the automatic navigation trolley is provided with a lifting mechanism for jacking/lowering the vehicle-carrying tray below the vehicle-carrying tray.
The control method comprises the following steps:
when the vehicles parked on the parking spaces on the first floor of the three-dimensional parking garage need to be stored to a target parking floor, controlling the vertical lift to descend to the first floor;
the automatic navigation trolley on the first floor transfers the vehicle-carrying tray carrying the vehicle to the first conveyor, and takes out the vehicle-carrying tray stored on the second conveyor in advance; the vertical lifter is lifted to a target parking layer, the vehicle-carrying tray on the third conveyor which is stored in the target parking layer in advance is transferred to the second conveyor, and the first conveyor is started to transfer the vehicle-carrying tray with the parked vehicle to the third conveyor;
and the automatic navigation trolley of the target parking layer conveys the vehicle carrying tray with the parked vehicles to the parking place of the target parking layer from the third conveyor, and takes out the vehicle carrying tray on the parking place which is not parked nearby and conveys the vehicle carrying tray to the third conveyor of the target parking layer.
8. The control method according to claim 7, wherein the automatic guided vehicle on the first floor transfers the vehicle-carrying tray carrying the vehicle onto the first conveyor and takes out the vehicle-carrying tray previously stored on the second conveyor, and the method comprises:
the automatic navigation trolley on the first floor transfers the vehicle-carrying tray carrying the vehicle to the third conveyor on the first floor;
the third conveyor is started, and the vehicle-carrying tray with the parked vehicles is transferred to the first conveyor through the platform access channel;
and the vertical lifter ascends to enable the second conveyor to be aligned with the third conveyor, the second conveyor is started, the vehicle-carrying tray stored in advance is transferred to the third conveyor, and the automatic navigation trolley transports the vehicle-carrying tray to the parking space.
9. The control method according to claim 8, wherein the lifting of the vertical lift to the parking target level and the transfer of the cart tray previously stored on the third conveyor to the second conveyor comprises:
the vertical lifter is lifted to a target parking layer and aligns the second conveyor with the third conveyor of the target parking layer, and the third conveyor is started to transfer the pre-stored vehicle carrying tray to the second conveyor;
the vertical lifter descends to align the first conveyor with the third conveyor of the target parking level, and the first conveyor is started to transfer the vehicle-carrying tray carrying the vehicle onto the third conveyor.
10. The control method according to claim 9, wherein the method according to claim 8 or 9 is repeatedly performed when a new vehicle is parked in the first floor of the stereo parking garage.
