Since air-frying is performed without using fat and oil, and the fat-rich food may exude excessive fat at high temperature, the food material can be air-fried at high temperature
For example, when the potato chip type in the air-fry mode is performed, the default temperature is 180 ℃ and the time is 10 min. When the chicken wing type in the air frying mode is performed, the default temperature is 200 ℃ and the time is 12 min. When the roasting mode is performed, the cooking parameters may be set by a user.
According to the control method of the steaming, baking and frying all-in-one machine provided by the embodiment, the working instructions are sent to the execution parts corresponding to different cooking modes according to the different cooking modes selected by the user. In the method, three cooking modes of steaming, baking and frying can be selected according to the actual needs of the user, so that the integrated machine can meet different cooking needs of the user.

receiving a cooking mode input by a user; the cooking modes are steaming, baking or air frying, and each cooking mode comprises at least one cooking type and cooking parameters corresponding to the cooking type;
and sending a working instruction to an execution component corresponding to each cooking type according to the selected cooking type and the cooking parameter corresponding to each cooking type.
2. The control method of the steaming, baking and frying all-in-one machine according to claim 1, wherein the rotation speed of the fan during the air frying is higher than the rotation speed of the fan during the steaming or baking.
3. The control method of the steaming, baking and frying all-in-one machine according to claim 1, wherein before the air frying mode or the baking mode is executed, an inquiry is made to a user as to whether steam auxiliary cooking is needed, and if the user chooses yes, a steam auxiliary cooking work instruction is sent to the steam generator (2).
4. The control method of the steaming, baking and frying all-in-one machine according to claim 1, wherein in the process of executing the cooking mode, a steam adding instruction input by a user is received; sending a work order to the steam generator (2) based on the steam addition order.

The control method of the steaming, baking and frying all-in-one machine according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein during the cooking mode, a steam adding stopping instruction input by a user is received; sending a stop instruction to the steam generator (2) based on the stop steam addition instruction.

The control method of the steaming, baking and frying all-in-one machine according to claim 1, characterized in that in the process of executing the cooking mode, a temperature adjusting instruction and/or a time adjusting instruction input by a user are received; and sending a working instruction to the heating structure based on the temperature adjusting instruction.

The control method of the steaming, baking and frying all-in-one machine according to claim 1, wherein whether an instruction for adjusting the cooking type is received or not is judged in real time during the cooking mode execution, and if the instruction is received, the changed cooking type is obtained.

The control method of the steaming, baking and frying all-in-one machine according to claim 1, wherein in the baking mode, the central temperature of the thicker part of the food is obtained at regular time, and the working parameters of the heating structure and the fan are adjusted according to the central temperature.
9. An all-in-one machine for steaming, roasting and frying, which is characterized in that the food material is cooked by adopting the control method of the all-in-one machine for steaming, roasting and frying as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.

a box body;

a steam generator (2), said steam generator (2) being in communication with said first chamber, providing steam to said first chamber;
the fan is arranged on the rear wall (11) of the inner container (1);
the heating structure is used for cooking food materials and is arranged on the rear wall (11), the top wall and/or the bottom wall of the inner container (1).
