when the device works, when the water pan is pasted with cotton, a worker places the water pan on the placing cylinder 6 manually or by using a machine, and meanwhile, because the device does not work at the moment, the lower die 61 is placed on the placing cylinder 6, so that the lower die 61 is positioned below the water pan and is in contact with the water pan; meanwhile, after the water pan is placed on the equipment, a worker manually or by using a machine coats glue on the back of the water pan, and then places the heat preservation cotton to be pasted on the water pan and starts the equipment; meanwhile, after the equipment is started, the second cylinder 7 starts to move, the second extension rod 71 is enabled to extend upwards, the lower die 61 is driven to rise upwards, and finally the water pan moves upwards, meanwhile, when the second cylinder 7 moves, the first cylinder 2 moves synchronously, the first extension rod 21 moves downwards, the pressing plate 3 is driven to move downwards, and finally the pressing plate 3 is contacted with the water pan, so that the water pan and the heat preservation cotton on the water pan are firmly adhered under the combined action of the first cylinder 2 and the second cylinder 7, meanwhile, the extension speed of the first extension rod 21 on the first cylinder 2 is faster than that of the second extension rod 71 on the second cylinder 7, therefore, the pressing plate 3 starts to contact and extrude the water pan shortly after the lower die 61 drives the water pan to move upwards, the water pan is prevented from rising under the action of the second cylinder 7 and exceeding the placing cylinder 6, and the adhesion effect of the heat preservation cotton on the upper side face of the water pan is prevented from being influenced, meanwhile, in the process of pressing down the pressing plate 3, the first side pressing plate 42 fixedly installed on the pressing plate 3 through the first fixing plate 4 and the second side pressing plate 52 fixedly installed on the pressing plate 3 through the second fixing plate 5 are respectively contacted with the heat insulation cotton on the side face of the water receiving tray and extrude the heat insulation cotton, so that the heat insulation cotton on the side face of the water receiving tray is firmly adhered to the water receiving tray;
meanwhile, in the working process, the sponge 31 is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the pressing plate 3, so that in the process of pressing the pressing plate 3 downwards, the sponge 31 firstly contacts the heat insulation cotton on the back surface of the water receiving tray, and meanwhile, the sponge 31 has certain elasticity, so that when the sponge 31 contacts and extrudes the heat insulation cotton on the back surface of the water receiving tray, the heat insulation cotton is slowly attached to the back surface of the water receiving tray when being directly extruded by the pressing plate 3, air between the back surface of the water receiving tray and the heat insulation cotton can be smoothly discharged, and after the attachment is finished, no air exists between the heat insulation cotton and the water receiving tray, the heat insulation cotton is firmly attached, and the problems of bulging and poor adhesion are avoided; meanwhile, the first side pressure plate 42 and the second side pressure plate 52 move from top to bottom relative to the water pan, so that in the process of extruding and adhering the heat preservation cotton on the side surface of the water pan, the air between the side surface of the water pan and the heat preservation cotton can be easily discharged from the direction far away from the first side pressure plate 42 and the second side pressure plate 52 by the first side pressure plate 42 and the second side pressure plate 52, and the problems of bulging and insecure adhesion can be avoided.

when the water pan is in operation, the rubber layer 62 is fixedly arranged on the surface of the lower die 61, when the water pan is placed on the lower die 61, the water pan is buffered by the rubber layer 62, so that the water pan is prevented from being in direct contact and impact with the lower die 61, and the water pan is prevented from being scratched in a cotton pasting process to influence the normal use of the water pan;
meanwhile, after the water pan is placed on the lower die 61, when the cylinder 7 starts to move, the second extension rod 71 moves upwards to drive the lower die 61 to rise upwards, because the air bag 634 is connected with the lower die 61 through the connecting plate 632 and the connecting rod, when the air bag 634 moves upwards on the lower die 61, the volume in the air bag 634 expands, the pressure in the air bag 634 decreases, meanwhile, the air bag 634 is communicated with the cavity 622 in the rubber layer 62 through the through hole 631, the pressure in the cavity 622 decreases synchronously under the condition that the pressure in the air bag 634 decreases, because the micropores 621 on the rubber layer 62 keep a closed state when the rubber layer 62 is not under pressure, when the water pan is placed on the lower die 61 and the cavity 622 is under a negative pressure state, the micropores 621 are opened, because the surface of the water pan is in contact with the surface of the rubber layer 62, when the micropores 621 are opened and the cavity 622 is under a negative pressure, the water pan is adsorbed and fixed on the rubber layer 62 under the influence of negative pressure in the micropores 621, so that the water pan is prevented from moving, the position of the water pan relative to the lower die 61 in the process of adhering the heat-preservation cotton is ensured not to move, the adhering effect of the heat-preservation cotton is improved, and meanwhile, after the water pan is prevented from being inclined, relative friction is generated between the water pan and equipment in the process of adhering the heat-preservation cotton, scratches are generated, and the normal use of the water pan is influenced;
meanwhile, after the pasting is finished, the lower die 61 returns to the original position again, the air bag 634 has the volume recovered under the action of the connecting column 63 and the connecting plate 632, the internal pressure is recovered to be normal, so that the pressure in the cavity 622 is synchronously recovered to be normal, the micropores 621 do not have adsorption force to the water pan any more, and a worker can easily take down the water pan after pasting the heat insulation cotton;
meanwhile, because the micropores 621 on the rubber layer 62 are kept in a closed state when the rubber layer 62 is not under pressure, the possibility that impurities and glue enter the cavity 622 can be reduced in the using process, and the service life of the rubber layer 62 is prolonged.

during work, in the process of adhering the heat preservation cotton, the first side pressing plate 42 and the second side pressing plate 52 are similar in structure and installation mode, so that the first side pressing plate 42 and the second side pressing plate 52 are identical in action; in the process of sticking the heat preservation cotton, when the first side pressure plate 42 is synchronously pressed down along with the pressure plate 3, the first side pressure plate 42 contacts and extrudes the heat preservation cotton on the side surface of the water receiving tray, so that the heat preservation cotton can be tightly stuck on the side surface of the water receiving tray, meanwhile, in the process of contacting and extruding the heat preservation cotton by the first side pressure plate 42, because the heat preservation cotton has certain thickness and hardness, and the first side pressure plate 42 is fixedly arranged on the first fixing plate 4 through the first spring 43, in the process of pressing down the first side pressure plate 42, the first side pressure plate 42 deflects towards the direction far away from the water receiving tray under the action of the first spring 43, the position of the first side pressure plate 42 is prevented from being fixed, in the process of pressing down the first side pressure plate 42, the first side pressure plate 3 forcibly extrudes the heat preservation cotton, the heat preservation cotton on the side surface of the water receiving tray is damaged, the sticking effect of the heat preservation cotton of the water receiving tray and the normal use of the water receiving tray are influenced, and simultaneously, because the first limiting rod 44 is inserted into the first mounting hole 421, and the first limiting rod 44 is located in the middle of the first spring 43, when the first side pressure plate 42 deflects towards the direction away from the water-receiving tray and the first limiting rod 44 contacts the side wall of the first mounting hole 421, the first side pressure plate 3 is blocked by the first limiting rod 44 and cannot move continuously, so that excessive deflection of the first side pressure plate 42 towards the direction away from the water-receiving tray is avoided, the extrusion pressure of the first side pressure plate 42 on the heat insulation cotton on the side surface of the water-receiving tray is insufficient, the heat insulation cotton on the side surface of the water-receiving tray is not firmly adhered, and the normal use of the water-receiving tray is affected.

meanwhile, after the equipment is started, the second air cylinder 7 starts to move, the second extension rod 71 extends upwards, the lower die 61 is driven to rise upwards, and finally the water pan moves upwards, meanwhile, when the second air cylinder 7 moves, the first air cylinder 2 moves synchronously, the first extension rod 21 moves downwards, the pressing plate 3 is driven to move downwards, and finally the pressing plate 3 is in contact with the water pan, so that the water pan and the heat insulation cotton on the water pan are firmly adhered under the combined action of the first air cylinder 2 and the second air cylinder 7, and meanwhile, in the process of pressing down the pressing plate 3, the first side pressing plate 42 fixedly arranged on the pressing plate 3 through the first fixing plate 4 and the second side pressing plate 52 fixedly arranged on the pressing plate 3 through the second fixing plate 5 are respectively in contact with the heat insulation cotton on the side face of the water pan and extrude the heat insulation cotton, so that the heat insulation cotton on the side face of the water pan and the water pan are firmly adhered; meanwhile, the sponge 31 is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the pressing plate 3, so that in the process of pressing the pressing plate 3 downwards, the sponge 31 firstly contacts the heat insulation cotton on the back surface of the water pan, and meanwhile, as the sponge 31 has certain elasticity, when the sponge 31 contacts and extrudes the heat insulation cotton on the back surface of the water pan, the heat insulation cotton is slowly attached to the back surface of the water pan when being directly extruded by the pressing plate 3, so that air existing between the back surface of the water pan and the heat insulation cotton can be smoothly discharged; meanwhile, because the first side pressure plate 42 and the second side pressure plate 52 move from top to bottom relative to the water pan, the air between the side surface of the water pan and the heat preservation cotton is easily discharged from a direction far away from the first side pressure plate 42 and the second side pressure plate 52 in the process of extruding and sticking the heat preservation cotton on the side surface of the water pan by the first side pressure plate 42 and the second side pressure plate 52; because the rubber layer 62 is fixedly arranged on the surface of the lower die 61, when the water pan is placed on the lower die 61, the water pan and the lower die 61 are buffered through the rubber layer 62; meanwhile, after the water pan is placed on the lower die 61, when the cylinder 7 starts to move, the second extension rod 71 moves upwards to drive the lower die 61 to rise upwards, because the air bag 634 is connected with the lower die 61 through the connecting plate 632 and the connecting rod, when the air bag 634 moves upwards on the lower die 61, the volume in the air bag 634 expands, the pressure in the air bag 634 decreases, meanwhile, the air bag 634 is communicated with the cavity 622 in the rubber layer 62 through the through hole 631, the pressure in the cavity 622 decreases synchronously under the condition that the pressure in the air bag 634 decreases, because the micropores 621 on the rubber layer 62 keep a closed state when the rubber layer 62 is not under pressure, when the water pan is placed on the lower die 61 and the cavity 622 is under a negative pressure state, the micropores 621 are opened, because the surface of the water pan is in contact with the surface of the rubber layer 62, when the micropores 621 are opened and the cavity 622 is under a negative pressure, the water pan is adsorbed and fixed on the rubber layer 62 under the influence of negative pressure in the micropores 621; meanwhile, after the pasting is completed, the lower die 61 returns to the original position again, the volume of the air bag 634 is restored under the action of the connecting column 63 and the connecting plate 632, and the internal pressure is restored to normal, so that the pressure in the cavity 622 is synchronously restored to normal pressure, and the micropores 621 do not have adsorption force to the water tray any more; in the process of adhering the heat preservation cotton, the first side pressing plate 42 and the second side pressing plate 52 are similar in structure and installation mode, so that the first side pressing plate 42 and the second side pressing plate 52 are identical in action; in the process of sticking the heat preservation cotton, when the first side pressure plate 42 is synchronously pressed down along with the pressure plate 3, the first side pressure plate 42 contacts and extrudes the heat preservation cotton on the side surface of the water receiving tray, and simultaneously, in the process that the first side pressure plate 42 contacts and presses the heat preservation cotton, because the heat preservation cotton has certain thickness and hardness, and the first side pressure plate 42 is fixedly arranged on the first fixing plate 4 through the first spring 43, therefore, during the process of pressing the first side pressure plate 42, the first side pressure plate 42 is deflected to the direction away from the water collecting tray under the action of the first spring 43, and at the same time, since the first limit stop 44 is inserted into the first mounting hole 421 and the first limit stop 44 is located at the middle position of the first spring 43, therefore, when the first side pressure plate 42 deviates towards the direction far away from the water collecting tray and the first limiting rod 44 contacts the side wall of the first mounting hole 421, the first side pressure plate 3 is blocked by the first limiting rod 44 and cannot move continuously; because the structure and the installation mode of the first fixing plate 4 and the second fixing plate 5 are the same, when the fixing device is used, the movement process and the use mode of the first fixing plate 4 and the second fixing plate 5 are the same; meanwhile, in the using process, a worker changes the distance between the first fixing plate 4 and the pressure plate 3 by adjusting the number of the first cushion blocks 41 between the first fixing plate 4 and the pressure plate 3, so that the distance between the first side pressure plate 42 and the side face of the water pan in the pressing process of the pressure plate 3 is changed; after the heat insulation cotton is pasted, the worker controls the first air cylinder 2 and the second air cylinder 7 to move in the reverse direction, the first extension rod 21 and the second extension rod 71 return to the original positions, the pressing plate 3 moves upwards to return to the original positions, meanwhile, the lower die 61 moves downwards to return to the original positions, the upper surface of the placing barrel 6 is contacted again, then, the worker controls the third air cylinder 8 to move, the third extension rod on the third air cylinder 8 extends towards the through hole 64 on the placing barrel 6, and a punch is fixedly mounted on the third extension rod, so that after the third extension rod extends out, a hole is poked on a water receiving tray pasted with the heat insulation cotton; meanwhile, the third cylinder 8 is fixedly installed on the bottom plate 1 through bolts, so that holes can be poked at different positions of the water pan by changing the position of the third cylinder 8, and meanwhile, the placing cylinder 6 is detachably connected with the bottom plate 1, so that the placing cylinder 6 with different positions of the through holes 64 can be synchronously replaced by matching with the third cylinder 8; when the extension rod III and the punch are extended out of the through hole 64 and used for poking a hole for the water pan, because the spring III 56 is fixedly arranged between any two adjacent movable pressing blocks 53 in the guide groove 55, and the clearance between any two movable pressing blocks 53 in the guide groove 55 is smaller than the diameter of the upper punch of the extension bar three, therefore, the third protruding bar and the punch, which are moved during the hole piercing, are finally protruded from between two adjacent moving compacts 53 on the guide groove 55, and at the same time, after the third protruding bar and the punch are protruded from between the adjacent moving compacts 53, the two moving pressing blocks 53 are extruded to push the two moving pressing blocks 53 to move away from each other, but the two moving pressing blocks 53 after moving still cling to the third extending rod or the punch under the action of the third spring 56, and in addition, because the movable pressing block 53 contacts and extrudes the heat-preservation cotton, the punch head is enabled to be complete in the hole at the poked position of the heat-preservation cotton, and the heat-preservation cotton and the water receiving tray which are near the poked hole cannot be separated from each other.
