Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a textile machine having a plurality of stations for producing bobbins, in particular cross-wound bobbins, of the same type, each station having a yarn store and at least one maintenance trolley movable along the station.
Background
Many design embodiments of textile machines of the type mentioned in the introduction are known from the prior art. Typically, they have a large number of stations arranged next to each other, at which the yarn is wound into bobbins, typically cross-wound bobbins. They may be a winder or a spinning machine. On a spinning machine, for example, a yarn is produced from fed fiber slivers, which after leaving the spinning unit, are seen one after the other in the yarn travel direction, i.e. in the yarn transport direction, for example, through an unwinding device and a yarn storage, which are arranged one after the other, after which the yarn is finally wound into a cross-wound bobbin by means of a yarn winding device. The arrangement of the yarn winding device and the yarn storage immediately after one another is not absolutely necessary here, but other components of the station can also be connected in between. The known spinning machines include, in particular, rotor spinning machines and rotor spinning machines, which are also known in principle from the prior art.
In a textile machine, a yarn storage device, which is present at a station in each case, is used for temporarily storing a yarn portion, wherein the term "temporarily storing" means that the yarn loops are placed in the yarn storage device during transport, for example from a spinning unit to a winding device, so that fluctuations in the winding speed of the winding device and/or unwinding device and fluctuations in the supply speed of the spinning unit can be compensated, wherein in this case fluctuating yarn storage filling conditions occur.
In contrast to textile machines having stations without yarn storage, new fault states occur in the stations with yarn storage, which cannot be eliminated with conventional fault elimination mechanisms, which are arranged for example on the respective stations or are provided by maintenance trolleys which can travel along the stations and can be positioned at the failed stations. The new fault states, for example, involve yarn breaks in the yarn store, which necessitate the elimination of faults by manual intervention of the operator in the absence of a suitable fault elimination mechanism on the maintenance trolley or station.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention is based on the task of providing a textile machine with a large number of stations with yarn stores, wherein the fault conditions occurring in connection with the yarn stores can be automatically eliminated.
The invention accomplishes this task by means of a textile machine and by means of a maintenance trolley.
The textile machine according to the invention is characterized in that the maintenance trolley has a disturbance rejection mechanism for automatically eliminating fault conditions occurring in and/or attributed to the yarn storage.
In the textile machine according to the invention, the maintenance trolley, which is movable along and positionable at the individual stations of the machine, is designed to eliminate such malfunctions occurring at the stations in connection with the use of the yarn storage. The special disturbance situation associated with the yarn store in particular involves a yarn break in the yarn store, wherein in this case, a fault elimination can take place by means of a disturbance elimination mechanism on the maintenance trolley of the textile machine according to the invention, during which a reestablishment of the yarn connection, for example from the spinning position to the winding bobbin, preferably a cross-winding bobbin, is completed.
The textile machine according to the invention ensures, in particular, that the fault conditions associated with the yarn store are automatically eliminated, so that manual intervention by the operator can be dispensed with. Because of the reduced manual intervention for error correction, the downtime of the workstation can be significantly reduced. Since the fault conditions associated with the yarn store occur only to a small extent, the arrangement of the respective interference elimination means on the maintenance trolley is a particularly economical solution compared to the arrangement of the respective interference elimination means on a separate station. The maintenance trolley can be moved temporarily to the respective station as required and there reliably eliminate malfunctions associated with the yarn store.
According to the invention, the maintenance trolley is designed for the fault elimination of such disturbances that occur as a result of the use of yarn stores at the stations. Furthermore, the maintenance trolley can also be designed to perform other tasks such as, for example, eliminating other disturbances that are not associated with the yarn store or cross-wound bobbin replacement.
The design of the disturbance rejection means for the fault elimination of a fault state specific to the yarn store is in principle freely selectable. However, according to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the interference elimination device has a yarn cleaning device for removing yarn residues from the yarn storage. The use of a yarn cleaning device in particular ensures that yarn residues or residues, which may cause disturbances in operation in the yarn storage, are removed from the yarn storage as a result of the yarn moving past the yarn storage. The use of the yarn cleaning device takes place within the scope of eliminating the interference specific to the yarn storage, wherein the yarn cleaning device can be designed, for example, to be pneumatically operated and to generate an air flow in the yarn storage by means of positive or negative pressure, whereby dirt is removed.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the interference elimination device has an optical inspection device for inspecting the yarn store. The optical inspection mechanism may be designed to identify faults occurring at the workstation so that appropriate measures for eliminating the faults may be performed. Alternatively or additionally, the optical checking means can also be used for monitoring the fault elimination and/or for checking the fault elimination performed, in which case, for example, it is checked by means of the optical checking means whether there is a residue left inside the yarn storage and/or the yarn run inside the yarn storage after the fault elimination is checked.
In the context of fault elimination, it is generally necessary to reattach broken yarns in order to be able to continue the winding process on the textile machine station. To produce the yarn connection, suitable connection means can be arranged on a separate station, for example on a winding machine. According to a particularly advantageous embodiment of the invention, however, provision is made for the maintenance trolley to have a yarn joining mechanism. The yarn joining mechanism is arranged on the maintenance trolley to be a particularly economical yarn joining solution. The yarn joining means can also be present in addition to the yarn joining means arranged at the work station, wherein the yarn joining means formed on the maintenance trolley are designed in particular for the reestablishment of the yarn end after the occurrence of a problem specific to the yarn store.
The design of the yarn joining means can in principle be freely selected. According to a particularly advantageous embodiment, however, it is provided that the yarn joining device has a gripper and an actuating device for positioning the free yarn end in the region of the yarn joining device, in particular the splicing and/or knotting unit. The corresponding yarn receiving mechanism is designed such that the maintenance trolley is independent of the corresponding device on the station. The yarn splicing mechanism according to this embodiment of the invention completely allows the yarn ends designated for splicing to be taken from the cross-wound bobbins and fed to the yarn splicer after being ready. The correspondingly designed yarn joining means ensure a very reliable operation because of the mutually optimal orientation of the individual devices, whereby the downtime can be reduced in a complementary manner.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, the yarn receiving means can also be designed for positioning the free yarn end in the yarn end position of the station. In the case of a correspondingly configured maintenance trolley, a renewed yarn connection can thus be reliably established by the maintenance trolley without using the device on the station, wherein it is produced at the connection point of the station, at which connection point the free yarn ends from the cross-wound bobbins are connected to the yarn fed from the spinning device.
According to a further embodiment of the invention, it is also provided that the maintenance trolley has a yarn checking device, in particular an optically active yarn checking device. The yarn checking means allow checking the yarn splicing, in particular after the re-establishment of the yarn splicing, and allow working at the station after a positive check. The faulty splice can be detected by the yarn checking means and eliminated by appropriate measures, so that a renewed disturbance due to the faulty splice is avoided.
The invention also accomplishes this task by means of a maintenance trolley, which is characterized in that it is provided with interference elimination means for automatically eliminating the fault conditions occurring in and/or to be attributed to the yarn storage. The maintenance trolley can be designed according to one or more of the maintenance trolley improvements described above in relation to the textile machine, whereby the functionality of the maintenance trolley for the textile machine is increased in a complementary manner.

Detailed Description
In fig. 1, a textile machine 1 in the form of a spinning machine with a large number of stations 2 arranged side by side is shown in a simplified view. Each station 2 of the textile machine comprises a fiber sliver supply 3, which can be configured as a spinning sliver can, for example, in the case of a station 2 configured as a spinning position, a drawing device 4, a spinning device 5, an unwinding roller pair 6, a yarn clearer 7, a yarn laying mechanism 8, a yarn store 17 and a cross-wound bobbin 9 of a winding device. The maintenance trolley 10 is movably mounted on rails 11, 12 extending along the textile machine 1. A drive unit 13 provided at one end of the textile machine 1 is used to drive the textile machine 1.
In the event of a disturbance at the station 2 in the region of the yarn store 17, the maintenance trolley 10 is positioned along the textile machine 1 at the disturbed station 2. In the event of a yarn break, for example, in the yarn store 17, the maintenance trolley 10 is moved to the relevant station 2, positioned there and, with the use of a disturbance rejection mechanism, not shown here, a fault is initiated. In the event of a yarn break in the yarn store 17, the maintenance trolley 10 can find the broken yarn end falling onto the circumference of the cross-wound bobbin 9 by the gripper belonging to the interference elimination mechanism. After the cleaning of the spinning device 5, the yarn end is returned, as is usual, by means of an actuating device known to be an interference elimination device after a corresponding preparation operation into the region of the spinning device 5 and is ready there for the actual yarn splicing process. At the same time, a defined yarn length is unwound by the drive of the cross-wound bobbin 9 and temporarily stored in the yarn storage 17.
