在现有技术中,混合动力变速箱是采用双电机和双行星齿轮机构,通过离合器的作用,实现传动***的四个速比下的传动,只能实现发动机直驱下的四个档位的驱动,采用行星齿轮机构,传动链比较长,结构复杂,成本高,变速箱尺寸大,传动效率低。

本申请具体实施方式由于二档主动齿轮5与四档主动齿轮7均设置在第一输入轴1上,三档主动齿轮6与五档主动齿轮8均设置在第二输入轴2上,二档主动齿轮5与二档从动齿轮9啮合,三档主动齿轮6与三档从动齿轮10啮合,四档主动齿轮7与四档从动齿轮11啮合,五档主动齿轮8与五档从动齿轮12啮合,二档从动齿轮9、三档从动齿轮10、四档从动齿轮11及五档从动齿轮12可与输出轴3结合,三档从动齿轮10可与四档从动齿轮11结合,所以,当车辆一档行驶时,第二输入轴2将动力传递给三档主动齿轮6,三档主动齿轮6带动三档从动齿轮10动作,三档从动齿轮10与四档从动齿轮11结合,将动力由三档从动齿轮10传递给四档从动齿轮11,四档从动齿轮11带动四档主动齿7轮动作,四档主动齿轮7将动力通过第一输入轴1传递给二档主动齿轮5,二档主动齿轮5将动力传递给二档从动齿轮9,二档从动齿轮9与输出轴3结合,将动力传递给输出轴3,实现车辆一档行驶,当车辆二档行驶时,第一输入轴1将动力传递给二档主动齿轮5,二档主动齿轮5带动二档从动齿轮9动作,二档从动齿轮9与输出轴3结合,将动力传递给输出轴3,实现车辆二档行驶,当车辆三档行驶时,第二输入轴2将动力传递给三档主动齿轮6,三档主动齿轮6带动三档从动齿轮10动作,三档从动齿轮10与输出轴3结合,将动力传递给输出轴3,实现车辆三档行驶,当车辆四档行驶时,第一输入轴1将动力传递给四档主动齿轮7,四档主动齿轮7带动四档从动齿轮11动作,四档从动齿轮11与输出轴3结合,将动力传递给输出轴3,实现车辆四档行驶,当车辆五档行驶时,第二输入轴2将动力传递给五档主动齿轮8,五档主动齿轮8带动五档从动齿轮12动作,五档从动齿轮12与输出轴3结合,将动力传递给输出轴3,实现车辆五档行驶,当车辆六档行驶时,第一输入轴1将动力传递给四档主动齿轮7,四档主动齿轮7带动四档从动齿轮11动作,四档从动齿轮11与三档从动齿轮10结合,将动力由四档从动齿轮11传递给三档从动齿轮10,三档从动齿轮10带动三档主动齿轮6动作,三档主动齿轮6将动力通过第二输入轴2传递给五档主动齿轮8,五档主动齿轮8将动力传递给五档从动齿轮12,五档从动齿轮12与输出轴3结合,将动力传递给输出轴3,实现车辆六档行驶,减少齿轮数量,由四对齿轮组合产生六个档位,结构简单紧凑,成本低,减小变速箱轴向尺寸,传动效率高,与传统变速箱零件通用化率高,由于电机总成与第二输入轴连接,利用电机总成的扭矩补偿可以填充发动机扭矩掉坑,保证整车加速度的连续平稳,提高换挡舒适性。
参见图8,在现有技术中,发动机驱动,在升档过程中,档位升高,变速箱速比变小,发动机转速下降,根据双离合器的升档策略需要在换挡过程需要给发动机发降扭请求,降低发动机转速到目标转速,发动机扭矩不变,档位速比变小,整车驱动扭矩减小,会导致整车加速不连续,影响驾驶舒适性,双离合变速箱在升档过程中有发动机转速掉坑和速比变小引起的车轮驱动力矩变小,而本申请由于电机总成4与第二输入轴2连接,利用电机扭矩补偿可以填充发动机扭矩掉坑,保证整车加速度的连续平稳,提高换挡舒适性。
具体地,输出轴3上设置有第一同步器13,第一同步器13设置在二档从动齿轮9与四档从动齿轮11之间。
二档从动齿轮9及四档从动齿轮11可通过第一同步器13与输出轴3结合。
在本实施方式中,当车辆二档行驶时,二档从动齿轮9通过第一同步器13与输出轴3结合。当车辆四档行驶时,四档从动齿轮11通过第一同步器13与输出轴3结合。
具体地,输出轴3上设置有第二同步器14,第二同步器14设置在三档从动齿轮10与五档从动齿轮12之间。
三档从动齿轮10及五档从动齿轮12可通过第二同步器14与输出轴3结合。
在本实施方式中,当车辆三档行驶时,三档从动齿轮10通过第二同步器14与输出轴3结合。当车辆五档行驶时,五档从动齿轮12通过第二同步器14与输出轴3结合。
具体地,输出轴3上设置有桥同步器15,桥同步器15设置在三档从动齿轮10与四档从动齿轮11之间。
三档从动齿轮10可通过桥同步器15与四档从动齿轮11结合。
在本实施方式中,当车辆一档行驶时,三档从动齿轮10通过桥同步器15与四档从动齿轮11结合,此时,二档从动齿轮9与输出轴3结合。当车辆六档行驶时,四档从动齿轮11通过桥同步器15与三档从动齿轮10结合,此时,五档从动齿轮12与输出轴3结合。
具体地,电机总成4包括:电机4-1及减速器4-2。
减速器4-2的第一端与电机4-1连接,减速器4-2的第二端与第二输入轴2连接。
电机4-1的动力可通过减速器4-2传递给第二输入轴2,利用电机扭矩补偿可以填充发动机扭矩掉坑,保证整车加速度的连续平稳,提高换挡舒适性。
当需要倒车时,电机4-1反转,将动力传递给第二输入轴2,第二输入轴2通过二档主动齿轮5将动力传递给二档从动齿轮9,二档从动齿轮9与输出轴3结合,将动力传递给输出轴3,实现倒车。
具体地,混合动力变速器还包括:离合装置16。
离合装置16包括:第一离合器16-1及第二离合器16-2。
第一离合器16-1与第一输入轴1连接。
第二离合器16-2与第二输入轴2连接,且,第二输入轴2设置在第一输入轴1内,第二输入轴2与第一输入轴1同轴,第二离合器16-2控制一档、三档和五档;第一离合器16-1控制二档,四档和六档,实现双离合器结构。
电机总成4与第二输入轴2连接,即电机总成4与双离合器结构组合产生P2.5混动结构,可以实现发动机直驱,启动,能量回收,纯电起步,驻车发电,纯电行驶,并联行驶。双离合器结构和P2.5混动结构可以实现并联加速助力,提高动力性;混动模式可以实现纯电启动,制动能量回收,提高燃油经济性;双离合器换挡过程中,电机可以进行扭矩补偿,提高驾驶舒适性和动力响应性。
双离合器结构配合P2.5的构型,可以实现7种混动模式,见表1。7种混动模式可以丰富整车控制策略的选择。通过整车能量管理策略能够找到最优的控制策略,以降低车辆油耗,提高车辆燃油经济型性;除优化燃油经济性外,7种混动模式的助力模式能提升整车动力性;升档过程中的电机扭矩填充功能可以保证加速度连续,提升驶舒适性。

参见图4,当进行驻车固定速比充电时,第二离合器16-2将动力传递给第二输入轴2,第二输入轴2通过电机总成4的减速器4-2将动力传递给电机4-1,对电机4-1进行充电。参见图5,当进行驻车增速充电时,第一离合器16-1将动力传递给第一输入轴1,第一输入轴1带动四档主动齿轮7动作,四档主动齿轮7将动力传递给四档从动齿轮11,四档从动齿轮11与三档从动齿轮10结合,将动力通过三档从动齿轮10传递给三档主动齿轮6,三档主动齿轮6达到第二输入轴2动作,第二输入轴2通过电机总成4的减速器4-2将动力传递给电机4-1,对电机4-1进行充电。
加速助力和制动能量回收工作原理:双离合器变速箱为了实现无动力中断换挡,开发控制策略上有预选档策略,例如第二离合器16-2传递力矩,三档为行驶档,双离合器换挡控制策略会预选二档或者四档。双离合器变速箱的预选档控制策略会同时挂上2个档位(1个奇数档,1个偶数档),所有档位共用一个输出轴3。输出轴3在转动的时候,第一输入轴1与第二输入轴2会一起转动。无论是奇数档在档,还是偶数档是当前行驶档位,第一输入轴1与第二输入轴2都会转动。电机总成4的电机4-1通过减速器4-2与第二输入轴2(奇数档)连接,随时可以提供助力或者制动能量回收。电机加速助力和制动能量回收都不需要换挡,执行性好,回收效果好。
例如车辆以4档行驶,即4档在档行驶,预挂3档工况。参见图6,四档加速助力,即:电机总成4的电机4-1通过减速器4-2将动力传递给第二输入轴2,第二输入轴2通过三档主动齿轮6带动三档从动齿轮10,三档从动齿轮10与输出轴3结合,将动力传递给输出轴3,同时,第一离合器16-1将动力传递给动力传递给第一输入轴1,第一输入轴1通过四档主动齿轮7将动力传递给四档从动齿轮11,四档从动齿轮11与输出轴3结合,将动力传递给输出轴3。参见图7,四档能量回收,即:轮端能量传递给输出轴3,输出轴3与三档从动齿轮10结合,三档从动齿轮10将动力传递给三档主动齿轮6,三档主动齿轮6带动第二输入轴2动作,第二输入轴2通过电机总成4的减速器4-2将动力传递给电机4-1,实现能量回收。
具体地,混合动力变速器还包括:差速器17。
差速器17与输出轴3连接,用于接收输出轴3传递的动力。
具体地,混合动力变速器还包括:箱体。
第一输入轴1、第二输入轴2、输出轴3、电机总成4、二档主动齿轮5、三档主动齿轮6、四档主动齿轮7、五档主动齿轮8、二档从动齿轮9、三档从动齿轮10、四档从动齿轮11及五档从动齿轮12均设置在箱体内,通过箱体容纳第一输入轴1、第二输入轴2、输出轴3、电机总成4、二档主动齿轮5、三档主动齿轮6、四档主动齿轮7、五档主动齿轮8、二档从动齿轮9、三档从动齿轮10、四档从动齿轮11及五档从动齿轮12,保证安全。
基于同样的发明构思,本申请还提出一种车辆,该车辆采用了所述混合动力变速器,该混合动力变速器的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于混合动力变速器采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。
最后所应说明的是,以上具体实施方式仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制,尽管参照实例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。

Claims (10)

1.一种混合动力变速器,其特征在于,包括:第一输入轴、第二输入轴、输出轴、电机总成、二档主动齿轮、三档主动齿轮、四档主动齿轮、五档主动齿轮、二档从动齿轮、三档从动齿轮、四档从动齿轮及五档从动齿轮;
所述二档主动齿轮与所述四档主动齿轮均设置在所述第一输入轴上;
所述三档主动齿轮与所述五档主动齿轮均设置在所述第二输入轴上;
所述二档主动齿轮与所述二档从动齿轮啮合,所述三档主动齿轮与所述三档从动齿轮啮合,所述四档主动齿轮与所述四档从动齿轮啮合,所述五档主动齿轮与所述五档从动齿轮啮合;
所述二档从动齿轮、三档从动齿轮、四档从动齿轮及五档从动齿轮可与所述输出轴结合;
所述三档从动齿轮可与所述四档从动齿轮结合;
所述电机总成与所述第二输入轴连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于:
所述输出轴上设置有第一同步器,所述第一同步器设置在所述二档从动齿轮与所述四档从动齿轮之间;
所述二档从动齿轮及所述四档从动齿轮可通过所述第一同步器与所述输出轴结合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于:
所述输出轴上设置有第二同步器,所述第二同步器设置在所述三档从动齿轮与所述五档从动齿轮之间;
所述三档从动齿轮及所述五档从动齿轮可通过所述第二同步器与所述输出轴结合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于:
所述输出轴上设置有桥同步器,所述桥同步器设置在所述三档从动齿轮与所述四档从动齿轮之间;
所述三档从动齿轮可通过所述桥同步器与所述四档从动齿轮结合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于,所述电机总成包括:电机及减速器;
所述减速器的第一端与所述电机连接,所述减速器的第二端与所述第二输入轴连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于:
所述第二输入轴设置在所述第一输入轴内,所述第二输入轴与所述第一输入轴同轴。
7.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于,所述混合动力变速器还包括:离合装置;
所述离合装置包括:第一离合器及第二离合器;
所述第一离合器与所述第一输入轴连接;
所述第二离合器与所述第二输入轴连接。
8.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于,所述混合动力变速器还包括:差速器;
所述差速器与所述输出轴连接。
9.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力变速器,其特征在于,所述混合动力变速器还包括:箱体;
所述第一输入轴、第二输入轴、输出轴、电机总成、二档主动齿轮、三档主动齿轮、四档主动齿轮、五档主动齿轮、二档从动齿轮、三档从动齿轮、四档从动齿轮及五档从动齿轮均设置在所述箱体内。
10.一种车辆,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的混合动力变速器。
