Abstract
本发明公开了一种凹版辊涂覆消泡装置,包括料盒,所述料盒内部中部且内部充满浆料,所述料盒的一侧设置有内凹槽,所述内凹槽内用于安装凹版辊,并且内凹槽的上方安装有上刮刀,内凹槽的下方安装有下刮刀,所述下刮刀包括内侧下刮刀和外侧下刮刀,所述内侧下刮刀和外侧下刮刀之间留有密闭的空间间隙,该密闭的空间间隙的两端设置有真空密封板,并且密闭空间通过真空风机抽取空气形成真空。本发明通过采用双层下刮刀和下刮刀夹层抽真空技术解决了凹版辊涂覆过程浆料回料严重泡沫问题,其无需额外消泡罐体,避免过长的浆料静置消泡等待时长;并且本发明可实现浆料的循环利用,避免浆料因为泡沫导致浪费。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种凹版辊涂覆消泡装置,属于锂电池隔膜生产制造领域。
背景技术
在涂布作业中,一般使用涂布辊进行涂布作业,其原理是涂布辊浸于胶槽中的胶液中旋转,一部分胶液粘附于辊子的表面跟随辊子旋转,然后用刮刀将辊子上多余的胶液除,再将辊子上预定厚度或数量的胶液涂布于基材上。
目前,在凹版辊隔膜涂覆过程中,料盒回料会产生泡沫,而泡沫产生原因是凹版辊涂覆后网穴夹带空气进入料盒,空气与料盒内浆料混合形成气泡。如果使用带泡沫的浆料进行涂覆,涂覆后会出现密集亮点和黑点,导致电池阻值低等问题;故回料泡沫若无法消泡,浆料将无法再使用,这将会导致大量成品浆料浪费。
现有的解决料盒浆料回料泡沫方法是将泡沫严重的回料收集在真空罐中,通过真空罐抽真空实现带有泡沫回料的消泡。该装置主要包括一个真空罐,一个真空泵和一套抽真空连接管道。这种方法程序繁琐,使用不便,占用空间,运行成本也高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种凹版辊涂覆消泡装置,通过采用双层下刮刀和抽真空技术解决凹版辊涂覆过程浆料回料严重泡沫问题,其无需额外消泡罐体,避免过长的浆料静置消泡等待时长。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种凹版辊涂覆消泡装置,包括料盒,所述料盒内部中部且内部充满浆料,所述料盒的一侧设置有内凹槽,所述内凹槽内用于安装凹版辊,并且内凹槽的上方安装有上刮刀,内凹槽的下方安装有下刮刀,所述下刮刀包括内侧下刮刀和外侧下刮刀,所述内侧下刮刀和外侧下刮刀之间留有密闭的空间间隙,该密闭的空间间隙处于真空状态。
作为本方案的进一步优选,所述料盒的左右两端设置有侧密封板,所述侧密封板用于密封料盒以及凹版辊的两端。
作为本方案的进一步优选,所述内侧下刮刀和外侧下刮刀的两端设置有真空密封板,所述真空密封板、内侧下刮刀、外侧下刮刀和凹版辊表面共同形成密闭空间。
作为本方案的进一步优选,所述密闭空间通过真空风机抽取空气形成真空,所述真空风机通过真空软管与密闭空间相连通。
作为本方案的进一步优选,所述真空软管一端连接真空风机,另一端穿过其中一块真空密封板与密闭空间相通,并且该端与真空密封板的连接处采用密封式连接。
作为本方案的进一步优选,所述上刮刀的外侧设置有上刮刀盖板,并通过上刮刀盖板固定在料盒上。
作为本方案的进一步优选,所述外侧下刮刀的外侧设置有下刮刀盖板,并通过下刮刀盖板进行固定。
作为本方案的进一步优选,所述内侧下刮刀和外侧下刮刀之间设置有垫块,内侧下刮刀和外侧下刮刀通过垫块和真空密封板隔开与密封,并且其中一侧的真空密封板上设有开孔,为抽气提供路径。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用双层下刮刀和下刮刀夹层抽真空技术解决凹版辊涂覆过程浆料回料严重泡沫问题,其无需额外消泡罐体,避免过长的浆料静置消泡等待时长。
此外,通过本发明浆料可以直接循环利用,避免浆料因为泡沫导致浪费。

在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
如图1和2所示,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种凹版辊涂覆消泡装置,包括料盒1,所述料盒1内部中部且内部充满浆料,所述料盒1的一侧设置有内凹槽,所述内凹槽内用于安装凹版辊12,并且内凹槽的上方安装有上刮刀2,内凹槽的下方安装有下刮刀,所述下刮刀包括内侧下刮刀3和外侧下刮刀4,所述内侧下刮刀3和外侧下刮刀4之间留有密闭的空间间隙,该密闭的空间间隙处于真空状态。
本实施例中,所述料盒1的左右两端设置有侧密封板7,所述侧密封板7用于密封料盒1以及凹版辊的两端,用于防止料盒1内的涂覆浆料泄漏。
本实施例中,所述内侧下刮刀3和外侧下刮刀4的两端设置有真空密封板8,所述真空密封板8、内侧下刮刀3、外侧下刮刀4和凹版辊12表面共同形成密闭空间。并且该密闭空间通过真空风机9抽取空气形成真空,所述真空风机9通过真空软管10与密闭空间相连通,真空软管10一端连接真空风机9,另一端穿过其中一块真空密封板8与密闭空间相通,并且该端与真空密封板8的连接处采用密封式连接。
本实施例中,所述上刮刀的外侧2设置有上刮刀盖板5,并通过上刮刀盖板5固定在料盒1上。所述外侧下刮刀4的外侧设置有下刮刀盖板6,并通过下刮刀盖板6进行固定。
本实施例中,所述内侧下刮刀3和外侧下刮刀4之间设置有垫块11,内侧下刮刀3和外侧下刮刀4通过垫块11和真空密封板8隔开与密封,并且其中一侧的真空密封板8上设有开孔,为抽气提供路径。
如图3所示,本发明工作过程:凹版辊的一侧浸泡在浆料中,另一侧在背辊的配合下与待涂覆的膜基材接触;在凹版辊转动过程中,首先位于上侧的上刮刀将浆料均匀刮涂在凹版辊表面,然后随着转动,粘附于凹版辊表面的浆料涂覆于膜基材上,然后随着继续转动,进入由内侧下刮刀、外侧下刮刀、侧密封板、凹版辊表面形成的密闭空间,因被风机抽为真空,会将凹版辊表面网穴中的大部分空气抽掉,这样就可避免空气进入料盒,导致气泡。
另外要说明的是,图3中为了突出凹版辊表面网穴,所以网穴画的略大,实际中网穴没有图示中那么大。

Claims (8)
1.一种凹版辊涂覆消泡装置,包括料盒,所述料盒内部中部且内部充满浆料,其特征在于,所述料盒的一侧设置有内凹槽,所述内凹槽内用于安装凹版辊,并且内凹槽的上方安装有上刮刀,内凹槽的下方安装有下刮刀,所述下刮刀包括内侧下刮刀和外侧上刮刀,所述内侧下刮刀和外侧下刮刀之间留有密闭的空间间隙,该密闭的空间间隙处于真空状态。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种凹版辊涂覆消泡装置,其特征在于,所述料盒的左右两端设置有侧密封板,所述侧密封板用于密封料盒以及凹版辊的两端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种凹版辊涂覆消泡装置,其特征在于,所述内侧下刮刀和外侧下刮刀的两端设置有真空密封板,所述真空密封板、内侧下刮刀、外侧下刮刀和凹版辊表面共同形成密闭空间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种凹版辊涂覆消泡装置,其特征在于,所述密闭空间通过真空风机抽取空气形成真空,所述真空风机通过真空软管与密闭空间相连通。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种凹版辊涂覆消泡装置,其特征在于,所述真空软管一端连接真空风机,另一端穿过其中一块真空密封板与密闭空间相通,并且该端与真空密封板的连接处采用密封式连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种凹版辊涂覆消泡装置,其特征在于,所述上刮刀的外侧设置有上刮刀盖板,并通过上刮刀盖板固定在料盒上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种凹版辊涂覆消泡装置,其特征在于,所述外侧下刮刀的外侧设置有下刮刀盖板,并通过下刮刀盖板进行固定。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种凹版辊涂覆消泡装置,其特征在于,所述内侧下刮刀和外侧下刮刀之间设置有垫块,内侧下刮刀和外侧下刮刀通过垫块和真空密封板隔开与密封,并且其中一侧的真空密封板上设有开孔,为抽气提供路径。
