or firing a bullet like a general large gun body (such as a rifle).
In addition, according to the bolt carrier of the invention, the bullet holding structure clamps the cartridge case. The clamping hook of the bullet holding structure can hook the annular groove of the bullet shell, and the bullet holding structure is outwards deviated relatively so that the bullet shell is separated from the bullet holding structure, and the shell throwing effect is achieved.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are merely examples for convenience of description, and the scope of the claims of the present invention should be determined by the appended claims rather than by the following examples.
