Description

Daily ration formula for producing snowflake beef
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of beef cattle feed, and particularly relates to a daily ration formula for producing snowflake beef.
Background
With the development of national economy and the improvement of the living standard of people, the consumption structure of people is greatly changed, the requirements of quantity meeting and quality are changed, and the quality requirements of beef and products thereof are continuously increased. At present, the beef yield of China is third in the world, but the beef yield of China still cannot play an important role on the international trade stage, the reason is that the China mainly takes the production of common beef, only a few companies have the capacity of producing high-grade beef at present, the domestic market of the high-grade beef is occupied by foreign products for a long time, and thousands of tons of beef are imported from foreign countries every year in recent years. The snowflake beef refers to beef with obvious red and white phases formed by fat deposited between muscle fibers and marbling shapes, and belongs to the category of high-grade high-quality beef. The snowflake beef has the characteristics of bright red color, obvious marbling, tenderness, juiciness, low cholesterol content, high polyunsaturated fatty acid content and the like, integrates nutrition and health care, and is a high-grade meat food.
At present, the breed of the snowflake beef generally selected for domestic production is the hybrid offspring of the cattle or the cattle and the local yellow cattle, the breeding mode of intensive fattening is adopted, the production cost is very high, and the snowflake beef is limited by the shortage of the number of the cattle, so the snowflake beef becomes the bottleneck of the production and development of the snowflake beef. In recent years, some foreign researches on the production of high-quality beef show that the composition of daily ration is an important factor influencing the quality of the beef, the marbling, tenderness and fatty acid composition of the beef are related to the type of the daily ration, the addition of grease into the daily ration is beneficial to improving the fat content and tenderness of the beef, and certain vitamins and trace elements influence the color and luster of the beef. However, related researches on snowflake beef production in China are few, and related technologies for producing snowflake beef by using local domestic cattle are rarely reported.
