Optionally, the sheet metal and foot mat mounting apparatus further comprises a sheet metal vibration tray 5000, the sheet metal vibration tray 5000 being provided beside the transport mechanism 3100 for supplying the sheet metal to the sheet metal mounting device 3000. Specifically, after a plurality of metal sheets are manually placed in the metal sheet vibration disk 5000, the metal sheet vibration disk 5000 can output the metal sheets orderly in a certain direction and accurately transport the metal sheets to the transport mechanism 3100, so that the metal sheets which are unordered are automatically arranged in an orderly manner in an oriented manner.
Example two
The embodiment further provides a metal sheet mounting device, and the metal sheet mounting device 3000 can be used in the metal sheet and foot pad mounting device in the first embodiment, and is used for mounting an external metal sheet on the to-be-mounted member 1600, so as to realize automatic production.
Specifically, the metal sheet mounting device 3000 includes a carrying mechanism, a transporting mechanism 3100, a sucking mechanism 3200, and a pressing mechanism 3300, where the carrying mechanism is the first carrying mechanism 1200 or the second carrying mechanism 1300 in the first embodiment, and the first carrying mechanism 1200 is selected in the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 5, the first carrying mechanism 1200 is used for carrying the to-be-mounted member 1600, so as to facilitate the subsequent process of mounting the metal sheet on the to-be-mounted member 1600; the transport mechanism 3100 is configured to transport the external metal sheets to the metal sheet feeding station 3110 to complete feeding of the metal sheets; the suction mechanism 3200 is used for sucking the metal sheet on the transportation mechanism 3100 to the first bearing mechanism 1200 at the metal sheet feeding station 3110, and the pressing mechanism 3300 is used for pressing the metal sheet at the first bearing mechanism 1200, so that the metal sheet and the member to be mounted 1600 are assembled; the first bearing mechanism 1200 is stable in structure, and can prevent the deformation of the first bearing mechanism 1200 when the pressing mechanism 3300 presses the metal sheet to the to-be-installed component 1600, so that the metal sheet and the to-be-installed component 1600 are damaged; 3000 full automation production of this sheetmetal installation device has realized installing the sheetmetal on treating installed part 1600, and then has reduced the cost of manpower, simultaneously, has improved the production efficiency and the installation accuracy of product.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the first bearing mechanism 1200 includes a first bearing bracket 1220 and a pressing plate 1221, wherein the to-be-installed component 1600 is supported on the top of the first bearing bracket 1220, and each to-be-installed component 1600 is spaced from the to-be-installed component 1600, so that after the suction mechanism 3200 places the metal sheet on the to-be-installed component 1600, the pressing mechanism 3300 can press the metal sheet onto the to-be-installed component 1600; meanwhile, the pressing plate 1221 is arranged on the first bearing support 1220, the guide sleeve 1222 is arranged on the pressing plate 1221, the guide sleeve 1222 and the to-be-installed piece 1600 are arranged in the vertical direction relatively, so that the suction mechanism 3200 can suck the metal sheet into the guide sleeve 1222, further, the metal sheet can be arranged on the to-be-installed piece 1600 through the guide sleeve 1222, the situation that the suction mechanism 3200 places the metal sheet in the to-be-installed piece 1600 is avoided, the metal sheet is pressed by the pressing mechanism 3300 and the to-be-installed piece 1600 is damaged, the production cost of a product is improved, and further the damage of the pressing mechanism 3300 is avoided. Optionally, the top of the guide sleeve 1222 is of a tapered structure, so that the opening at the upper end of the guide sleeve 1222 of the tapered structure is large, and then when the metal sheet sucked by the suction mechanism 3200 is placed in the guide sleeve 1222, if a slight position deviation occurs, the guide sleeve 1222 of the tapered structure can automatically transfer the metal sheet with the position deviation to the installation position right opposite to the to-be-installed component 1600 along the vertical direction, and then the punching mechanism 3300 can normally punch the metal sheet onto the to-be-installed component 1600.
Further, as shown in fig. 8, transport mechanism 3100 includes a transport support 3130, a transport belt 3140, and a cover plate 3150. Wherein the metal sheet is supported on the conveyor belt 3140 while the conveyor belt 3140 is provided on the conveyor support 3130 for conveying the metal sheet from the metal sheet feeding station 3110 to the metal sheet suction station 3120, which enables the position transfer of the metal sheet. Specifically, be equipped with the transportation motor on transportation support 3130, the transportation action wheel and transport from the driving wheel, the output fixed connection transportation action wheel of transportation motor to locate the transportation action wheel and transport and remove through the drive of transportation action wheel from the epaxial transportation area 3140 of driving, so that outside sheetmetal can material loading to sheetmetal material loading station 3110 department, and remove the sheetmetal to sheetmetal absorption station 3120 department.
Meanwhile, a cover plate 3150 is disposed on the transportation support 3130 and covers the metal sheet, and the metal sheet is located between the transportation support 3130 and the cover plate 3150 to prevent the metal sheet from being shifted in position during the movement; a through hole 3151 is formed in the cover plate 3150 at the sheet metal suction station 3120, and the suction mechanism 3200 is only used for sucking out the sheet metal exposed from the through hole 3151; specifically, when suction mechanism 3200 sucks the sheetmetal from through-hole 3151, only one sheetmetal can be sucked at one suction end at a time, and the mounting failure of the sheetmetal is avoided after the suction end of suction mechanism 3200 sucks a plurality of sheetmetals simultaneously. Optionally, the end of the cover plate 3150 in the conveying direction is provided with a stopper piece 3152, and the stopper piece 3152 is used for stopping the metal sheet; specifically, in the process of transporting the metal sheet by the transport belt 3140, the stopper 3152 can stop the metal sheet transported first, and the subsequent metal sheets can stop moving in sequence, so that the suction mechanism 3200 can suck the metal sheet on the transport belt 3140 conveniently.
Further, the transportation support 3130 is further provided with an induction optical fiber 3131, and the induction optical fiber 3131 is arranged at the starting end and the ending end of the sheet metal suction station 3120 and is used for inducing the sheet metal; specifically, the sensing optical fibers 3131 arranged at the starting end of the sheet metal suction station 3120 can sense the number of the sheet metal feeding station 3110 to the sheet metal suction station 3120, and the sensing optical fibers 3131 arranged at the finishing end of the sheet metal suction station 3120 can sense whether a stopper has a stopper sheet metal, wherein the sheet metal suction station 3120 can place a certain number of sheet metals, so that whether the sheet metal on the sheet metal suction station 3120 is in a saturation number can be determined by the cooperation of the two sensing optical fibers 3131, and then the sheet metal can be relatively arranged at the through hole 3151 in the vertical direction, so that the suction mechanism 3200 can normally suck the sheet metal out of the through hole 3151.
As shown in fig. 9, the suction mechanism 3200 includes a suction holder 3210, a moving slide table 3220, and a vacuum suction assembly 3230. The movable sliding table 3220 is arranged on the suction support 3210, and the vacuum suction assembly 3230 is connected to a driving end of the movable sliding table 3220, so that the vacuum suction assembly 3230 can suck the metal sheet on the transportation mechanism 3100, and transfer the metal sheet to the to-be-mounted member 1600 on the first bearing mechanism 1200 through the movable sliding table 3220; specifically, remove slip table 3220 including locate the horizontal migration slip table 3221 on absorbing support 3210 and locate the vertical slip table 3222 of horizontal migration slip table 3221 drive end, vacuum suction subassembly 3230 locates the drive end of vertical migration slip table 3222 to vacuum suction subassembly 3230 can be in horizontal and vertical removal, in order to satisfy the demand that the subassembly 3230 removed is sucked in the vacuum, realizes the transfer of sheetmetal.
Further, the vacuum suction assembly 3230 comprises a first vacuum generator 3231 and a vacuum suction cup 3232 disposed at an output end of the first vacuum generator 3231, wherein the vacuum suction cup 3232 is configured to suck or release the metal sheet, so as to transfer the metal sheet from the transportation mechanism 3100 to the first carrying mechanism 1200; wherein, vacuum suction assembly 3230 is provided with a plurality ofly, and the sucking disc homoenergetic on a plurality of vacuum suction assembly 3230 absorbs the sheetmetal on the transport mechanism 3100 to shift the sheetmetal to treat on the load-bearing mechanism on the installed part 1600, and then can improve the production efficiency of product. Optionally, still be equipped with negative pressure table 3211 on sucking support 3210, negative pressure table 3211 is used for detecting the negative pressure value of vacuum chuck 3232 to be used for detecting whether vacuum chuck 3232 holds the sheetmetal, avoid vacuum chuck 3232 to omit behind the suction sheetmetal, appear waiting that installed part 1600 does not install the condition of sheetmetal. As shown in fig. 10, the pressing mechanism 3300 includes a pressing bracket 3310, a pressing piece 3320, and a pressing drive piece 3330, wherein the pressing piece 3320 is for abutting against the metal sheet. The pressing driving piece 3330 is arranged on the pressing support 3310, and the driving end of the pressing driving piece 3330 is connected with the pressing piece 3320, so that the pressing driving piece 3300 can press the metal sheet onto the to-be-mounted piece 1600 to complete assembly, and automation of the metal sheet pressing process is realized; specifically, the driving piece 3330 is pressed to the cylinder, the cylinder body fixed connection of cylinder is in pressing support 3310, and the output fixed connection of cylinder piston rod presses piece 3320, and then through the driving piece 3330 that presses of cylinder, can realize pressing the lift of piece 3320. Optionally, the shape of the pressing surface of the pressing piece 3320 is the same as the shape of the metal sheet, so as to facilitate the pressing mechanism 3300 to press the metal sheet onto the member to be mounted 1600.
EXAMPLE III
The embodiment further provides a foot pad mounting device, and the foot pad mounting device 4000 can be used in the metal sheet and the foot pad mounting equipment in the first embodiment for detaching and mounting the foot pad on the foot pad roll 4180 onto the to-be-mounted member 1600, so as to realize automatic production.
Specifically, the floor mat mounting device 4000 includes a carrying mechanism, a floor mat roll conveying mechanism 4100, a floor mat preparing mechanism 4200, and a floor mat mounting mechanism 4300, where the carrying mechanism is the first carrying mechanism 1200 or the second carrying mechanism 1300 in the first embodiment, and the second carrying mechanism 1300 is adopted in the present embodiment.
As shown in fig. 6, the second supporting mechanism 1300 is used for supporting the member to be mounted 1600, so as to facilitate the subsequent process of mounting the foot pad on the member to be mounted 1600; the callus coil conveying mechanism 4100 is used for conveying callus coil 4180, wherein callus is arranged on the callus coil 4180, and then the callus is separated from the callus coil 4180 through the callus preparation mechanism 4200 so as to complete callus preparation; the foot pad mounting mechanism 4300 can receive the foot pad separated from the foot pad roll 4180, and mount the foot pad on the to-be-mounted piece 1600 of the second bearing mechanism 1300, so that the foot pad and the to-be-mounted piece 1600 are assembled; this callus on sole installation device 4000 full automation production has realized installing the callus on the sole on treating installed part 1600, and then has reduced the cost of manpower, simultaneously, has improved the production efficiency and the installation accuracy of product.
As shown in FIGS. 11-12, the mat roll feeding mechanism 4100 comprises a feeding bracket 4110, and a roll roller 4120, a receiving roller 4130, a guide roller assembly 4140, a preparation platform 4150 and a clamping member 4160 which are arranged on the feeding bracket 4110. The material rolling roller 4120 is used for feeding the foot pad roll material 4180, and the material receiving roller 4130 is used for receiving the foot pad roll material 4180 fed by the material rolling roller 4120, so that the foot pad roll material 4180 is conveyed in the foot pad roll material conveying mechanism 4100; meanwhile, in the transfer process of the foot pad roll 4180 from the roll 4120 to the take-up roller 4130, the preparation platform 4150 is used to horizontally support the foot pad roll 4180; the guide roller assembly 4140 is arranged between the feeding path from the foot pad roll 4180 to the preparation platform 4150 through the roll 4120 and is used for changing the conveying direction of the foot pad roll 4180 so as to enable the foot pad roll 4180 to be conveyed on the preparation platform in the horizontal direction and further facilitate the separation of the foot pad from the foot pad roll 4180, specifically, the guide roller assembly 4140 comprises a guide roller and a guide plate which are both arranged on the conveying bracket 4110, the guide plate is arranged in a bending mode along the circumferential direction of the guide roller, and the foot pad roll 4180 is arranged between the guide roller and the guide plate so as to enable the foot pad roll 4180 to change the conveying direction through the guide roller assembly 4140; further, a clamping member 4160 is provided between the feeding path of the foot pad roll 4180 from the guide roller assembly 4140 to the preparing platform 4150 for horizontally clamping the foot pad roll 4180 to maintain the foot pad roll 4180 horizontal on the preparing platform 4150, and to prevent the foot pad roll 4180 from tilting after the direction of the foot pad roll 4180 changes at the guide roller assembly 4140, so that the foot pad roll 4180 in a non-horizontal state affects the detachment of the foot pad. Optionally, a limiting member 4151 is disposed at the starting end of the preparing platform 4150, and the limiting member 4151 is used for limiting the rolled foot pad 4180 on the preparing platform 4150, so as to prevent the rolled foot pad 4180 from tilting when the foot pad preparing mechanism 4200 prepares a foot pad, thereby affecting the separation of the foot pad.
Further optionally, the callus on sole coil stock conveying mechanism 4100 further includes a pressure roller conveying assembly 4170 arranged on the conveying support 4110, the pressure roller conveying assembly 4170 can be used for abutting against and conveying the callus on sole coil stock 4180, specifically, the pressure roller conveying assembly 4170 includes a pressure roller support arranged on the conveying support 4110 and two parallel pressure rollers rotatably arranged on the pressure roller support, the two pressure rollers are arranged at intervals, so that the callus on sole coil stock 4180 can pass through a gap between the two pressure rollers, and a pressure roller shaft of one of the pressure rollers is connected with a driving end of the rotary driving device, so that the pressure roller can drive the callus on sole coil stock 4180 to move, and further the callus on sole coil stock 4180 can be conveyed through the pressure roller conveying assembly 4170 and tensioned, thereby avoiding the loose callus on sole coil stock 4180 from affecting the conveying of the callus on sole coil stock 4180.
Further, foot pad mounting device 4000 further comprises foot pad transport mechanism 4400 and foot pad pushing mechanism 4500. Callus on the sole transport mechanism 4400 is used for accepting the callus on the sole that is broken away from by callus on the sole coil stock 4180, and callus on the sole push mechanism 4500 is used for pushing the callus on the sole transport mechanism 4400 to callus on the sole installation mechanism 4300 to accomplish the installation of callus on the sole on treating installed part 1600. The equant assembly 4430 comprises an equant frame 4431, an equant plate 4432, an equant block 4433 and an equant shifting cylinder 4434, wherein the equant frame 4431 is arranged at the driving end of the shifting assembly 4420, so that the shifting assembly 4420 can drive the equant assembly 4430 to move; the equally dividing plate 4432 and the equally dividing shifting cylinder 4434 are both arranged on the equally dividing frame 4431, and the equally dividing shifting cylinder 4434 can drive the equally dividing plate 4432 to move, so that the equally dividing blocks 4433 arranged on the equally dividing plate 4432 can receive the foot pads manufactured by the foot pad manufacturing mechanism 4200. Optionally, the halving block 4433 is provided with a first vacuum channel, two ends of the first vacuum channel penetrate through the halving block 4433, one end of the first vacuum channel is used for connecting the second vacuum generator, and the other end of the first vacuum channel is used for sucking the foot pad, so that the foot pad is prevented from falling off from the halving block 4433 in the moving process. Further optionally, as shown in fig. 14, the foot pad pushing mechanism 4500 includes a linear moving platform 4510 disposed on the preparation platform 4150 and a pushing element 4520 disposed at a driving end of the linear moving platform 4510, and the pushing element 4520 can be driven by the linear moving platform 4510 to push the foot pad onto the foot pad mounting mechanism 4300, so as to complete the foot pad transfer.
As shown in fig. 15, the foot pad preparation mechanism 4200 comprises a preparation support 4210 and a preparation driving member 4220 arranged on the preparation support 4210, wherein an output end of the preparation driving member 4220 is connected with the preparation block 4230 to drive the preparation block 4230 to press down the foot pad on the foot pad roll 4180 until the foot pad is separated from the foot pad roll 4180 to realize the separation preparation of the foot pad. Specifically, the making platform 4150 is provided with a making hole, and the making block 4230 can press the foot pad on the foot pad roll 4180 to penetrate through the making hole, so as to realize the separation of the foot pad. Optionally, the preparing support 4210 is disposed on the conveying support 4110, further reducing the space occupied by the preparing support 4210.
Further, a compaction driving piece 4240 is further arranged on the preparing support 4210, and a compaction block 4250 is arranged at the output end of the compaction driving piece 4240; meanwhile, the rolling shaft 4152 is arranged on the making platform 4150, and the pressing driving piece 4240 can drive the pressing block 4250 to press the rolling shaft 4152 downwards, so that the rolling shaft 4152 can press the foot pad roll material 4180 on the making platform 4150, and the foot pad roll material 4180 is prevented from being warped upwards to influence the separation of the foot pad from the foot pad roll material 4180 when the foot pad making mechanism 4200 is used for making the foot pad. Specifically, the rolling shaft 4152 can be arranged on the other side of the limiting piece 4151 opposite to the making hole, so that the rolling shaft 4152 and the limiting piece 4151 limit the foot pad roll 4180 on the making platform (4150) together, so as to improve the stability of the foot pad roll 4180 in the foot pad making process, and avoid the phenomenon that the foot pad roll 4180 warps on the front side and the rear side of the making hole after the making block 4230 presses the foot pad roll 4180 when the foot pad making mechanism 4200 makes a foot pad.
As shown in fig. 16, the foot pad mounting mechanism 4300 includes a mounting bracket 4310, an ejection member 4320, and an ejection driving member 4330. The ejection driving part 4330 is arranged on the mounting bracket 4310, and the ejection part 4320 is connected to the driving end of the ejection driving part 4330, wherein the ejection part 4320 is used for receiving the foot pad, and further the ejection driving part 4330 can eject the foot pad onto the to-be-mounted part 1600 to complete the assembly, so as to realize the automation of the foot pad mounting on the to-be-mounted part 1600. Optionally, the foot pad mounting mechanism 4300 further includes a linear module 4340, the driving end of the linear module 4340 is connected to the mounting bracket 4310, and then the linear module 4340 can adjust the position of the ejecting member 4320, so that the ejecting member 4320 can receive the foot pad pushed by the foot pad pushing mechanism 4500, and transfer the foot pad to the lower side of the to-be-mounted member 1600. Further optionally, a second vacuum channel is formed in the ejecting member 4320, two ends of the second vacuum channel penetrate through the ejecting member 4320, one end of the second vacuum channel is used for connecting a third vacuum generator, and the other end of the second vacuum channel is used for adsorbing the foot pad, so that the foot pad is prevented from falling off the ejecting member 4320 in the moving process; still inwards cave in on the top of installing support 4310 and be formed with spacing recess 4311, the one end that second vacuum channel is used for adsorbing the callus on the sole is located spacing recess 4311, and spacing recess 4311 runs through the one end of installing support 4310 along the direction towards callus on the sole push mechanism 4500, so that the callus on the sole that callus on the sole push mechanism 4500 promoted can get into spacing recess 4311 by the penetration mouth of installing support 4310, and spacing the callus on the sole in spacing recess 4311, thereby avoid after the callus on the sole that callus on the sole push mechanism 4500 promoted does not reach or exceed predetermined position, influence the production efficiency and the installation accuracy of product. The ejection driving member 4330 is an air cylinder, a cylinder body of the air cylinder is fixedly connected to the mounting bracket 4310, an output end of a piston rod of the air cylinder is fixedly connected to the ejection member 4320, and the ejection member 4320 is lifted by the ejection driving member 4330 of the air cylinder.
As shown in fig. 17, the second bearing mechanism 1300 includes a second bearing bracket 1320, a through groove is provided on the second bearing bracket 1320, and the mounting member 1600 is arranged on the second bearing bracket 1320, and is located above the through groove, so that the ejecting member 4320 can eject the foot pad into the through groove, and the foot pad is ejected on the mounting member 1600, the foot pad can be ejected on the mounting member 1600, the process can eject the foot pad on the mounting member 1600 from the lower part of the mounting member 1600, the mounting of the foot pad can be realized without turning the mounting member 1600, and the production efficiency of the product is further improved.
Further, a pressing mechanism 1330 is further disposed on the second supporting mechanism 1300, the pressing mechanism 1330 includes a pressing bracket 1331, a pressing piece 1332 and a pressing driving piece 1333, wherein the pressing bracket 1331 is disposed on the supporting bracket. Push down driving piece 1333 and locate on pressing and set up support 1331, push down piece 1332 connects in the drive end of pushing down driving piece 1333, wherein, push down piece 1332 be used for with treat the installed part 1600 butt, and then push down driving piece 1333 can be with treating that installed part 1600 is supported and is pressed to second bear on the support 1320, in order to guarantee to treat the stability of installed part 1600 when the callus on the sole, avoid ejecting 4320 with the callus on the sole with treat that installed part 1600 is together jacking, cause the installation failure of callus on the sole. Optionally, the downward-pressing driving part 1333 is an air cylinder, a cylinder body of the air cylinder is fixedly connected to the pressing bracket 1331, an output end of a piston rod of the air cylinder is fixedly connected to the downward-pressing part 1332, and the downward movement of the downward-pressing part 1332 is further realized through the downward-pressing driving part 1333 of the air cylinder.

Claims (10)

1. A foot pad mounting device for mounting a foot pad onto a component to be mounted (1600), the foot pad mounting device comprising:
a carrying mechanism for carrying the member to be mounted (1600);
the callus on the sole coil stock conveying mechanism (4100), is used for conveying the callus on the sole coil stock (4180), there are callus on the sole coil stock (4180);
a footbed preparation mechanism (4200) for detaching said footbed from said footbed roll (4180);
a foot pad mounting mechanism (4300) for receiving the foot pad disengaged by the foot pad roll (4180) and mounting the foot pad to the to-be-mounted member (1600) of the carrying mechanism.
2. The foot pad mounting device of claim 1, further comprising:
a footbed transfer mechanism (4400) for receiving the footbed disengaged by the footbed roll (4180);

a clamping member (4160) disposed between a feed path of the callus coil stock (4180) from the guide roller assembly (4140) to the making platform (4150) for horizontally clamping the callus coil stock (4180) to maintain the callus coil stock (4180) horizontal on the making platform (4150).
5. The foot pad mounting device according to claim 4, wherein a limit piece (4151) is arranged at the starting end of the making platform (4150), and the limit piece (4151) is used for limiting the foot pad coil stock (4180) on the making platform (4150).

The foot pad mounting device according to claim 1, wherein the foot pad preparation mechanism (4200) comprises a preparation bracket (4210) and a preparation driving member (4220) arranged on the preparation bracket (4210), and an output end of the preparation driving member (4220) is connected with a preparation block (4230) so as to drive the preparation block (4230) to press down the foot pad on the foot pad roll material (4180) until the foot pad is separated from the foot pad roll material (4180).

The foot pad mounting device according to claim 8, wherein the carrying mechanism comprises a carrying bracket, a through groove is arranged on the carrying bracket, and the member to be mounted (1600) is arranged on the carrying bracket and positioned above the through groove; the ejecting piece (4320) can eject the foot pad into the through groove.
10. The foot pad mounting device according to claim 9, wherein a pressing mechanism (1330) is further disposed on the carrying mechanism, the pressing mechanism (1330) comprising:
the pressing support (1331), the pressing support (1331) is arranged on the bearing support;
a hold down (1332), the hold down (1332) for abutting the to-be-mounted member (1600);
the pressing driving piece (1333) is arranged on the pressing support (1331), and the driving end of the pressing driving piece (1333) is connected with the pressing piece (1332) and used for pressing the to-be-installed piece (1600) to the bearing support.
