Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides fertilizer throwing equipment which can automatically judge and solve the problem of overlarge load of a fertilizer throwing auger set, and meanwhile, the fertilizer application accuracy is ensured by adjusting the fertilizer application amount in a unit area by matching the corresponding fertilizer pushing speed and the corresponding running speed, and the fertilizer throwing equipment is favorable for application and popularization of a fertilizer throwing machine in an unmanned farm.
The embodiment of the invention provides fertilizer throwing equipment, which comprises:

the fertilizer throwing mechanism comprises a fertilizer pushing mechanism and a fertilizer throwing auger set arranged behind the fertilizer pushing mechanism;
the tractor is connected with the fertilizer throwing mechanism to pull the fertilizer throwing mechanism, a PTO device is arranged on the tractor, and the PTO device and the fertilizer throwing auger set are transmitted through a clutch;
the sensing unit comprises a PTO rotating speed sensor for acquiring the PTO rotating speed of the tractor, a running speed sensor for acquiring the running speed of the tractor and an auger rotating speed sensor for acquiring the rotating speed of the fertilizer throwing auger set;
and the central controller is electrically connected with the PTO rotating speed sensor, the running speed sensor and the auger rotating speed sensor, and is used for reading the PTO rotating speed of the tractor, the rotating speed of the fertilizer throwing auger set and the running speed of the tractor, judging that the fertilizer throwing auger set is overloaded when the ratio of the PTO rotating speed of the tractor to the rotating speed of the fertilizer throwing auger set is greater than a set rotating speed ratio, further reducing the fertilizer pushing speed of the fertilizer pushing mechanism, and adjusting the running speed of the tractor to be matched with the current fertilizer pushing speed according to the current fertilizer pushing speed so that the fertilizer application amount in a unit area reaches a fertilizer application amount set value.
According to the fertilizer throwing equipment, the fertilizer pushing mechanism comprises a fertilizer box, a fertilizer pushing plate and a fertilizer pushing hydraulic system, the fertilizer pushing plate is used for pushing fertilizer in the fertilizer box to the fertilizer throwing auger set, the fertilizer pushing hydraulic system is connected with the fertilizer pushing plate to drive the fertilizer pushing plate to move, and the central controller is connected with the fertilizer pushing hydraulic system to control the fertilizer pushing speed of the fertilizer pushing mechanism.
According to the fertilizer throwing equipment, the fertilizer throwing auger set comprises two augers which are arranged in parallel, and when the rotating speeds of the two augers obtained by the central controller are inconsistent, the central controller is used for executing the following steps:
comparing the PTO rotating speed of the tractor with the rotating speeds of the two augers respectively to obtain a first rotating speed ratio and a second rotating speed ratio;
when one of the first rotating speed ratio and the second rotating speed ratio is a set rotating speed ratio and the other one is inconsistent with the set rotating speed ratio, a first alarm signal is sent out;
and when the first rotating speed ratio and the second rotating speed ratio are not consistent with the set rotating speed ratio, a second alarm signal is sent out.
The fertilizer throwing equipment comprises a sensing unit, a central controller, an overflow valve and a third alarm signal, wherein the sensing unit further comprises a fertilizer pushing pressure sensor used for acquiring a resistance value of a fertilizer pushing plate of the fertilizer throwing mechanism, the central controller is electrically connected with the fertilizer pushing pressure sensor, the central controller is further used for reading the resistance value of the fertilizer pushing plate in the fertilizer throwing mechanism, controlling the overflow valve of the fertilizer pushing hydraulic system to discharge oil and sending out the third alarm signal when the resistance value is higher than a second preset resistance value, and controlling the fertilizer pushing hydraulic system to reduce the fertilizer pushing speed of the fertilizer pushing plate when the acquired resistance value is higher than the first preset resistance value and lower than the second pressure value.
The fertilizer throwing equipment comprises a sensing unit, a tractor and a fertilizer throwing mechanism, wherein the sensing unit comprises a tire pressure detection device, a central controller and a fourth alarm signal, the tire pressure detection device is used for acquiring the air pressure value of the tractor and the tire of the fertilizer throwing mechanism, the central controller is electrically connected with the tire pressure detection device and is also used for reading the air pressure value of the tractor and the tire of the fertilizer throwing mechanism, when the air pressure value is lower than a first preset air pressure value, the fourth alarm signal is sent, when the air pressure is reduced and the reduction speed is within a preset reduction speed warning range, the fifth alarm signal is sent, and when the air pressure is reduced and the reduction speed exceeds a preset reduction speed dangerous value, the sixth alarm signal is sent.
The fertilizer throwing device comprises a sensing unit, a central controller and a wheel bearing temperature measuring device, wherein the sensing unit is used for acquiring a temperature value of an axle bearing of the fertilizer throwing mechanism, the central controller is electrically connected with the wheel bearing temperature measuring device, and the central controller is also used for reading the temperature value of a bearing in an axle and sending a seventh alarm signal when the temperature value is higher than a first preset temperature value.
According to the fertilizer throwing equipment, the sensing unit further comprises a video monitoring device used for acquiring real-time video data in the fertilizer pushing operation process, the central controller is electrically connected with the video monitoring device, and the central controller is further used for reading the real-time video data in the fertilizer pushing operation process and outputting the real-time video data to the display.
Throwing fertile equipment as above, induction element is still including being used for acquireing the weighing sensor of fertilizer weight value in the fertile case of pushing away fertile mechanism, central controller with weighing sensor electric connection, central controller still is used for reading the fertilizer weight value in the fertile case to when fertilizer weight value reaches preset weight value, output current fertilizer weight or leave the fertile case and be full-load required fertilizer weight, and send eighth alarm signal when the fertile case is full-load.
The fertilizer throwing equipment comprises a sensing unit, a central controller and a controller, wherein the sensing unit further comprises a displacement sensor used for acquiring the displacement value of a fertilizer pushing plate of the fertilizer pushing mechanism, the central controller is electrically connected with the displacement sensor, and the central controller is further used for reading the displacement value of the fertilizer pushing plate and controlling the fertilizer pushing plate to stop pushing the fertilizer and reset when the displacement value of the fertilizer pushing plate reaches a set displacement value.
The fertilizer spreading equipment comprises a fertilizer pushing mechanism, a fertilizer door mechanism, a sensing unit and a central controller, wherein the fertilizer pushing mechanism is arranged between the fertilizer pushing mechanism and the fertilizer spreading auger set, the fertilizer door mechanism is used for communicating or blocking the fertilizer pushing mechanism to convey fertilizer to the fertilizer spreading auger set, the fertilizer door mechanism comprises a fertilizer door and a fertilizer door hydraulic system used for driving the fertilizer door to open and close, the sensing unit further comprises a proximity switch used for acquiring position information of the fertilizer door, the central controller is electrically connected with the proximity switch and the fertilizer door hydraulic system, the central controller is further used for reading the position information of the fertilizer door, and when the fertilizer door reaches a set door opening position in a pushing state, the fertilizer door hydraulic system is controlled to drive the fertilizer door to stop pushing, and otherwise, the fertilizer door hydraulic system is controlled to drive the fertilizer door to continue to push; when the fertilizer door reaches the set door closing position in a descending state, the fertilizer door hydraulic system is controlled to drive the fertilizer door to stop descending, otherwise, the fertilizer door hydraulic system is controlled to drive the fertilizer door to continue descending.
The fertilizer throwing equipment further comprises a communication module used for communicating with the operation and maintenance workstation, and the communication module is electrically connected with the central controller so as to transmit the obtained fertilizer throwing machine operation data and/or alarm signals to the operation and maintenance workstation.
Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has the advantages that:
1. the fertilizer throwing equipment can automatically judge and solve the problem that the fertilizer throwing auger set is overloaded, and meanwhile, the fertilizing amount in unit area is adjusted by matching the corresponding fertilizer pushing speed and the corresponding running speed, so that the accuracy of fertilization is guaranteed, and the fertilizer throwing machine is favorable for application and popularization in an unmanned farm.
2. Can judge through comparing the rotational speed ratio to PTO device and two augers, the different trouble condition of automatic differentiation auger can in time discover trouble problem, has guaranteed complete fertilization operation as far as simultaneously, throws fertile maintenance of equipment more nimble.
3. Can know through video monitoring and push up fertile operation in-process, push up the working process of units such as fat board, fat door, throwing fertile screw feeder group and can both know in real time, for example, open or the closed in-process at fat door, see whether the deformation appears in the fat door, whether the motion is steady, if not steady, probably fat door deformation or track deformation. For another example, in the fertilizer throwing process, whether the two fertilizer throwing screw feeders rotate synchronously and in opposite directions is checked, so that the normal operation is explained in a synchronous manner, and the gear beating phenomenon of gear boxes on two sides of the fertilizer throwing transmission system is explained in an asynchronous manner. Automatic detection and manual monitoring are combined, the accuracy and flexibility of fault detection are further improved, and fault reasons can be found more easily through recorded fault videos during fault maintenance, so that maintenance can be performed more pertinently.
4. The operation and maintenance workstation is characterized in that a communication module communicated with the operation and maintenance workstation is arranged, the operation and maintenance workstation is equivalent to a remote monitoring station, the operation data and/or the alarm signals of the fertilizer throwing machine can be displayed on a display screen, different signals are displayed in different modes such as different symbols, images or colors, the operation and maintenance workstation sends out corresponding maintenance robots or maintenance personnel to maintain the fertilizer throwing machine according to the corresponding alarm signals, and the fertilizer throwing machine can be directly driven to the operation and maintenance workstation to be maintained.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a fertilizer spreading apparatus provided by an embodiment of the present invention includes: a fertilizer throwing mechanism 1b, a tractor 1a, an induction unit 1d and a central controller 1 c.
The fertilizer throwing mechanism 1b comprises a fertilizer pushing mechanism 400 and a fertilizer throwing auger set 600 arranged behind the fertilizer pushing mechanism 400.
The tractor 1a is connected with the fertilizer throwing mechanism 1b to pull the fertilizer throwing mechanism 1b, the tractor 1a is provided with a PTO device 1a1, and the PTO device 1a1 and the fertilizer throwing auger set 600 are driven through a clutch.
The sensing unit 1d includes a PTO rotation speed sensor 3 for acquiring a PTO rotation speed of the tractor 1a, a running speed sensor 8 for acquiring a running speed of the tractor 1a, and an auger rotation speed sensor 2 for acquiring a rotation speed of the fertilizer throwing auger set 600.
The central controller 1c is electrically connected with the PTO rotating speed sensor 3, the running speed sensor 8 and the auger rotating speed sensor 2, the central controller 1c is used for reading the PTO rotating speed of the tractor 1a, the rotating speed of the fertilizer throwing auger set 600 and the running speed of the tractor 1a, and when the ratio of the PTO rotating speed of the tractor 1a to the rotating speed of the fertilizer throwing auger set 600 is greater than a set rotating speed ratio, the fertilizer throwing auger set 600 is judged to be overloaded, so that the fertilizer pushing speed of the fertilizer pushing mechanism 400 is reduced, and according to the current fertilizer pushing speed, the running speed of the tractor 1a is adjusted to be matched with the current fertilizer pushing speed, so that the fertilizer application amount in a unit area reaches a fertilizer application amount set value. As one embodiment, the pushing speed of the fertilizer board 402 and the traveling speed of the tractor required to achieve a certain amount of fertilizer per unit area may be recorded in advance, without limitation. When the fertilizing amount of a certain unit area is set, the fertilizing speed and the running speed of the tractor are matched with each other.
The fertilizing amount of the unit area can be calculated as follows and feedback adjustment is carried out, the fertilizer reduction amount can be obtained from the fertilizer weight difference value in a certain time period, the tractor travel can be obtained by multiplying the running speed of the tractor by the time period, and the fertilizer throwing area in the time period can be obtained by multiplying the tractor travel by the vehicle width, so that the fertilizer throwing amount in the unit area can be obtained by dividing the fertilizer reduction amount by the fertilizer throwing area. While the weight of the fertilizer can be obtained by the weighing sensor 7.
To better understand the technical solution of the present embodiment, the following examples are illustrated: under normal conditions, no matter whether the auger is started or normally runs, the set rotation speed ratio of the PTO rotation speed of the tractor 1a to the rotation speed of the fertilizer throwing auger set 600 is 4.5: 1, when throwing fertile screw feeder group 600 load too big, especially when throwing fertile screw feeder group 600 starts, easily appear the rotational speed ratio and be greater than 4.5: 1, it is described that the fertilizer spreading auger set 600 has an excessive load, and at this time, overload protection needs to be started, that is, the central controller 1c sends a signal to control and reduce the fertilizer spreading speed of the fertilizer spreading mechanism 400, and reduce the load of the fertilizer spreading auger set 600, so that the rotation speed ratio is normal. At the same time, the central controller 1c adjusts the traveling speed of the tractor 1a to match the current fertilizing speed based on the current fertilizing speed so that the fertilizing amount per unit area reaches the fertilizing amount set value.
The fertilizer throwing equipment can automatically judge and solve the problem that the fertilizer throwing auger set 600 is overloaded, and meanwhile, the fertilizing amount in unit area is adjusted by matching the corresponding fertilizer pushing speed and the corresponding running speed, so that the accuracy of fertilization is guaranteed, and the fertilizer throwing machine is favorable for application and popularization in an unmanned farm.
Further, the fertilizer pushing mechanism 400 comprises a fertilizer box 403, a fertilizer pushing plate 402 for pushing the fertilizer in the fertilizer box 403 to the fertilizer throwing auger set 600, and a fertilizer pushing hydraulic system 401 connected to the fertilizer pushing plate 402 to drive the fertilizer pushing plate to move, and the central controller 1c is connected to the fertilizer pushing hydraulic system 401 to control the fertilizer pushing speed of the fertilizer pushing mechanism 400.
Correspondingly, the fertilizer spreading auger set 600 includes two augers arranged in parallel, and when the rotation speeds of the two augers obtained by the central controller 1c are not consistent, the central controller 1c is configured to perform the following steps:
comparing the PTO rotating speed of the tractor 1a with the rotating speeds of the two augers respectively to obtain a first rotating speed ratio and a second rotating speed ratio; when one of the first rotating speed ratio and the second rotating speed ratio is a set rotating speed ratio and the other one is inconsistent with the set rotating speed ratio, a first alarm signal is sent out; and when the first rotating speed ratio and the second rotating speed ratio are not consistent with the set rotating speed ratio, a second alarm signal is sent out.
If the rotating speeds of the two screw feeders are not consistent, the gear box body between the two screw feeders is damaged. Under general conditions, the gear box body can not be damaged completely, and the left and right two sets of gear sets of the reduction box can be normally used. Therefore, the ratio of the PTO rotating speed to the rotating speed of one of the augers is a set rotating speed ratio, a first alarm signal is sent at the moment to prompt that the auger transmission has a fault, but the fault is small, the fertilization operation can be continuously completed, the rotating speed of the auger with a high reading is used as the rotating speed of the normal auger, and after fertilization is completed, the fertilizer throwing device needs to be moved to a maintenance workstation for parking and maintenance. If the first rotating speed ratio and the second rotating speed ratio are not set, the situation that the auger and the auger transmission system have large faults is indicated, and a second alarm signal is sent out at the moment to prompt that the fertilizer throwing operation is immediately finished.
According to the technical scheme, the different fault conditions of the auger are automatically distinguished by comparing and judging the speed ratio, so that the fault problem can be timely found, the complete fertilization operation is guaranteed as far as possible, and the maintenance of the fertilizer throwing equipment is more flexible.
In this embodiment, the sensing unit 1d further includes a fertilizer pushing pressure sensor 1 for acquiring a resistance value of a fertilizer pushing plate 402 of the fertilizer pushing mechanism 1b, the central controller 1c is electrically connected to the fertilizer pushing pressure sensor 1, the central controller 1c is further configured to read the resistance value of the fertilizer pushing plate 402 in the fertilizer pushing mechanism 1b, control an overflow valve of a fertilizer pushing hydraulic system to discharge oil when the resistance value is higher than a second preset resistance value, and send a third alarm signal for prompting fertilizer pushing overload, and control the fertilizer pushing hydraulic system to reduce the fertilizer pushing speed of the fertilizer pushing plate 402 when the acquired resistance value is higher than the first preset resistance value and lower than the second pressure value. The technical scheme has the advantages that the automatic monitoring and adjustment of the working condition of the fertilizer pushing mechanism 400 can be realized, and the overload of the fertilizer pushing mechanism 400 is effectively prevented.
Further, induction element 1d is still including being used for obtaining tractor 1a with the tire pressure detection device 4 of the atmospheric pressure value of throwing fertile mechanism 1 b's tire, central controller 1c with 4 electric connection of tire pressure detection device, central controller 1c still is used for reading tractor 1a with the atmospheric pressure value of throwing fertile mechanism 1 b's tire to when the atmospheric pressure value is less than first preset atmospheric pressure value, send the fourth alarm signal that is used for indicateing that the atmospheric pressure is not enough, when atmospheric pressure descends and the falling speed is in presetting step-down speed warning scope, send the fifth alarm signal that is used for indicateing the tire gas leakage, when atmospheric pressure descends and the falling speed surpasss and presets step-down speed dangerous value, send the sixth alarm signal that is used for indicateing the tire damage. The user can know different running conditions of the tire through different tire pressure alarm signals, and the tire can be inflated or maintained in time.
Further, the sensing unit 1d further comprises a wheel bearing temperature measuring device 5 for obtaining a temperature value of an axle bearing of the fertilizer throwing mechanism 1b, the central controller 1c is electrically connected with the wheel bearing temperature measuring device 5, and the central controller 1c is further configured to read the temperature value of the bearing in the axle and send a seventh alarm signal for prompting that the temperature is too high when the temperature value is higher than a first preset temperature value. The temperature-control alarm device can remind a user of suspending operation in time and prevent parts from being damaged due to overhigh temperature.
Further, the sensing unit 1d further includes a video monitoring device 6 for acquiring real-time video data in the fertilizer pushing operation process, the central controller 1c is electrically connected to the video monitoring device 6, and the central controller 1c is further configured to read the real-time video data in the fertilizer pushing operation process and output the real-time video data to a display. Can know through video monitoring and push up fertile operation in-process, push up the working process of units such as fat board 402, fat door 4061, throwing fertile screw feeder group 600 and can all know in real time, for example, open or the closed in-process at fat door 4061, see whether fat door 4061 appears the deformation, whether the motion is steady, if not steady, probably fat door 4061 warp or the track warp. Further, induction element 1d is still including being used for acquireing the weighing sensor 7 of the fertilizer weight value in the fertile case 403 of pushing fertilizer mechanism 400, central controller 1c with weighing sensor 7 electric connection, central controller 1c still is used for reading the fertilizer weight value in the fertile case to when the fertilizer weight value reaches preset weight value, output current fertilizer weight or/and from fertile case full load required fertilizer weight, and send when fertile case is full load and be used for the suggestion to stop adding the eighth alarm signal fertile. Can effectively avoid the shortage or overflow of the fertilizer in the fertilizing process.
Further, the sensing unit 1d further includes a displacement sensor 9 for acquiring a displacement value of the fertilizer pushing plate 402 of the fertilizer pushing mechanism 400, the central controller 1c is electrically connected to the displacement sensor 9, and the central controller 1c is further configured to read the displacement value of the fertilizer pushing plate 402, and control the fertilizer pushing plate 402 to stop fertilizer pushing and reset when the displacement value of the fertilizer pushing plate 402 reaches a set displacement value. Is beneficial to realizing the automation of the fertilizer pushing operation.
Further, a fertilizer door mechanism 406 for communicating or blocking the fertilizer pushing mechanism 400 from conveying fertilizer to the fertilizer throwing auger set 600 is arranged between the fertilizer pushing mechanism 400 and the fertilizer throwing auger set 600, the fertilizer door mechanism 406 includes a fertilizer door 4061 and a fertilizer door hydraulic system 4062 for driving the fertilizer door 4061 to open and close, the sensing unit 1d further includes a proximity switch 10 for acquiring position information of the fertilizer door, the central controller 1c is electrically connected with the proximity switch 10 and the fertilizer door hydraulic system 4062, the central controller 1c is further configured to read the position information of the fertilizer door, and when the fertilizer door reaches a set door opening position in a pushing state, the fertilizer door hydraulic system 4062 is controlled to drive the fertilizer door 4061 to stop pushing up, otherwise, the fertilizer door hydraulic system 4062 is controlled to drive the fertilizer door 4061 to continue to push up; when the fertilizer door 4061 reaches the set door closing position in the descending state, the fertilizer door hydraulic system 4062 is controlled to drive the fertilizer door 4061 to stop descending, otherwise, the fertilizer door hydraulic system 4062 is controlled to drive the fertilizer door 4061 to continue descending. The automatic control of the fertilizer door 4061 is realized.
The fertilizer throwing equipment further comprises a communication module 11 used for communicating with the operation and maintenance workstation, wherein the communication module 11 is electrically connected with the central controller 1c so as to transmit the obtained fertilizer throwing machine operation data and/or alarm signals to the operation and maintenance workstation. The operation and maintenance workstation is a remote monitoring station, can be displayed on a display screen after receiving operation data and/or alarm signals of the fertilizer throwing machine, and can be used for distinguishing and displaying different signals in different modes such as different symbols, images or colors, and the operation and maintenance workstation sends out a corresponding maintenance robot or maintenance personnel to maintain the fertilizer throwing machine according to the corresponding alarm signals, and can also directly drive the fertilizer throwing machine to the operation and maintenance workstation for maintenance.
As one of the preferred embodiments, but not limiting, the setting positions of the detection components in the automatic fertilizer spreader fault detection system on the fertilizer spreader are:
the video monitoring device 6 is arranged at the upper end of a front beam bracket of the body of the fertilizer throwing mechanism 1 b; the weighing sensor 7 is connected with the fertilizer box 403 and a vehicle body frame of the vehicle body; the running speed sensor 8 is arranged on an axle of the fertilizer throwing mechanism 1 b; the displacement sensor 9 is arranged on the body of the fertilizer throwing mechanism 1 b; the proximity switches 10 are arranged at the upper end of one side of the fertilizer outlet of the fertilizer door mechanism 406, more specifically, two proximity switches 10 are arranged, and the upper end and the lower end of the fertilizer door 4061 are respectively provided with a limiting block used for being matched with the corresponding proximity switch; the pressure sensor 1 is arranged on a fertilizer pushing hydraulic system connected with the fertilizer pushing plate 402 to sense hydraulic pressure, or is arranged on the fertilizer pushing plate 402 to sense a reaction force generated when the fertilizer pushing plate 402 pushes fertilizer, and the reaction force is used as a resistance value to be detected; two screw conveyor rotating speed sensors 2 are arranged and are respectively arranged at the upper end of the screw conveyor; the PTO rotational speed sensor 3 is provided on the PTO device 1a1 of the tractor 1 a; the tire pressure detection device 4 is arranged on each tire of the fertilizer throwing mechanism 1 b; the wheel bearing temperature measuring device 5 is arranged on an axle of the fertilizer throwing mechanism 1 b.
