Abstract

本发明公开了一种异味吸收的瓦楞纸板，其包括第一纸板层；胶合于第一纸板层上侧的瓦楞芯板层；胶合于瓦楞芯板层上侧的第二纸板层；胶合于第二纸板层上侧的TPV橡胶层，TPV橡胶层具有多个贯穿的容置槽，容置槽容置异味吸收剂，且TPV橡胶层上下两面都粘附防水透气膜；胶合于TPV橡胶层上侧的第三纸板层；其中，第二纸板层与第三纸板层都密布微孔，微孔直径为100μm‑500μm。本发明通过TPV橡胶层的容置槽容置异味吸收剂，并且上下两面粘附防水透气膜，实现异味的吸收和防水，提高纸板的质量。

Description

一种异味吸收的瓦楞纸板
技术领域
本发明属于瓦楞纸技术领域，具体地说，涉及一种异味吸收的瓦楞纸板。
背景技术
现代的生活中纸箱这种存放工具是非常必要也是经常使用的，现在的纸箱也被分为很多的种类，一般常见的基本都是最普通的平纸板一种，这种纸箱容易损坏，使用寿命短，而比较坚固且使用寿命相对较长的就是瓦楞纸箱了，因此瓦楞纸箱经常被用于放置一些重物或用于运输货物的盛放箱体。
现在的瓦楞纸箱的运用范围非常广泛，不仅家用，更多的是运用于包装盒运输领域，因其的高强度能够保护其中的货物不会因运输而损坏，但是现在的瓦楞纸箱仍有不足之处，在使用过程中，因运输货物泄漏，有可能有细菌、吸水会发出异味，影响包装材料的强度和使用性能，为提高包装材料的安全性和提高使用性能，需要对纸板层进行处理改进。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供了一种异味吸收的瓦楞纸板，用于避免以往瓦楞纸箱板容易泄漏异味，造成使用质量受损的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明公开了一种异味吸收的瓦楞纸板，其包括第一纸板层；
胶合于第一纸板层上侧的瓦楞芯板层；
胶合于瓦楞芯板层上侧的第二纸板层；
胶合于第二纸板层上侧的TPV橡胶层，TPV橡胶层具有多个贯穿的容置槽，容置槽容置异味吸收剂，且TPV橡胶层上下两面都粘附防水透气膜；
胶合于TPV橡胶层上侧的第三纸板层；
其中，第二纸板层与第三纸板层都密布微孔，微孔直径为100μm-500μm。
根据本发明一实施方式，其中上述容置槽包括上凹孔和下凹孔，上凹孔和下凹孔导通，且上凹孔和下凹孔的孔径都是由内向外逐渐减小。
根据本发明一实施方式，其中上述上凹孔与下凹孔是关于轴对称的。
根据本发明一实施方式，其中上述异味吸收剂包含丙烯酰胺：30～40份、炭黑：2～15份、五氟乙烷：1～3份、活性炭：8～21份、分散剂：10～15份、乙酸乙酯：10～30份、烷基萘磺酸盐：10～20份、硅藻泥：12～30份。
根据本发明一实施方式，其中上述异味吸收剂包含丙烯酰胺：35份、炭黑：8份、五氟乙烷：2份、活性炭：12份、分散剂：13份、乙酸乙酯：20份、烷基萘磺酸盐：15份、硅藻泥：22份。
与现有技术相比，本发明可以获得包括以下技术效果：
通过TPV橡胶层的容置槽容置异味吸收剂，并且上下两面粘附防水透气膜，实现异味的吸收和防水，提高纸板的质量。
当然，实施本发明的任一产品必不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有技术效果。

具体实施方式
以下将配合附图及实施例来详细说明本发明的实施方式，藉此对本发明如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题并达成技术功效的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施。
请参考图1，图1是本发明实施例异味吸收的瓦楞纸板示意图。如图所示，一种异味吸收的瓦楞纸板，其包括第一纸板层10；胶合于第一纸板层10上侧的瓦楞芯板层40；胶合于瓦楞芯板层40上侧的第二纸板层20；胶合于第二纸板层20上侧的TPV橡胶层40，TPV橡胶层40具有多个贯穿的容置槽51，容置槽51容置异味吸收剂，且TPV橡胶层40上下两面都粘附防水透气膜60；胶合于TPV橡胶层40上侧的第三纸板层30；其中，第二纸板层20与第三纸板层30都密布微孔，微孔直径为100μm-500μm。
在本发明一实施方式中，第一纸板层10底部支撑，上端胶合瓦楞芯板层40，实现中间抗压，然后在其上再继续胶合一层第二纸板层20，提供进一步地纸板防护。TPV橡胶层40设置为一层软垫，1-3mm左右，其表面布设贯穿的多个容置槽51，用于填充异味吸收剂，填充完毕之后，在其两面分别粘接一层防水透气膜60，用于包覆住异味吸收剂，防止泄露，同时也能进行透气，实现异味吸收。第三纸板层30胶合在最上层，完成支撑防护。
另外，第二纸板层20与第三纸板层30都密布微孔，增强异味的吸收。
本发明的容置槽51包括上凹孔和下凹孔，上凹孔和下凹孔导通，且上凹孔和下凹孔的孔径都是由内向外逐渐减小。即容置槽51中间孔径大，两端孔径小，能够容置较多的异味吸收剂，同时避免泄露，存储时间长，耐用性久。
优选一实施方式中，上凹孔与下凹孔是关于轴对称的，成型方便。
本发明的异味吸收剂包含丙烯酰胺：30～40份、炭黑：2～15份、五氟乙烷：1～3份、活性炭：8～21份、分散剂：10～15份、乙酸乙酯：10～30份、烷基萘磺酸盐：10～20份、硅藻泥：12～30份。
优选地，异味吸收剂包含丙烯酰胺：35份、炭黑：8份、五氟乙烷：2份、活性炭：12份、分散剂：13份、乙酸乙酯：20份、烷基萘磺酸盐：15份、硅藻泥：22份。经多次试验所得，在此比例下的异味吸收剂吸收异味效果最佳，耐用时间最长。

1.一种异味吸收的瓦楞纸板，其特征在于，包括：
第一纸板层；
胶合于所述第一纸板层上侧的瓦楞芯板层；
胶合于所述瓦楞芯板层上侧的第二纸板层；
胶合于所述第二纸板层上侧的TPV橡胶层，所述TPV橡胶层具有多个贯穿的容置槽，所述容置槽容置异味吸收剂，且所述TPV橡胶层上下两面都粘附防水透气膜；
胶合于所述TPV橡胶层上侧的第三纸板层；
其中，所述第二纸板层与所述第三纸板层都密布微孔，所述微孔直径为100μm-500μm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的异味吸收的瓦楞纸板，其特征在于，其中所述容置槽包括上凹孔和下凹孔，所述上凹孔和所述下凹孔导通，且所述上凹孔和所述下凹孔的孔径都是由内向外逐渐减小。
3.根据权利要求2所述的异味吸收的瓦楞纸板，其特征在于，其中所述上凹孔与所述下凹孔是关于轴对称的。
4.根据权利要求1所述的异味吸收的瓦楞纸板，其特征在于，其中所述异味吸收剂包含丙烯酰胺：30～40份、炭黑：2～15份、五氟乙烷：1～3份、活性炭：8～21份、分散剂：10～15份、乙酸乙酯：10～30份、烷基萘磺酸盐：10～20份、硅藻泥：12～30份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的异味吸收的瓦楞纸板，其特征在于，其中所述异味吸收剂包含丙烯酰胺：35份、炭黑：8份、五氟乙烷：2份、活性炭：12份、分散剂：13份、乙酸乙酯：20份、烷基萘磺酸盐：15份、硅藻泥：22份。
