Abstract
本发明涉及一种以废旧模板为基础材料的户外用板材结构,包括原木旋切单板和由废旧模板按条状切割成的芯条,该板材结构为多层叠加,是以废旧模板锯切的芯条为主体材料的中间层和以原木旋切单板为装甲层的组合结构;包括第一单板层、第二单板层、第三单板层和第四单板层;第一单板层是由多张原木旋切单板以木纤维方向沿成品材的长度依次搭接铺设而成;第二单板层沿成品材的宽度依次对接铺设而成;中间层为芯条沿成品材的长度方向对接;第三单板层是沿成品材的宽度依次对接铺设而成;第四单板层是沿成品材的长度依次搭接铺设而成。本发明将多层板材压合为一个整体板材,力学结构合理,重复利用率高、可以节约木材,并可以再次回收利用。

技术领域
本发明涉及再生木材技术领域,尤其涉及一种以废旧模板为基础材料的户外用板材结构及生产工艺。
背景技术
传统建筑支模木方或包装箱都是以优质原木锯切为主要来源,需要砍伐大量的林木,对生态环境造成破坏,市场上虽有部分废旧模板改制或复合塑料制造木方,但是再次回收成本增加,不利于生态环境的良好发展。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题或者至少部分地解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种以废旧模板为基础材料的户外用板材结构及生产工艺。
本发明提供了一种以废旧模板为基础材料的户外用板材结构及生产工艺,包括原木旋切单板和由废旧模板按条状切割成的芯条,该板材结构为多层叠加,是以废旧模板锯切的芯条为主体材料的中间层和以原木旋切单板为装甲层的组合结构,经涂胶、逐层铺装、热压或冷压、裁切工序而成;
所述装甲层分为上装甲层和下装甲层,分别位于中间层的上、下两侧;
所述上装甲层从上到下依次包括第一单板层和第二单板层;
所述下装甲层从上到下依次包括第三单板层和第四单板层;
所述第一单板层是由多张原木旋切单板以木纤维方向沿成品材的长度依次搭接铺设而成;
所述第二单板层是由多张原木旋切单板以木纤维方向沿成品材的宽度依次对接铺设而成;
所述中间层为条状废旧模板锯切的芯条沿成品材的长度方向对接,并逐条紧密排列至所要求的长度和宽度;
所述第三单板层是由多张原木旋切单板以木纤维方向沿成品材的宽度依次对接铺设而成;
所述第四单板层是由多张原木旋切单板以木纤维方向沿成品材的长度依次搭接铺设而成。
中间层为一层或多层结构。
中间层为多层结构,上下芯条主体材料之间再纵向、沿长度方向搭接铺设一层原木旋切单板层。
所述原木旋切单板的长度为90-100cm,宽度为40-65cm,厚度为0.6-4mm。
所述原木旋切单板的长度为95cm,宽度为45cm,厚度为1.8mm。
所述芯条的宽度为1-12cm,厚度为10-12mm,长度不限。
一种以废旧模板为基础材料的户外用板材结构生产工艺,其采取流水式和单元式组合式工序完成,包括以下步骤:
S1、旋切单板层和芯材层的铺装采用流水式逐层铺装、涂胶,并按长度裁切,进入预压阶段;
S2、将预压好的半成品装入热压机,经上下加压、四面侧压并保持,待胶粘剂达到固化时间之后产出,根据需求定尺裁切。
本发明提供的以废旧模板为基础材料的户外用板材结构及生产工艺,利用建筑废旧模板作为主,本发明将原木旋切单板按纵向搭接铺设,以及按横向对接铺设,将短木材旋切的出材率优势转化成无限长材料,并且增加了强度和抗变形。本发明将多层板材压合为一个整体板材,力学结构合理,重复利用率高、可以节约木材,并可以再次回收利用。本发明产品在建筑、包装箱等很多户外用途使用,成本低廉,坚固耐用,无污染,回收之后可以粉碎做“生物质燃料”。

参见图1-5,本发明提供一种以废旧模板为基础材料的户外用板材结构及生产工艺,包括呈长方形的原木旋切单板和由废旧模板按条状切割成的芯条7,该板材结构为多层叠加,是以废旧模板锯切的芯条为主体材料的中间层和以原木旋切单板为装甲层的组合结构,经涂胶、逐层铺装、热压或冷压、裁切工序而成;
所述装甲层分为上装甲层和下装甲层,分别位于中间层的上、下两侧;
所述上装甲层从上到下依次包括第一单板层1和第二单板层2;
所述下装甲层从上到下依次包括第三单板层3和第四单板层4;
所述第一单板层1是由多张原木旋切单板以木纤维方向沿成品材的长度依次搭接铺设而成,搭接部8如图4所示。
所述第二单板层2是由多张原木旋切单板以木纤维方向沿成品材的宽度依次对接铺设而成;
所述中间层3为条状废旧模板锯切的芯条7沿成品材的长度方向对接,并逐条紧密排列至所要求的长度和宽度;
所述第三单板层4是由多张原木旋切单板以木纤维方向沿成品材的宽度依次对接铺设而成;
所述第四单板层5是由多张原木旋切单板以木纤维方向沿成品材的长度依次搭接铺设而成。
中间层为一层或多层结构。
如中间层为多层结构,上下芯条主体材料之间以木纤维方向沿成品材的长度搭接铺设一层原木旋切单板层。

Claims (7)
1.一种以废旧模板为基础材料的户外用板材结构,包括原木旋切单板和由废旧模板按条状切割成的芯条,其特征在于:该板材结构为多层叠加,是以废旧模板锯切的芯条为主体材料的中间层和以原木旋切单板为装甲层的组合结构,经涂胶、逐层铺装、热压或冷压、裁切工序而成;
所述装甲层分为上装甲层和下装甲层,分别位于中间层的上、下两侧;
所述上装甲层从上到下依次包括第一单板层和第二单板层;
所述下装甲层从上到下依次包括第三单板层和第四单板层;
所述第一单板层是由多张原木旋切单板以木纤维方向沿成品材的长度依次搭接铺设而成;
所述第二单板层是由多张原木旋切单板以木纤维方向沿成品材的宽度依次对接铺设而成;
所述中间层为条状废旧模板锯切的芯条沿成品材的长度方向对接,并逐条紧密排列至所要求的长度和宽度;
所述第三单板层是由多张原木旋切单板以木纤维方向沿成品材的宽度依次对接铺设而成;
所述第四单板层是由多张原木旋切单板以木纤维方向沿成品材的长度依次搭接铺设而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的以废旧模板为基础材料的户外用板材结构,其特征在于,中间层为一层或多层结构。
3.根据权利要求2所述的以废旧模板为基础材料的户外用板材结构,其特征在于,中间层为多层结构,上下芯条主体材料之间再纵向、沿长度方向搭接铺设一层原木旋切单板层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的以废旧模板为基础材料的户外用板材结构,其特征在于,所述原木旋切单板的长度为90-100cm,宽度为40-65cm,厚度为0.6-4mm。
5.根据权利要求4所述的以废旧模板为基础材料的户外用板材结构,其特征在于,所述原木旋切单板的长度为95cm,宽度为45cm,厚度为1.8mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的以废旧模板为基础材料的户外用板材结构,其特征在于,所述芯条的宽度为1-12cm,厚度为10-12mm,长度不限。
7.一种以废旧模板为基础材料的户外用板材结构生产工艺,其特征在于,采取流水式和单元式组合式工序完成,包括以下步骤:
S1、旋切单板层和芯材层的铺装采用流水式逐层铺装、涂胶,并按长度裁切,进入预压阶段;
