It should be understood that: when the angle between the first support shaft 211 and the first side plate 110 is 45 °, and the angle between the second support shaft 212 and the second side plate 120 is 45 °, as shown in fig. 5, the angle between the first driving shaft 313 and the first driven driving shaft 315 and the first side plate 110 is 45 °, and the angle between the second driving shaft 323 and the second driven driving shaft 325 and the second side plate 120 is 45 °, in order to ensure the stability of the connection of the first driving shaft 313, the first driven driving shaft 315, the second driving shaft 323, and the second driven driving shaft 325 with the frame 100, the sorting apparatus 10 further includes a plurality of connecting portions 500, one end of each connecting portion 500 is fixedly connected to the frame 100, and the first driving shaft 313, the first driven driving shaft 315, the second driving shaft 323, and the second driven driving shaft 325 are rotatably connected to the corresponding connecting portions 500, respectively, wherein the connecting portions 500 may be a rectangular sheet metal part, one side of the rectangular sheet metal part is connected with the frame 100, a through hole for any one of the first driving shaft 313, the first driven driving shaft 315, the second driving shaft 323 and the second driven driving shaft 325 to penetrate is formed in the center of the rectangular sheet metal part, it should be understood that a bearing can be arranged at the through hole, and the first driving shaft 313, the first driven driving shaft 315, the second driving shaft 323 and the second driven driving shaft 325 can be rotatably connected with the corresponding connecting part 500 through the bearing.
Furthermore, each connecting part 500 is perpendicular to the first driving shaft 313, the first driven driving shaft 315, the second driving shaft 323 and the second driven driving shaft 325, and the connecting parts 500 are perpendicular to the first driving shaft 313, the first driven driving shaft 315, the second driving shaft 323 and the second driven driving shaft 325, so that the contact area between the first driving shaft 313, the first driven driving shaft 315, the second driving shaft 323 and the second driven driving shaft 325 and the corresponding connecting parts 500 can be increased, and the stability of the first driving shaft 313, the first driven driving shaft 315, the second driving shaft 323 and the second driven driving shaft 325 can be improved.
The connecting portion 500 is perpendicular to the connecting portion 500 corresponding to the first driving shaft 313, the first driven driving shaft 315, the second driving shaft 323, and the second driven driving shaft 325, respectively, that the axes of the first driving shaft 313, the first driven driving shaft 315, the second driving shaft 323, and the second driven driving shaft 325 are perpendicular to the connecting portion 500.
And the frame 100 is provided with square holes 101 corresponding to the connecting parts 500, so as to prevent the first driving shaft 313, the first driven driving shaft 315, the second driving shaft 323, the second driven driving shaft 325 and the frame 100 from generating stress concentration, which may cause the damage of the sorting device 10. This is because, when the square hole 101 is provided, the first driving shaft 313, the first driven driving shaft 315, the second driving shaft 323, and the second driven driving shaft 325 may extend to the outside of the frame 100 through the square hole 101, and may rotate freely without contacting the frame 100, thereby preventing stress concentration.
By adopting the sorting device described in the above embodiment, a plurality of first rollers 220 rotating along the first direction and a plurality of second rollers 230 rotating along the second direction are designed, so that the goods to be sorted can be conveyed along the first direction and the second direction, and the goods to be sorted can be turned, the structure is simple, and the first rollers 220 and the second rollers 230 are arranged at intervals in sequence, when the running speeds of the first rollers 220 and the second rollers 230 are different, the goods to be sorted can be conveyed on the roller mechanism 200 in any direction through speed synthesis, and the accuracy of turning the goods to be sorted is improved.
Example two
The sorting device 10 provided by the embodiment of the application comprises a frame 100 and a roller mechanism 200 fixedly connected to the frame 100, wherein the roller mechanism 200 is used for conveying goods to be sorted, the roller mechanism 200 comprises a supporting component 210 fixedly connected to the frame 100, and a plurality of first rollers 220 and a plurality of second rollers 230 rotatably connected to the supporting component 210, the first rollers 220 rotate along a first direction to drive the goods to be sorted to be conveyed along the first direction, the second rollers 230 rotate along a second direction to drive the goods to be sorted to be conveyed along the second direction, and the first direction is different from the second direction; the first roller 220 and the second roller 230 are sequentially disposed at intervals.
The sorting device 10 further includes a plurality of hub motors, each of the first rollers 220 and each of the second rollers 230 are hollow, each of the first rollers 220 and each of the second rollers 230 are correspondingly mounted on a housing of the hub motor, the hub motors are rotatably connected to the support assembly 210, and the first rollers 220 and the second rollers 230 are driven to rotate by the rotation of the hub motors, so that the rotation of each of the first rollers 220 and each of the second rollers 230 is realized, and meanwhile, the hub motors are self-driven motors, so that the self-driving of the first rollers 220 and the second rollers 230 can be realized. Compared with the sorting device 10 in the first embodiment, the structure is simpler without the power mechanism 300.
Preferably, each first roller 220 and each second roller 230 are concentric with the hub motor, so as to avoid causing height difference between the first roller 220 and the second roller 230 during rotation, which causes the goods to be sorted to bump or topple over, and improve the stability of the goods to be sorted conveyed on the sorting device 10.
It should be understood that: the first roller 220 and the second roller 230 can be directly replaced by the in-wheel motor, the in-wheel motor 600 is directly fixed on the frame 100 through the supporting component 210, the in-wheel motor 600 achieves the purpose of conveying goods to be sorted, and the structure is simpler. Except for the power mechanism 300, other structures in this embodiment are the same as those in the first embodiment, and are not described herein again.
EXAMPLE III
The present application further provides a sorting system for sorting goods to be sorted having identification information, as shown in fig. 6, the sorting system includes:
the loading device 20 is used for conveying goods to be sorted and conveying the goods to be sorted to the sorting device 10; wherein, the loading device 20 can be at least one belt conveyor;
the detection device 30 is arranged above the workpiece loading device 20 and is used for identifying the identification information of the goods to be sorted and transmitting the identification information to the industrial control equipment 40; detection device 30 includes a scanning structure and/or a camera that is communicatively coupled to industrial control equipment 40. Through setting up scanning structure, effective identifying information such as two-dimensional code or bar code in can effectively scanning the goods information of waiting to sort, certainly, also not be restricted to only scanning two-dimensional code or bar code for industrial control equipment 40 can effectively catch each information of waiting to sort goods. In addition, the industrial control equipment 40 is also provided with a camera, the camera shoots information of the goods to be sorted and feeds back pictures or videos to the industrial control equipment 40, and the industrial control equipment 40 confirms the identities of the goods to be sorted from the pictures or videos, so that the industrial control equipment 40 can effectively capture the information of the goods to be sorted;
the industrial control equipment 40 is in communication connection with the detection device 30 and is used for receiving the identification information and generating a control instruction according to the identification information;
the sorting device 10 is in communication connection with the industrial control equipment 40, is connected with the workpiece loading device 20, and is used for driving the goods to be sorted to move along the movement direction of the first conveying module and/or the movement direction of the second conveying module according to the control instruction so as to sort the goods to be sorted;
and a plurality of sorting ports 50 provided at both sides and/or a bottom side of the sorting apparatus 10 for collecting the goods to be sorted after being sorted by the sorting apparatus 10.
By adopting the sorting system described in the above embodiment, the industrial control device 40 indicates the rotation direction of the sorting device 10 according to the identification information of the goods to be sorted identified by the detection device 30, so that the rotation directions of the goods to be sorted are different, the goods to be sorted are sorted, and the process is completely mechanically operated, so that manual participation can be omitted, and the accuracy and the work efficiency are effectively improved.
Example four
The present application further provides a sorting system for sorting goods to be sorted having identification information, as shown in fig. 7, the sorting system includes:
the loading device 20 is used for conveying goods to be sorted and conveying the goods to be sorted to the sorting device 10; wherein, the loading device 20 can be at least one belt conveyor;
the detection device 30 is arranged above the workpiece loading device 20 and is used for identifying the identification information of the goods to be sorted and transmitting the identification information to the industrial control equipment 40; detection device 30 includes a scanning structure and/or a camera that is communicatively coupled to industrial control equipment 40. Through setting up scanning structure, effective identifying information such as two-dimensional code or bar code in can effectively scanning the goods information of waiting to sort, certainly, also not be restricted to only scanning two-dimensional code or bar code for industrial control equipment 40 can effectively catch each information of waiting to sort goods. In addition, the industrial control equipment 40 is also provided with a camera, the camera shoots information of the goods to be sorted and feeds back pictures or videos to the industrial control equipment 40, and the industrial control equipment 40 confirms the identities of the goods to be sorted from the pictures or videos, so that the industrial control equipment 40 can effectively capture the information of the goods to be sorted;
the industrial control equipment 40 is in communication connection with the detection device 30 and is used for receiving the identification information and generating a control instruction according to the identification information;
the at least two sorting devices 10 are in communication connection with the industrial control equipment 40, are connected with the workpiece loading device 10, and are used for driving the goods to be sorted to move along the first conveying module and the second conveying module of each sorting device 10 according to the control instruction so as to sort the goods to be sorted; at least two sorting devices 10 can be spliced and can be spliced into planes with different shapes and sizes for conveying goods to be sorted randomly according to actual requirements;
a plurality of sorting ports 50 provided at both sides and/or a bottom side of the at least one sorting device 10, for collecting the goods to be sorted by the at least one sorting device 10;
by adopting the sorting system described in the above embodiment, the sorting system is arranged to comprise a plurality of spliceable sorting devices, so that sorting systems with different shapes and sizes can be spliced, and the utilization rate of space can be fully improved; meanwhile, the convenience of later-stage expansion and maintenance can be improved through splicing setting.
In the above embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment may refer to the above detailed descriptions of other embodiments, and are not described herein again. In specific implementation, the above units or structures may be implemented as independent entities, or may be combined arbitrarily and implemented as one or several entities, which is not described herein again.

Claims (10)

1. The sorting device is characterized by comprising a frame and a roller mechanism fixedly connected to the frame, wherein the roller mechanism is used for conveying goods to be sorted, the roller mechanism comprises a supporting component fixedly connected with the frame, and a plurality of first rollers and a plurality of second rollers which are rotatably connected with the supporting component, the first rollers rotate along a first direction to drive the goods to be sorted to be conveyed along the first direction, the second rollers rotate along a second direction to drive the goods to be sorted to be conveyed along the second direction, and the first direction is different from the second direction; wherein, first gyro wheel with the second gyro wheel sets up at interval in proper order.
2. A sorter as in claim 1 further comprising a power mechanism for driving the roller mechanism to rotate, the power mechanism coupled to the frame, the power mechanism comprising: the first power unit is used for driving the first roller to rotate along a first direction, and the second power unit is used for driving the second roller to rotate along a second direction.
3. A sorter as in claim 2 wherein the first power unit comprises: the first motor, at least one first synchronous belt, at least one first initiative drive shaft, at least one first interaxial synchronous belt, at least one first driven drive shaft and a plurality of first drive belt, first motor fixed connection in the frame, first synchronous belt one end connect in first motor, the other end connect in first initiative drive shaft, first driven drive shaft pass through first interaxial synchronous belt with first initiative drive shaft synchronous rotation, it is a plurality of first conveyer belt and a plurality of first gyro wheel one-to-one, first conveyer belt one end connect in first initiative drive shaft or first driven drive shaft, the other end connect in first gyro wheel to drive first gyro wheel rotates.
4. A sorter as in claim 2 wherein the second power unit comprises: the second motor, at least one second hold-in range, at least one second initiative drive shaft, hold-in range between at least one second axle, at least one second driven drive shaft and a plurality of second drive belt, second motor fixed connection in the frame, second hold-in range one end connect in the second motor, the other end connect in second initiative drive shaft, the second driven drive shaft passes through hold-in range between the second axle with second initiative drive shaft synchronous rotation, it is a plurality of the second conveyer belt is with a plurality of second gyro wheel one-to-one, second conveyer belt one end connect in second initiative drive shaft or second driven drive shaft, the other end connect in the second gyro wheel, in order to drive the second gyro wheel rotates.
5. A sorter as in claim 1 further comprising a cover, wherein the cover has a plurality of first through-holes in a one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of first rollers and a plurality of second through-holes in a one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of second rollers, and the first and second rollers partially extend out of the cover.
6. A sorter as in claim 1 wherein the support assemblies include a plurality of first support shafts disposed side-by-side, a plurality of second support shafts disposed side-by-side, and a plurality of bearings, the first support shafts being perpendicular to the second support shafts, the first and second support shafts being fixedly connected to the frame, the first roller being rotatably connected to the first support shafts by bearings, the second roller being rotatably connected to the second support shafts by bearings.
7. A sorter as in claim 1 wherein the sorter further comprises a plurality of in-wheel motors, each of the first rollers and each of the second rollers being hollow, each of the first rollers and each of the second rollers being correspondingly mounted to the in-wheel motor housing, the in-wheel motors being rotatably coupled to the support assemblies.
8. A sorter as in claim 6 wherein the frame includes a first side panel, a second side panel, a third side panel, and a fourth side panel, the first and third side panels being perpendicularly connected to the second side panel, the fourth side panel being perpendicularly connected to the first side panel on a side thereof remote from the second side panel, the first support shaft being fixedly connected at both ends to the first and third side panels, and the second support shaft being fixedly connected at both ends to the second and fourth side panels, respectively.
9. A sorter as in claim 8 wherein the first support axis is at an angle of 90 ° or 45 ° to the first side panel.
10. A sorting system for sorting goods to be sorted having identification information, the sorting system comprising:
the loading device is used for conveying goods to be sorted;
the detection device is arranged above the workpiece loading device and used for identifying the identification information of the goods to be sorted and transmitting the identification information to the industrial control equipment;
the industrial control equipment is in communication connection with the detection device and is used for receiving the identification information and generating a control instruction according to the identification information;
the sorting device is in communication connection with the industrial control equipment, is connected with the workpiece loading device and is used for driving the first roller and the second roller to operate according to a control instruction so as to realize that the goods to be sorted move along the movement direction of the first roller and/or the movement direction of the second roller and sort the goods to be sorted;
the sorting ports are arranged on two sides and/or the bottom side of the at least one sorting device and are used for collecting the goods to be sorted after being sorted by the at least one sorting device;
wherein the sorting apparatus is a sorting apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
