The debris collecting device of the bolt cutting and forming machine according to claim 1, characterized in that the middle parts of the right side walls of the front side plate (5.1) and the rear side plate (5.2) of the left cover body (5) are respectively provided with a plug board (5.4), the middle parts of the left side walls of the front side plate (5.1) and the rear side plate (5.2) of the right cover body (6) are respectively provided with a plug groove (6.1), the plug boards (5.4) are correspondingly inserted into the plug grooves (6.1), and one side of the top plate (5.3) close to the middle part of the fixing block (2) is provided with an opening (5.5).
