Claims (1)

1. The spraying mechanism for processing the air conditioner plates comprises a spraying box (1), a conveying mechanism (2) and a plate clamping frame (8), wherein the plate clamping frame (8) is placed inside the conveying mechanism (2), and is characterized in that a drying bin (5), a spraying bin (6) and a communicating bin (7) are circularly distributed inside the spraying box (1), a frame body moving mechanism (3) is installed inside the conveying mechanism (2), one end of the frame body moving mechanism (3) extends to the upper side of the communicating bin (7), and a frame body clamping mechanism (4) is installed on the lower side of the frame body moving mechanism (3);
the spraying box (1) is characterized in that a bin body blocking plate (14) is fixedly connected with the separation parts of the drying bin (5), the spraying bin (6) and the communicating bin (7) inside the spraying box (1), a frame body rotator (12) is installed on the upper side of the bin body blocking plate (14), and a blocking device (13) is installed on the upper surface of the spraying box (1);
the blocking device (13) comprises a plurality of first air cylinders (131) fixedly connected with the upper surface of the spraying box (1), the output ends of the first air cylinders (131) face upwards and are fixedly connected with a horizontal plate (132), and the lower surface of the horizontal plate (132) is fixedly connected with three groups of vertical plates (133);
the rack rotator (12) comprises a rotating driving disc (121) and an outer frame ring (124) which are fixedly connected with the bin body blocking plate (14), the output end of the rotating driving disc (121) is fixedly connected with a driving motor (122), the outer frame ring (124) is sleeved on the outer side of the rotating driving disc (121), three groups of first connecting rods (125) are fixedly connected between the outer frame ring (124) and the rotating driving disc (121), and included angles among the three groups of first connecting rods (125) are all 120 degrees;

the frame body clamping mechanism (4) comprises a driving block (41) in transmission connection with the output end of the frame body moving mechanism (3), the lower surface of the driving block (41) is in threaded connection with a second air cylinder (42), the output end of the second air cylinder (42) faces downwards and is fixedly connected with a mechanical claw (43), and a shifting component is installed on one side of the mechanical claw (43);

step four: starting a high-pressure fan (11), cleaning the spray paint in the spraying bin (6), starting a separator (13), lifting a vertical plate (133), starting a frame body rotator (12), moving the sprayed plate in a plate clamping frame (8) to a drying bin (5), starting the separator (13), separating the drying bin (5) from the spraying bin (6), starting a dryer (10), and performing a drying process on the sprayed plate to obtain a cost plate;
step five: starting the blocker (13) and the frame body rotator (12), moving the cost plates in the plate clamping frames (8) to the communicating bin (7), starting the frame body clamping mechanism (4) and the stirring component, and transferring the plate clamping frames (8) filled with the cost plates to the conveying mechanism (2).
