3) grinding the materials for preparing the paint by a grinder and adding cooling water, fully grinding, stirring and dispersing the materials for preparing the paint by the grinder, controlling the grinding fineness and the material temperature of the paint in order to ensure that the fineness of the paint meets the specified standard and requirement, simultaneously playing a role of dispersing to form color paste, and packaging for later use;
4) adding the color paste obtained in the step 3) into a dispersion tank for dispersion, sequentially adding a defoaming agent and a flatting agent, stirring, and adding a polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, wherein the polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion is added in the step, and endows the film with special effects of quick drying and improved corrosion resistance, and is uniformly stirred;
5) the mixed liquid color paste in the step 4) passes through a 100-mesh filter screen, the 100-mesh filter screen plays a role in purifying the coating, particles which do not accord with the standard after grinding are filtered out, the purification process is carried out, the component A is prepared by filtering and packaging, the whole paint mixing process is completed, and the preparation of the component A is completed.
The component B comprises:
6) weighing polyamide curing agent and deionized water according to the formula amount for later use, weighing, and determining the formula proportion;
7) in stainless steel disperse tank, add amide curing agent, deionized water sequentially, the curing agent is also called hardener, curing agent or mutagen, it is a kind of substance or mixture to promote or control the solidification reaction, resin solidification is through chemical reaction such as condensation, closed loop, addition, catalysis, etc., make the thermosetting resin produce the irreversible change process, solidify and finish through adding the curing (cross-linking) agent, the curing agent is the essential additive, no matter do it as adhesive, coating, pouring material all need to add the curing agent, otherwise the epoxy resin can not solidify, 100 mesh filter screen filters the package, purifies and packs;
8) according to the component A: the component B is 6: 1 (weight ratio), the mixture is uniform, the component B has the function of improving the solidification and drying speed of the component A, when the component A and the component B are uniformly mixed, the mixed liquid can be dried and formed within 6h, and the detection is qualified according to the technical specification requirement of SY/T5918-2011 buried steel pipeline outer anticorrosive coating repair.
In a preferred embodiment, in the step 1), the epoxy resin, the defoaming agent, the leveling agent and the dispersing agent are put into a stainless steel dispersion tank and stirred, the dispersion time is 10-15min, and the rotation speed is 600-700r/min, so that the dispersing agent can be optimally and fully exerted, and the sedimentation and agglomeration of particles can be prevented.
In a preferred embodiment, in the step 2), iron oxide red, an anti-rust pigment, ultrafine barium sulfate, talcum powder, an anti-settling agent, glass beads and polyester fibers are sequentially added, wherein the anti-settling agent has the effects of making the coating have thixotropy, greatly improving the viscosity, dispersing at a high speed for 15min, and rotating at a speed of 900-.
In a preferred embodiment, the step 3) is carried out for grinding to the fineness of below 80um, the grinding enables the fineness of the paint to reach the specified standard and requirement, meanwhile, the stirring and dispersing effects are also achieved, the temperature of the material is controlled to be below 45 ℃, and other reactions are prevented from occurring, and the grinding quality and efficiency are prevented from being affected.
In a preferred embodiment, the dispersion rotation speed of the dispersion tank in the step 4) is 600-700r/min, the defoaming agent and the leveling agent are added, stirring is carried out for 10min, the polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion is added, and stirring is carried out for 20min, so that the product in the step 4) is uniformly mixed with the defoaming agent, the leveling agent and the polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion.
In a preferred embodiment, the amide curing agent and the deionized water are added in the step 7) and stirred for 25min at the speed of 500-800r/min, after the weighing is completed, the amide curing agent and the deionized water are sequentially added into a stainless steel dispersion tank, stirred and dispersed, and then filtered and packaged by a 100-mesh filter screen, and are reserved for later use.
In a preferred embodiment, the polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion is a SINO-RICH PTFE emulsion, the PTFE concentrated dispersion is a polytetrafluoroethylene aqueous phase dispersion containing a nonionic surfactant, the appearance of the polytetrafluoroethylene aqueous phase dispersion is milky white or light yellow, the product has excellent thermal stability, outstanding chemical inertness, excellent electric insulation, low friction coefficient and excellent atmospheric aging resistance, and can be used at 260 ℃ for a long time, and the novel polytetrafluoroethylene dispersion can be used at 220 ℃ for a long time.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: in the embodiment, the component A comprises 53 parts of epoxy resin, 14 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, 10 parts of iron oxide red, 13 parts of antirust pigment, 24 parts of superfine barium sulfate, 12 parts of talcum powder, 5 parts of anti-settling agent, 2 parts of defoaming agent, 3 parts of flatting agent, 15 parts of glass beads and 12 parts of polyester fiber; 3 parts of a dispersing agent, 12 parts of deionized water, and paint mixing: 48 parts of lacquer pulp, 12 parts of epoxy resin, 4 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether, 5 parts of thickening agent, 4 parts of wetting agent and 9 parts of reactive diluent (for toughening effect), wherein the component B is as follows: 18 parts of polyamide curing agent and 8 parts of deionized water, wherein the proportion is changed, the relative performance of the product is reduced along with the reduction of the proportion of the polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, the relative performance of the product is improved along with the increase of the proportion of the glass beads and the polyester fibers, and simultaneously the proportion of other raw materials is changed along with the change of the proportion of the other raw materials, so that the selection of the raw materials such as the polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, the polyester fibers, the glass beads and the like and the increase and decrease of other raw materials are reasonably compatible, the polyamide curing agent has uniqueness, meanwhile, the change range of the consumption of all the raw materials is within the qualified range, the performance of a coating after paint preparation is within the qualified range, and the detection result is qualified.
It should be noted that the above embodiments belong to the same inventive concept, and the description of each embodiment has a different emphasis, and reference may be made to the description in other embodiments where the description in individual embodiments is not detailed.

slurry preparation: 25-55 parts of epoxy resin, 10-30 parts of polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, 2-12 parts of iron oxide red, 4-14 parts of antirust pigment, 8-25 parts of superfine barium sulfate, 5-15 parts of talcum powder, 1-6 parts of anti-settling agent, 0.1-2 parts of defoaming agent, 0.1-3 parts of flatting agent, 1-20 parts of glass beads and 1-15 parts of polyester fiber; 0.4-4 parts of dispersing agent and 2-20 parts of deionized water.
Paint mixing:
30-60 parts of lacquer pulp, 5-15 parts of epoxy resin, 1-10 parts of propylene glycol methyl ether, 1-10 parts of thickening agent, 1-10 parts of wetting agent and 2-10 parts of reactive diluent.
And (B) component: 10-30 parts of polyamide curing agent and 1-10 parts of deionized water.
2. The preparation method of the water-based epoxy thick-paste anticorrosive paint for the petroleum steel pipe comprises the following steps;
the component A comprises:
weighing epoxy resin, polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, iron oxide red, anti-rust pigment, superfine barium sulfate, talcum powder, anti-settling agent, defoaming agent, leveling agent, glass beads, polyester fiber, dispersing agent and deionized water according to the formula ratio for later use;
1) putting epoxy resin, a defoaming agent, a flatting agent and a dispersing agent into a stainless steel dispersion tank, and stirring and dispersing;
2) then sequentially adding iron oxide red, antirust pigment, superfine barium sulfate, talcum powder, anti-settling agent, glass beads and polyester fiber, dispersing at a high speed, confirming that the pigment and the filler are fully wetted and the viscosity is moderate, and then grinding in a grinder;
3) grinding with a grinder and cooling water, controlling grinding fineness and material temperature to form color paste, and packaging for later use;
4) adding the color paste obtained in the step 3) into a dispersion tank for dispersion, sequentially adding a defoaming agent and a leveling agent, stirring, adding a polytetrafluoroethylene emulsion, and stirring;
5) and (3) filtering and packaging the mixed liquid color paste obtained in the step 4) by using a 100-mesh filter screen to obtain the component A.
The component B comprises:
6) weighing polyamide curing agent and deionized water according to the formula ratio for later use;
7) sequentially adding an amide curing agent and deionized water into a stainless steel dispersion tank, and filtering and packaging by using a 100-mesh filter screen;
8) according to the component A: the component B is 6: 1 (weight ratio) and mixing uniformly.
3. The preparation method of the water-based epoxy thick-paste petroleum steel pipe anticorrosive paint according to claim 2, characterized in that the stirring dispersion time in the step 1) is 10-15min, and the rotation speed is 600-700 r/min.
4. The preparation method of the water-based epoxy thick-paste petroleum steel pipe anticorrosive paint according to claim 2, characterized in that the step 2) is performed at a high speed of 15min and a rotation speed of 900-.
5. The preparation method of the water-based epoxy thick paste petroleum steel pipe anticorrosive paint according to claim 2, characterized in that the step 3) is carried out until the fineness is below 80um, and the temperature of the materials is controlled below 45 ℃.
6. The preparation method of the water-based epoxy thick paste petroleum steel pipe anticorrosive paint according to claim 2, characterized in that the dispersion rotation speed of the dispersion tank in the step 4) is 600-.
