本发明涉及固定贴膜技术领域,具体涉及一种透气聚氨酯固定贴膜。
背景技术
留置针的使用能减少患者因反复静脉穿刺而造成的痛苦及对***的恐惧感,便于临床用药,急、危重患者的抢救用药,减轻护士的工作量,因而静脉留置针在临床上越来越受到广泛应用。留置针在临床应用中需使用进行贴敷固定,一般留置针使用时间为3-4天,所以对留置针贴(固定贴膜)有很高的要求,要求留置针贴透气舒适,长时间贴敷不过敏。
目前市面上的固定贴膜大多在透湿透气性能上不是很好,患者长时间贴敷后因透气性能不好导致皮肤变红发痒、过敏等现象。
基于上述情况,本发明提出了一种透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,可有效解决以上一种或多种问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种透气聚氨酯固定贴膜。本发明的透气聚氨酯固定贴膜结构简单,使用方便,通过纸框层、聚氨酯层、胶粘层和离型层的配合设置,同时采用先制备聚氨酯预聚体A,再通过聚氨酯预聚体A制备聚氨酯预聚体B的方法,制得了具有高透气性的聚氨酯层,实现了更高的水蒸气透过率,薄膜更柔软舒适,贴敷在皮肤上轻柔透气,提高患者的舒适度。

一种透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,包括依次设置的纸框层、聚氨酯层、胶粘层和离型层;
所述聚氨酯层为亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜,所述胶粘层为压敏胶,所述压敏胶上设有通孔,所述通孔的孔径为1~3mm;
所述亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a)制备聚氨酯预聚体A,制备按下述配比和工艺:
甲苯二异氰酸酯30~60份;
聚乙二醇5~50份;
聚丙二醇0.01~30份;
丙三醇0.01~5份;
1,4-丁二醇0.01~5份;
三乙醇胺0.01~5份;
将上述原料加入反应釜中,反应温度为60℃~90℃,反应时间为80~180min,通过聚合反应制得聚氨酯预聚体A;
b)制备聚氨酯预聚体B,制备按下述配比和工艺:
聚氨酯预聚体A25~50份;
N,N-二甲基甲酰胺0.01~40份;
将上述原料混合后制得聚氨酯预聚体B;
c)将聚氨酯预聚体B涂布在离型层上,经隧道烘箱烘干后,烘干温度为60℃~150℃,制得厚度为15~25um的亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜。

1、采用了厚度为15~25um的亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜,该薄膜具有比普通聚氨酯薄膜更高的水蒸气透过率,薄膜更柔软舒适,贴敷在皮肤上轻柔透气;
2、本发明采用了凹版网格涂布方式,降低涂胶面积,增加固定贴膜的透气性能,降低患者在使用时的不适感,能大大降低患者因固定贴膜长时间贴敷造成的过敏等现象。

甲苯二异氰酸酯40份;
聚乙二醇45份;
聚丙二醇9.5份;
丙三醇4.5份;
1,4-丁二醇0.5份;
三乙醇胺0.5份;
将上述原料加入反应釜中,反应温度为60℃~90℃,反应时间为80~180min,通过聚合反应制得聚氨酯预聚体A。
实施例4:
一种透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,与实施例2的不同之处在于,步骤a)中制备聚氨酯预聚体A,制备按下述配比和工艺:
甲苯二异氰酸酯45份;
聚乙二醇45份;
聚丙二醇4.5份;
丙三醇0.5份;
1,4-丁二醇4.5份;
三乙醇胺0.5份;
将上述原料加入反应釜中,反应温度为60℃~90℃,反应时间为80~180min,通过聚合反应制得聚氨酯预聚体A。
实施例5:
一种透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,与实施例2的不同之处在于,步骤a)中制备聚氨酯预聚体A,制备按下述配比和工艺:
甲苯二异氰酸酯50份;
聚乙二醇40份;
聚丙二醇4.5份;
丙三醇4.7份;
1,4-丁二醇0.3份;
三乙醇胺0.5份;
将上述原料加入反应釜中,反应温度为60℃~90℃,反应时间为80~180min,通过聚合反应制得聚氨酯预聚体A。
实施例6:
一种透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,与实施例2的不同之处在于,步骤a)中制备聚氨酯预聚体A,制备按下述配比和工艺:
甲苯二异氰酸酯55份;
聚乙二醇38份;
聚丙二醇0.1份;
丙三醇1.7份;
1,4-丁二醇4.82份;
三乙醇胺0.38份;
将上述原料加入反应釜中,反应温度为60℃~90℃,反应时间为80~180min,通过聚合反应制得聚氨酯预聚体A。

表1为实施例2-6中制备聚氨酯预聚体A所需各组分及其重量份数,以及对最终制得亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜的水蒸气透过率的测试数据。
从表1中可以看出,由于不同配比的甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚乙二醇、聚丙二醇、丙三醇、1,4-丁二醇和三乙醇胺之间发生聚合反应,最终产生了具有不同透气性的亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜,本发明采用了恰当的组分配比进行聚合反应,制得了具有高透气性的亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜。
其中,聚乙二醇和聚丙三醇是亲水性多元醇,两者与甲苯二异氰酸酯、扩链剂、催化剂反应合成聚氨酯预聚体A,其中扩链剂为丙三醇和1,4-丁二醇,丙三醇和1,4-丁二醇使反应交联分子链变长,使膜变柔软舒适,三乙醇胺起催化作用。整个反应体系通过引入大量亲水性基团、聚合物软链段,增加了亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜的透气性、柔软性、舒适性。
实施例7:
如图1至4所示,本发明提供了一种透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,包括依次设置的纸框层1、聚氨酯层2、胶粘层3和离型层4;
所述聚氨酯层2为亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜,所述胶粘层3为压敏胶31,所述压敏胶31上设有通孔311,所述通孔311的孔径为1~3mm;
所述亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a)制备聚氨酯预聚体A,制备按下述配比和工艺:
甲苯二异氰酸酯30~60份;
聚乙二醇5~50份;
聚丙二醇0.01~30份;
丙三醇0.01~5份;
1,4-丁二醇0.01~5份;
三乙醇胺0.01~5份;
将上述原料加入反应釜中,反应温度为60℃~90℃,反应时间为80~180min,通过聚合反应制得聚氨酯预聚体A;
b)制备聚氨酯预聚体B,制备按下述配比和工艺:
聚氨酯预聚体A50份;
丙酮40份;
N,N-二甲基甲酰胺10份;
将上述原料混合后制得聚氨酯预聚体B;
c)将聚氨酯预聚体B涂布在离型层4上,经隧道烘箱烘干后,烘干温度为60℃~150℃,制得厚度为15~25um的亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜。
所述离型层1上设有书写胶带42。
所述纸框层1远离聚氨酯层2一侧表面设有魔术贴搭扣5,所述魔术贴搭扣5包括连接部51和固定部52,所述连接部51一面与纸框层1固定连接,所述固定部52包括第一贴合面521和第二贴合面522,所述第一贴合面521一侧和第二贴合面522一侧固定连接,所述连接部51另一面与固定部52的第二贴合面522固定连接。
所述第一贴合面521和第二贴合面522的连接处设有纤维面523。
所述离型层4上设有水滴状撕拉口41。
所述压敏胶31为医用丙烯酸酯压敏胶。
所述压敏胶31通过凹版网格涂布方式涂布于亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜上;
所述凹版网格涂布方式为采用经激光雕刻出圆形或菱形网格样式的凹版涂胶版辊将压敏胶水转印到亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜上,经隧道烘箱烘干后形成网格状涂胶。
所述网格状涂胶面积占亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜面积的50%~75%。
实施例8:
一种透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,与实施例7的不同之处在于,b)制备聚氨酯预聚体B,制备按下述配比和工艺:
聚氨酯预聚体A40份;
甲苯10份;
丙酮40份;
N,N-二甲基甲酰胺10份;
将上述原料混合后制得聚氨酯预聚体B。
实施例9:
一种透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,与实施例7的不同之处在于,b)制备聚氨酯预聚体B,制备按下述配比和工艺:
聚氨酯预聚体A35份;
甲苯20份;
丙酮15份;
N,N-二甲基甲酰胺30份;
将上述原料混合后制得聚氨酯预聚体B。
实施例10:
一种透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,与实施例7的不同之处在于,b)制备聚氨酯预聚体B,制备按下述配比和工艺:
聚氨酯预聚体A30份;
甲苯35份;
N,N-二甲基甲酰胺35份;
将上述原料混合后制得聚氨酯预聚体B。
实施例11:
一种透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,与实施例7的不同之处在于,b)制备聚氨酯预聚体B,制备按下述配比和工艺:
聚氨酯预聚体A25份;
甲苯30份;
丙酮5份;
N,N-二甲基甲酰40份;
将上述原料混合,对聚氨酯预聚体A稀释后制得聚氨酯预聚体B。

表2为实施例7-11中制备聚氨酯预聚体B所需各组分及其重量份数。
通过聚氨酯预聚体A用甲苯、丙酮和N,N-二甲基甲酰进行稀释,制得了粘度为5000mPa~15000mPs聚氨酯预聚体B,适合进行涂布工艺的实施。从表2中可以看出,采用对聚氨酯预聚体A用甲苯、丙酮和N,N-二甲基甲酰进行稀释,进一步提高了亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜的透气性。
其中甲苯和N,N-二甲基甲酰的沸点相对较高,挥发相对较慢,因此加入的重量份数更多,而丙酮挥发快,所以仅加入少量的丙酮,从而采用整体恰当的配比可以提高亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜的透气性。
依据本发明的描述及附图,本领域技术人员很容易制造或使用本发明的透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,并且能够产生本发明所记载的积极效果。

Claims (9)

1.一种透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,其特征在于:包括依次设置的纸框层(1)、聚氨酯层(2)、胶粘层(3)和离型层(4);
所述聚氨酯层(2)为亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜,所述胶粘层(3)为压敏胶(31),所述压敏胶(31)上设有通孔(311),所述通孔(311)的孔径为1~3mm;
所述亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜的制备方法包括以下步骤:
a)制备聚氨酯预聚体A,制备按下述配比和工艺:
甲苯二异氰酸酯30~60份;
聚乙二醇5~50份;
聚丙二醇0.01~30份;
丙三醇0.01~5份;
1,4-丁二醇0.01~5份;
三乙醇胺0.01~5份;
将上述原料加入反应釜中,反应温度为60℃~90℃,反应时间为80~180min,通过聚合反应制得聚氨酯预聚体A;
b)制备聚氨酯预聚体B,制备按下述配比和工艺:
聚氨酯预聚体A25~50份;
N,N-二甲基甲酰胺0.01~40份;
将上述原料混合后制得聚氨酯预聚体B;
c)将聚氨酯预聚体B涂布在离型层(4)上,经隧道烘箱烘干后,烘干温度为60℃~150℃,制得厚度为15~25um的亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜;
所述压敏胶(31)通过凹版网格涂布方式涂布于亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜上;
所述凹版网格涂布方式为采用经激光雕刻出圆形或菱形网格样式的凹版涂胶版辊将压敏胶水转印到亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜上,经隧道烘箱烘干后形成网格状涂胶;
所述网格状涂胶面积占亲水性高透湿聚氨酯薄膜面积的50%~75%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,其特征在于:所述离型层(1)上设有书写胶带(42)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,其特征在于:所述纸框层(1)远离聚氨酯层(2)一侧表面设有魔术贴搭扣(5),所述魔术贴搭扣(5)包括连接部(51)和固定部(52),所述连接部(51)一面与纸框层(1)固定连接,所述固定部(52)包括第一贴合面(521)和第二贴合面(522),所述第一贴合面(521)一侧和第二贴合面(522)一侧固定连接,所述连接部(51)另一面与固定部(52)的第二贴合面(522)固定连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,其特征在于:所述第一贴合面(521)和第二贴合面(522)的连接处设有纤维面(523)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,其特征在于:所述步骤b)中的原料还包括:甲苯0.01~40份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,其特征在于:所述步骤b)中的原料还包括:丙酮0.01~40份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,其特征在于:所述步骤b)中的原料还包括:甲苯0.01~40份和丙酮0.01~40份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,其特征在于:所述步骤a)制备聚氨酯预聚体A,制备按下述配比和工艺:
甲苯二异氰酸酯40份;
聚乙二醇50份;
聚丙二醇4.5份;
丙三醇3份;
1,4-丁二醇2份;
三乙醇胺0.5份;
将上述原料加入反应釜中,反应温度为60℃~90℃,反应时间为80~180min,通过聚合反应制得聚氨酯预聚体A。
9.根据权利要求8所述的透气聚氨酯固定贴膜,其特征在于:所述步骤b)制备聚氨酯预聚体B,制备按下述配比和工艺:
聚氨酯预聚体A25份;
甲苯30份;
丙酮5份;
N,N-二甲基甲酰胺40份;
将上述原料混合后制得聚氨酯预聚体B。
