(1) Adding 8 parts of sodium gluconate, 4 parts of magnesium sulfate, 7 parts of tetrasodium iminodisuccinate, 20 parts of sodium polyhydroxycarboxylate and 18 parts of deionized water in a formula amount into a reaction container respectively according to parts by mass, heating to 65 ℃, starting stirring, and stirring for 30 minutes until the materials are completely dissolved;
(2) Carrying out heat preservation reaction on the solution prepared in the step (1) and the formula of 20 parts of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether 5EO and 10 parts of isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether 6EO at 55 ℃ for 1 hour, then opening cold circulating water to quickly cool to below 30 ℃, and adding 1 part of functional auxiliary agent to obtain the multifunctional scouring agent for continuous steaming and bleaching of cotton knitting;
