Abstract
The invention discloses a corrugated board capable of absorbing peculiar smell, which comprises a first paperboard layer; a corrugated core layer glued to the upper side of the first paperboard layer; a second paperboard layer glued on the upper side of the corrugated board layer; the TPV rubber layer is glued on the upper side of the second paperboard layer and is provided with a plurality of through accommodating grooves, the accommodating grooves are used for accommodating the odor absorbent, and waterproof breathable films are adhered to the upper surface and the lower surface of the TPV rubber layer; a third paperboard layer glued on the upper side of the TPV rubber layer; wherein, the second paperboard layer and the third paperboard layer are densely distributed with micropores, and the diameter of the micropores is 100-500 μm. According to the invention, the odor absorbent is accommodated in the accommodating groove of the TPV rubber layer, and the waterproof breathable films are adhered to the upper surface and the lower surface, so that odor absorption and waterproofing are realized, and the quality of the paperboard is improved.

The storage tool of the modern living carton is necessary and frequently used, the existing carton is also divided into a plurality of types, generally, the common carton is basically the most common flat paperboard, the carton is easy to damage and has short service life, and the carton is a corrugated carton which is firm and has relatively long service life, so the corrugated carton is frequently used for placing some heavy objects or containing boxes for transporting goods.
The application range of present corrugated box is very extensive, not only domestic, more apply to the packing carton transportation field, can protect goods wherein because of its high strength can not damage because of the transportation, but present corrugated box still has the shortcoming, in the use, because of transporting goods and leaking, probably have the bacterium, absorb water and can send the peculiar smell, influence packaging material's intensity and performance, for improving packaging material's security and improvement performance, need handle the improvement to the paperboard layer.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, the odor absorbent comprises acrylamide: 35 parts of carbon black: 8 parts of pentafluoroethane: 2 parts of activated carbon: 12 parts of dispersant: 13 parts of ethyl acetate: 20 parts of alkyl naphthalene sulfonate: 15 parts of diatom ooze: 22 parts of.
Compared with the prior art, the invention can obtain the following technical effects:

In one embodiment of the invention, the first paperboard layer 10 is bottom supported and glued on top with the corrugated core layer 40 to achieve intermediate compression resistance, and then a further paperboard layer 20 is glued on top to provide further paperboard protection. The TPV rubber layer 40 is arranged to be a layer of soft cushion, a plurality of containing grooves 51 which penetrate through the TPV rubber layer are distributed on the surface of the TPV rubber layer about 1-3mm and used for filling the peculiar smell absorbent, after filling is finished, a layer of waterproof breathable film 60 is respectively bonded on the two surfaces of the TPV rubber layer and used for covering the peculiar smell absorbent to prevent leakage, and meanwhile, the TPV rubber layer can also ventilate to realize peculiar smell absorption. The third cardboard layer 30 is glued on the uppermost layer, completing the support protection.
In addition, the second paperboard layer 20 and the third paperboard layer 30 are densely distributed with micropores, so that the absorption of peculiar smell is enhanced.
The accommodating groove 51 of the present invention comprises an upper concave hole and a lower concave hole, the upper concave hole and the lower concave hole are communicated, and the aperture of the upper concave hole and the aperture of the lower concave hole are gradually reduced from inside to outside. Claims (5)
1. A corrugated board for odor absorption, comprising:
a first paperboard layer;
a corrugated core layer glued to the upper side of the first paperboard layer;
a second paperboard layer glued to the upper side of the corrugated core layer;
the TPV rubber layer is glued on the upper side of the second paperboard layer and is provided with a plurality of penetrating accommodating grooves, the accommodating grooves are used for accommodating odor absorbents, and waterproof breathable films are adhered to the upper surface and the lower surface of the TPV rubber layer;
a third paperboard layer glued on the upper side of the TPV rubber layer;
wherein the second paperboard layer and the third paperboard layer are densely distributed with micropores, and the diameter of each micropore is 100-500 μm.

The odor absorbing corrugated cardboard as claimed in claim 1, wherein the receiving groove comprises an upper concave hole and a lower concave hole, the upper concave hole and the lower concave hole are communicated, and the aperture of the upper concave hole and the aperture of the lower concave hole are gradually reduced from inside to outside.
