Description

Additive for improving meat quality and flavor of carps, compound premix feed and preparation method and application of compound premix feed
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of aquaculture, in particular to an additive for improving the meat quality and flavor of carps, a compound premix feed, and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The total culture yield of Chinese carps is about 120 ten thousand tons in 2020, and the total culture quantity is highest in the aspect of freshwater culture varieties. In recent years, with the popularization and popularity of modern, intensive and high-density cultivation, the feed feeding amount is continuously increased, the cultivation water quality is deteriorated and the environment is polluted. The flavor of the carp fed by the feed is generally poorer than that of wild fish, and the flavor of the carp is seriously influenced due to deterioration of the culture environment and abuse of drugs, so that the 'earthy smell' is obvious, and the loss of consumption and the low price of the carp in recent years are directly caused. Therefore, attempts have been made to improve the flavor of carp meat quality by using a functional premix in a feed.
In the prior art, a solution for improving the meat quality and flavor of carp by adopting Chinese herbal medicines has appeared. Although the Chinese herbal medicines have the effect of improving the earthy smell of the carps, the Chinese herbal medicines need to be dried and crushed for a long time in order to be taken into the carps and exert the effect, so that the cost of adding the Chinese herbal medicine functional premix is high, and the large-scale application is difficult. On the other hand, in the traditional Chinese herbal medicine premix, what ingredients play a role is not clear, accurate addition cannot be realized, and the cost is difficult to reduce.
Therefore, how to improve the flavor of the meat quality of the carp accurately and effectively at low cost becomes a problem to be solved at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the technical problems that the cost is high and effective cost cannot be accurately added in the carp meat flavor due to the adoption of Chinese herbal medicines in the prior art, and provides the additive for improving the carp meat flavor, which is low in cost, obvious in action effect and capable of realizing accurate nutrition.
