The invention provides polygonatum sibiricum hollow noodles which are prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 400-450 parts of wheat flour, 6-7 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 4-5 parts of dried orange peel, 3-4 parts of fructus amomi, 4-5 parts of codonopsis pilosula, 5-6 parts of amomum cardamomum, 1-2 parts of citron, 40-50 parts of Chinese yam, 5-6 parts of medlar, 10-15 parts of konjac powder, 2-3 parts of sodium alginate, 7-8 parts of salt and a proper amount of water; the invention mainly combines the rhizoma polygonati and the fructus amomi with other traditional Chinese medicines, follows the compatibility principle of the traditional Chinese medicines, has the functions of reducing blood sugar, tonifying qi and strengthening spleen, regulating qi and activating blood, and can also relieve dyspepsia, spleen and kidney deficiency and abdominal distending pain and enhance the immunologic function of human bodies.
