The invention provides an elastic tray net material which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of modified polypropylene, 35 parts of polyester resin, 15 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 30 parts of filler, 5 parts of p-toluenesulfonamide, 8 parts of triethyl citrate, 12 parts of chlorinated paraffin and 4 parts of weather resistant agent;
the modified polypropylene is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of liquid propylene, 28 parts of hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 1 part of benzoyl peroxide, 0.3 part of palladium catalyst, 8 parts of o-hydroxybenzoic acid and 18 parts of N, N-dimethylformamide; the modified polypropylene is prepared by the following method: adding liquid propylene, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, benzoyl peroxide and N, N-dimethylformamide into a reactor together, stirring and mixing uniformly, controlling the reaction temperature in the reactor to be 75 ℃ and the reaction pressure to be 2.8MPa, adding ortho-hydroxybenzoic acid and a palladium catalyst, stirring for 10min, standing and reacting for 6h, and completely reacting to obtain modified polypropylene;
wherein the palladium catalyst is prepared by mixing and compounding sodium tetrachloropalladate, lithium carbonate, yttrium oxide, sodium aluminosilicate and 20% hydrochloric acid aqueous solution in a mass ratio of 2:7:2:62: 18;
wherein, the filler is wollastonite powder coated by epoxy resin;
wherein the weather resisting agent is prepared by compounding salicylate, 6-bromoandrosterone and ethoxyquin in a mass ratio of 8:3: 3.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the elastic tray net material, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing the raw materials of modified polypropylene, polyester resin, polyvinyl alcohol, filler, p-toluenesulfonamide, triethyl citrate, chlorinated paraffin and weather resistant agent for later use;
s2, adding the modified polypropylene, the polyester resin and the polyvinyl alcohol into a high-speed mixer together, controlling the mixing speed to be 1800r/min, and premixing for 20min to obtain a mixture;
s3, sequentially adding the filler, the p-toluenesulfonamide and the triethyl citrate into the mixture obtained in the step S2, continuously mixing uniformly, and finally adding the chlorinated paraffin and the weather resistant agent to mix and mix uniformly to obtain the elastic tray net material.
Comparative example 1
The invention provides an elastic tray net material which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of polypropylene, 28 parts of polyester resin, 8 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 20 parts of filler, 2 parts of p-toluenesulfonamide, 3 parts of triethyl citrate, 5 parts of chlorinated paraffin and 2 parts of weather resistant agent;
wherein, the filler is wollastonite powder coated by epoxy resin;
wherein the weather resisting agent is prepared by compounding salicylate, 6-bromoandrosterone and ethoxyquin in a mass ratio of 5:1: 1.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the elastic tray net material, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing raw materials including polypropylene, polyester resin, polyvinyl alcohol, a filler, p-toluenesulfonamide, triethyl citrate, chlorinated paraffin and a weather resisting agent for later use;
s2, adding the polypropylene, the polyester resin and the polyvinyl alcohol into a high-speed mixer together, controlling the mixing speed to be 1000r/min, and premixing for 10min to obtain a mixture;
s3, sequentially adding the filler, the p-toluenesulfonamide and the triethyl citrate into the mixture obtained in the step S2, continuously mixing uniformly, and finally adding the chlorinated paraffin and the weather resistant agent to mix and mix uniformly to obtain the elastic tray net material.
Comparative example No. two
The invention provides an elastic tray net material which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 parts of modified polypropylene, 28 parts of polyester resin, 8 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 20 parts of filler, 2 parts of p-toluenesulfonamide, 3 parts of triethyl citrate, 5 parts of chlorinated paraffin and 2 parts of weather resistant agent;
the modified polypropylene is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of liquid propylene, 18 parts of hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 0.5 part of benzoyl peroxide, 0.1 part of palladium catalyst, 3 parts of o-hydroxybenzoic acid and 12 parts of N, N-dimethylformamide; the modified polypropylene is prepared by the following method: adding liquid propylene, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, benzoyl peroxide and N, N-dimethylformamide into a reactor together, stirring and mixing uniformly, controlling the reaction temperature in the reactor to be 65 ℃ and the reaction pressure to be 1.8MPa, adding ortho-hydroxybenzoic acid and a palladium catalyst, stirring for 5min, standing and reacting for 1h, and completely reacting to obtain modified polypropylene;
the palladium catalyst is prepared by mixing and compounding sodium tetrachloropalladate, lithium carbonate, yttrium oxide, sodium aluminosilicate and 20% hydrochloric acid aqueous solution in a mass ratio of 1:5:1:48: 14;
wherein, the filler is wollastonite powder coated by epoxy resin;
wherein the weather resisting agent is 6-bromoandrosterone.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the elastic tray net material, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing the raw materials of modified polypropylene, polyester resin, polyvinyl alcohol, filler, p-toluenesulfonamide, triethyl citrate, chlorinated paraffin and weather resistant agent for later use;
s2, adding the modified polypropylene, the polyester resin and the polyvinyl alcohol into a high-speed mixer together, controlling the mixing speed to be 1000r/min, and premixing for 10min to obtain a mixture;
s3, sequentially adding the filler, the p-toluenesulfonamide and the triethyl citrate into the mixture obtained in the step S2, continuously mixing uniformly, and finally adding the chlorinated paraffin and the weather resistant agent to mix and mix uniformly to obtain the elastic tray net material.
The performance of the elastic tray web materials prepared in examples one-third and comparative examples one and two, respectively, was tested and the following results were obtained:

Claims (8)
1. An elastic tray net material is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-100 parts of modified polypropylene, 28-35 parts of polyester resin, 8-15 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 20-30 parts of filler, 2-5 parts of p-toluenesulfonamide, 3-8 parts of triethyl citrate, 5-12 parts of chlorinated paraffin and 2-4 parts of weather resisting agent;
the modified polypropylene is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of liquid propylene, 18-28 parts of hydroxyethyl methacrylate, 0.5-1 part of benzoyl peroxide, 0.1-0.3 part of palladium catalyst, 3-8 parts of o-hydroxybenzoic acid and 12-18 parts of N, N-dimethylformamide.
2. An elastic tray web material as recited in claim 1, wherein the modified polypropylene is 80-90 parts, the polyester resin is 30-34 parts, the polyvinyl alcohol is 10-14 parts, the filler is 22-28 parts, the p-toluenesulfonamide is 3-4 parts, the triethyl citrate is 4-7 parts, the chlorinated paraffin is 6-10 parts, and the weather resistant agent is 2.5-3.5 parts.
3. An elastic tray web material as claimed in claim 1, comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 85 parts of modified polypropylene, 32 parts of polyester resin, 12 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 25 parts of filler, 3.5 parts of p-toluenesulfonamide, 5.5 parts of triethyl citrate, 8 parts of chlorinated paraffin and 3 parts of weather resistant agent.
4. An elastic tray web material in accordance with claim 1, wherein said modified polypropylene is produced by the process of: adding liquid propylene, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, benzoyl peroxide and N, N-dimethylformamide into a reactor together, stirring and mixing uniformly, controlling the reaction temperature in the reactor to be 65-75 ℃ and the reaction pressure to be 1.8-2.8MPa, adding ortho-hydroxybenzoic acid and a palladium catalyst, stirring for 5-10min, standing and reacting for 1-6h, and completely reacting to obtain the modified polypropylene.
5. The elastic tray web material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the palladium catalyst is prepared by mixing and compounding sodium tetrachloropalladate, lithium carbonate, yttrium oxide, sodium aluminosilicate and 20% hydrochloric acid aqueous solution in a mass ratio of 1-2:5-7:1-2:48-62: 14-18.
6. An elastic trawl material according to claim 1, wherein the filler is epoxy coated wollastonite powder.
7. The elastic tray web material as claimed in claim 1, wherein the weathering agent is compounded from salicylate, 6-bromoandrosterone and ethoxyquin in a mass ratio of 5-8:1-3: 1-3.
8. A method of making an elastic tray web material according to any one of claims 1-comprising the steps of:
s1, weighing the raw materials of modified polypropylene, polyester resin, polyvinyl alcohol, filler, p-toluenesulfonamide, triethyl citrate, chlorinated paraffin and weather resistant agent for later use;
s2, adding the modified polypropylene, the polyester resin and the polyvinyl alcohol into a high-speed mixer together, controlling the mixing rate to be 1800r/min, and premixing for 10-20min to obtain a mixture;
s3, sequentially adding the filler, the p-toluenesulfonamide and the triethyl citrate into the mixture obtained in the step S2, continuously mixing uniformly, and finally adding the chlorinated paraffin and the weather resistant agent to mix and mix uniformly to obtain the elastic tray net material.
