The general group may be a group constructed by operating in a manner independent of the mail, and the group having a strong association relationship with the mail may include a special group constructed based on the mail operation. In addition, since management of a special group constructed based on mail operation is distinguished from management of a general group, the present embodiment aims to realize special group management for a special group constructed based on mail operation. The special group constructed based on the mail operation may be, for example, a mail sharing group related to this embodiment.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a group operation method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The method is applicable to the condition of managing the special group constructed based on the mail operation, can be executed by electronic equipment such as a computer, a server and the like, and specifically comprises the following steps:
s110, receiving an operation instruction aiming at a mail sharing group, wherein the mail sharing group is a group for carrying out information interaction aiming at a target mail.
In this embodiment, the mail sharing group may be a group having a strong association relationship with the target mail, for example, a sharing group created by performing a sharing operation based on the target mail. Optionally, the mail sharing group may include a discussion group at the mail end and/or an IM (Instant Messaging) group at the IM (Instant Messaging) end, for example. Specifically, the mail sharing group may be set at a mail end, for example, a discussion group is created by a mail end server and displayed on a mail client; the mail sharing group may also be set at the IM side, that is, the IM group is created by the IM side server and displayed on the IM client, which is not limited herein. Illustratively, when the discussion group of the mail end and the IM group of the IM end exist at the same time, a synchronous display may be performed so that the group messages presented in the two are the same.
In addition, in this embodiment, the operation instruction for the mail sharing group may be an operation instruction generated by an administrator of the mail sharing group, for example, a sharer of a target mail, triggering a group management operation for the mail sharing group on a client used by the administrator. Specifically, the group management operation on the mail sharing group includes, but is not limited to: grouping, group splitting, setting of group attributes, group function realization, authority distribution during grouping, authority release during group splitting, authority transfer during group owner and group exit, and the like.
For example, after generating an operation instruction for the mail sharing group, the client may send the operation instruction to the server, and the server executes a corresponding group management operation according to the received operation instruction for the mail sharing group.
In this embodiment, when the mail sharing group is a discussion group of the mail end, some special displays may be performed on the discussion group. For example, as shown in fig. 1b, a schematic diagram of a display interface of a discussion group displayed on a mail client is shown, wherein the discussion group 10 is displayed on one side of a mail content display window 20, which can facilitate a user to view mail content of a target mail while conducting discussion in the discussion group, and improve interaction efficiency based on the mail content.
Optionally, the discussion group at the mail end may be displayed with a status bar for displaying group member information.
The advantage of displaying the status bar is that the user can know some information about the group members, thereby facilitating group member management.
Optionally, the group member information may include: at least one of the group member number, the group member head portrait and the group member added identification.
For example, the group membership may be the number of group members included in the discussion group; the group member avatar may be an image identification of a group member in the discussion group; the group member adding mark may be an entry used by the group administrator to add a new member to the discussion group, the group administrator may trigger the pop-up of the candidate member display window by clicking the group member adding mark, and the operation of inviting the new member to enter the group may be completed by selecting the new member to be added in the window.
For example, as shown in fig. 1b, on the discussion group display interface, the discussion group 10 displays a status bar 11 for displaying information of group members, specifically, a number of group members 101, a head portrait of group members 102, and an added group member identifier 103.
In addition, when the mail sharing group is an IM group of the IM terminal, some special displays can be performed on the IM group. Optionally, the IM group at the IM end displays a group name related to the target email. The group name related to the target e-mail includes, but is not limited to, displaying the mail subject of the target e-mail as the group name of the IM group. The method has the advantages that the user can conveniently find the IM group which is strongly associated with the target mail from a plurality of groups on the IM client, and the user can conveniently distinguish the IM group or the common group which is associated with other mails.
For example, as shown in fig. 1c, it is a schematic diagram of a display interface of an IM group displayed on an IM client, where the group name of the IM group 30 is a mail topic of a target mail associated therewith, that is, the mail topic of the target mail is "reply: when the work is scheduled year by year, the group name displayed on the display interface of the IM group 30 is "reply: annual work schedule ".
And S120, operating the mail sharing group according to the operation instruction.
In this embodiment, after receiving the operation instruction for the mail sharing group, the server may execute the corresponding group management operation according to the operation instruction. In a specific example, after receiving a new member adding instruction for the mail sharing group, the server may add a specified new member to the mail sharing group according to the new member adding instruction. Of course, the management operation on the mail sharing group is not limited to adding a new member, and this is merely an example, and may also include other management operations on the mail sharing group, and this is not limited herein.
Specifically, for a group strongly associated with a target email, for example, a email sharing group constructed based on a sharing operation of the target email, some special management operations need to be performed, and the following description is provided.
Optionally, receiving an operation instruction for the mail sharing group includes: receiving an incoming group verification starting instruction sent by a sharing party aiming at an IM group; correspondingly, the mail sharing group is operated according to the operation instruction, and the method comprises the following steps: and providing a group verification interface in the IM group displayed by the sharing party so that the sharing party can process the group verification message at the IM terminal.
In this embodiment, the sharing party may be a client used by the sharer of the target email, and correspondingly, the shared party may be a client used by the shared party of the target email.
For example, based on that the sharing party shares the target email with the IM group constructed by the sharee, the sharing party defaults to a group owner of the IM group, and the sharee is a group member of the IM group, the sharing party can start group entering verification for the IM group, so that the group member cannot add a new member to the group by itself, and the new member cannot enter the group at will, and can enter the IM group after verification by the sharing party. Specifically, the sharer may set a group verification function on the client, for example, select an option of the group verification function, and further trigger generation of a group entry verification start instruction, and send the group entry verification start instruction to the server, after receiving the group entry verification start instruction, the server may start a corresponding group verification function in an IM group displayed by the sharer according to the instruction, that is, provide a group verification interface, and when a new member enters the group, display a prompt message on the sharer, so that the sharer performs group verification processing on the new member entering the group.
The group verification function is set, so that the sharing party can manage the group conveniently, and the safety of the group information and the target mail is improved.
Optionally, the receiving an operation instruction for the mail sharing group includes: receiving a group mute instruction sent aiming at the discussion group; correspondingly, the mail sharing group is operated according to the operation instruction, and the method comprises the following steps: switching the new message reminding mode of the discussion group from the first reminding mode to the second reminding mode; the first reminding mode comprises at least one mode of sound reminding, displaying a first reminding identifier based on a group icon of a discussion group and displaying a second reminding identifier based on mail information of a target mail; the second reminding mode comprises displaying a third reminding mark based on the group icon of the discussion group.
Optionally, the third reminder identifier includes a target reminder identifier selected from at least two selectable identifiers corresponding to the discussion group.
Illustratively, based on a discussion group constructed by a sharer who shares a target email with a sharee at an email end, the embodiment is provided with a group muting function. The sharer or the sharee can set the mute on the mail client used by the sharer or the sharee according to the requirement. Specifically, the sharer or the sharee can select an option of a group mute function on a mail client used by the sharer or the sharee, and further trigger generation of a group mute instruction, and send the group mute instruction to the server, and after receiving the group mute instruction, the server can start a mute mode in a discussion group displayed by the sharer according to the instruction, that is, a new message reminding mode of the discussion group is switched from a first reminding mode in a non-mute mode to a second reminding mode in the mute mode.
The first reminding mode comprises but is not limited to sound reminding, displaying a first reminding identifier based on a group icon of a discussion group, and displaying a second reminding identifier based on mail information of a target mail; the second alert mode includes, but is not limited to, displaying a third alert identification based on the group icon of the discussion group. It should be noted that the first reminder identifier and the second reminder identifier are more significant than the third reminder identifier, where the significance may be embodied in a brighter color, a more specific information prompt content, and the like, for example, the first reminder identifier may be a red number corresponding to the number of new message pieces, the second reminder identifier may be a red icon, and correspondingly, the third reminder identifier may be a gray number or a red dot corresponding to the number of new message pieces, and may be specifically selected according to the setting of the user.
In a specific example, as shown in fig. 1b, when the user clicks the sharing email tab 40, a corresponding email list 50 may be displayed, wherein the emails displayed in the email list 50 are all sharing emails. Taking the mail shared by three pages in fig. 1b as an example, the mail shared by three pages is taken as a target mail, and the mail information 51 of the target mail is displayed in the mail list 50. When the discussion group is in the non-silent mode, if a new message is received, a red discussion icon 511 is displayed at the lower left corner of the mail message 51; when the discussion group is in silent mode, the red discussion icon 511 is not displayed if a new message is received. For another example, as shown in fig. 1d, when the discussion group is in a hidden state, a group icon 21 for popping up the discussion group may be displayed on the mail content presentation window 20. When the discussion group is in the non-silent mode, if a new message is received, a red number is displayed on the group icon 21; when the discussion group is in silent mode, a grey number or red dot is displayed on the group icon 21 if a new message is received.
Optionally, receiving an operation instruction for the mail sharing group includes: receiving a group mute instruction sent aiming at an IM group; correspondingly, the mail sharing group is operated according to the operation instruction, and the method comprises the following steps: switching the new message reminding mode of the IM group from the third reminding mode to a fourth reminding mode; the third reminding mode comprises sound reminding and/or fourth reminding identification is displayed based on the message flow corresponding to the IM group; the fourth reminding mode comprises displaying a fifth reminding identification based on the message flow corresponding to the IM group.
Optionally, the fifth reminder identifier includes a target reminder identifier selected from at least two selectable identifiers corresponding to the IM group.
Illustratively, based on an IM group constructed by a sharer sharing a target email to a sharee at an IM terminal, the embodiment is provided with a group muting function. The sharer or the sharee can set the mute on the IM client used by the sharer or the sharee according to the requirement. Specifically, the sharer or the sharee can select an option of a group muting function on the IM client used by the sharer or the sharee, and further trigger generation of a group muting command, and send the group muting command to the server, after receiving the group muting command, the server can start a muting mode in the IM group displayed by the sharer according to the command, that is, switch a new message reminding mode of the IM group from a third reminding mode in the non-muting mode to a fourth reminding mode in the muting mode.
The third reminding mode includes but is not limited to sound reminding, displaying a fourth reminding mark based on a message stream corresponding to the IM group, and the like; the fourth reminding mode includes, but is not limited to, displaying a fifth reminding identifier based on the message stream corresponding to the IM group. It should be noted that the fourth alert identifier has more significance than the fifth alert identifier, where the significance may be embodied in that the color is more vivid, the content of the information prompt is more specific, and the like, for example, the fourth alert identifier may be a red number corresponding to the number of new messages, and correspondingly, the fifth alert identifier may be, for example, a gray number or a red dot corresponding to the number of new messages, and may be specifically selected according to the setting of the user.
In a specific example, as shown in fig. 1c, when the IM group 30 is in the non-silent mode, if a new message is received, red numbers corresponding to the number of new messages are displayed in the message stream 31 corresponding to the IM group 30; when the IM group is in the silent mode, if a new message is received, a gray number corresponding to the number of new messages or only a red dot is displayed in the message stream 31 corresponding to the IM group 30.
The new message reminding method has the advantages that the display and reminding method of the mail sharing group can be changed by the user according to the requirement of the user, so that the individual selection requirement of the user is met, and the interactivity is improved.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the operation instruction for the mail sharing group is received, the mail sharing group is a group used for information interaction of the target mail, the mail sharing group is operated according to the operation instruction, and management operation is performed on the mail sharing group used for information interaction based on the target mail, so that the problem that in the prior art, only management operation for a common group is performed, but management operation for a special group constructed based on mail operation is not performed is solved, and group management of the special group constructed based on mail operation is realized.
Example two
Fig. 2a is a schematic flowchart of a group operation method according to a second embodiment of the present disclosure. The present embodiment is embodied on the basis of various optional solutions in the foregoing embodiments, and provides a selectable group operation method, specifically before receiving an operation instruction for a mail sharing group, the method further includes: receiving a mail sharing request sent by a sharing party based on a target mail; and according to the mail sharing request, creating a mail sharing group comprising the sharing party and the shared party, and sharing the target mail to the shared party so that the sharing party and the shared party perform information interaction in the mail sharing group based on the target mail. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
s210, receiving a mail sharing request sent by a sharing party based on a target mail.
In this embodiment, before the management operation is performed on the mail sharing group, the mail sharing group may be created based on the target mail shared by the sharing parties. The target email may be an email that the sharing party needs to share to the shared party. The target email may originate from an email end or an IM (Instant Messaging) end. For example, the target email originates from the email end, and the sharing party shares the target email based on the newly created draft or the received email; the situation that the target email originates from the IM terminal may include, for example, the sharer sharing the email shared to the IM terminal again based on the email shared to the IM terminal.
Specifically, the sharing party may designate one shared party or a plurality of shared parties when sending the mail sharing request, that is, the sharing party may share the target mail to one shared party or a plurality of shared parties, which is not limited herein.
Optionally, the target email includes at least one email draft or a plurality of associated emails with the same characteristic information. The target mail according to the present embodiment may be one or a plurality of drafts of mail or a plurality of related mails having the same characteristic information. The email draft can be a draft newly created by the sharing party; the associated mails with the same characteristic information may be a mail set composed of a plurality of mails with the same subject, the sending time within a preset time range, the same sender, the same receiver, the reply reference relationship, and at least one characteristic information in the forwarding reference relationship.
Specifically, the sharer may initiate a mail sharing request for the target mail on the mail client used by the sharer, so as to share the target mail. The client used by the sharer may specifically include a computer client or a mobile phone client. The method for the sharer to initiate the mail sharing request includes, but is not limited to, the sharer clicks a button with a sharing function in a display interface of the target mail, so as to trigger generation of the mail sharing request for the target mail.
For example, as shown in fig. 2b, on the mail client interface, if the target mail to be shared is a mail replied by three pages in the inbox in the drawing, the sharer may initiate sharing of the target mail by clicking the sharing button 11 displayed in the upper right corner of the mail content display window under the mail, and become a sharer of the target mail, and at the same time, generate a mail sharing request. At this time, the server may receive a mail sharing request sent by the sharing party based on the mail replied by Zhang III. In a specific example, after the client triggers the sharing button, the sharer can pop up a display window of the candidate shared party, and display the identity information, such as a head portrait and the like, of each candidate shared party in the display window, and the sharer can select the head portrait of the shared party needing to perform mail sharing from the display window, and click the confirmation button, and then trigger to generate a mail sharing request on the client and send the mail sharing request to the server, so that the server creates a mail sharing group including the shared party and the selected shared party according to the mail sharing request.
S220, according to the mail sharing request, a mail sharing group comprising the sharing party and the shared party is created, and the target mail is shared to the shared party, so that the sharing party and the shared party can perform information interaction in the mail sharing group based on the target mail.
In this embodiment, after receiving a mail sharing request sent by a sharing party, a server may create a mail sharing group including the sharing party and at least one shared party based on a target mail, that is, create a mail sharing group associated with the target mail, and add the sharing party and the shared party to the mail sharing group as group members of the mail sharing group. The method for sharing the target email to the shared party includes, but is not limited to, displaying the target email based on the created email sharing group in an associated manner, so that the sharing party and the shared party can perform information interaction in the email sharing group based on the target email. Specifically, after the mail sharing group is created, the shared party and the shared party which are members of the mail sharing group can perform online multi-party collaborative information interaction in the mail sharing group based on the displayed target mail, wherein the information interaction mode includes but is not limited to text interaction, voice interaction, video interaction, collaborative editing and the like.
It should be emphasized that the mail sharing in this embodiment refers to that the sharing party shares the target mail to the shared party in a group manner, so that the shared party can see and/or edit the target mail, but the shared party cannot actually own the target mail, that is, the target mail shared by the shared party is automatically deleted along with the end of sharing.
Optionally, the mail sharing request includes an operation authority allocation instruction sent by the sharing party to the shared party; correspondingly, after receiving a mail sharing request sent by a sharing party based on a target mail, the method further comprises the following steps: and distributing the mail operation authority to the shared party according to the operation authority distribution instruction.
In this embodiment, when a mail sharing group is created based on a shared target mail, a mail operation authority may be further allocated to a shared party. Specifically, the mail operation allocation authority may be an operation authority allocated by the sharing party to the shared party for the target mail. The mail sharing request sent by the sharing party can include an operation authority allocation instruction sent by the sharing party to the shared party. After receiving the operation authority distribution instruction, the server can distribute the mail operation authority for the shared party according to the operation authority distribution instruction while creating the mail sharing group.
The beneficial effect of setting the mail operation authority is that the authority which can be owned can be distributed to each shared party according to the needs of the shared party, so that the shared party operates the target mail within the authority range owned by the shared party, and the cooperative management of the target mail is facilitated.
Optionally, the mail operation authority includes: at least one of editing rights, reading rights, and sharing rights.
The editing authority can be an authority for editing the content of the target mail, for example, writing, modifying, commenting and the like are carried out on the mail content; the reading right can be a right for reading and viewing the content of the target mail, for example, opening the target mail, viewing the detailed content of the mail, and the like; the sharing right may be a right to share the target email for the second time, for example, share the target email to other users, invite other users to enter a group, and the like.
And S230, receiving an operation instruction aiming at the mail sharing group.
And S240, operating the mail sharing group according to the operation instruction.
In this embodiment, when managing a mail sharing group created based on a target mail shared by sharing parties, management may be performed from the following aspects in terms of management of mail operation authority:
it should be noted that, the shared party with the cancelled mail operation authority no longer has the operation authority for the target mail, and for example, the operations such as editing, reading, sharing and the like cannot be performed on the target mail any more, so as to achieve the purpose of cancelling or partially cancelling the sharing of the target mail.
Optionally, the receiving an operation instruction for the mail sharing group includes: receiving a first group quitting operation instruction sent by a sharing party; correspondingly, the mail sharing group is operated according to the operation instruction, and the method comprises the following steps: and moving the sharing party out of the mail sharing group according to the first group returning operation instruction, and canceling the mail operation authority of the shared party in the mail sharing group.
In a specific example, a sharer can trigger generation of a first group quitting operation instruction by clicking a group quitting button displayed on a display interface of a sharing group, so that the sharer quits the sharing group and withdraws sharing of a target mail, after receiving the first group quitting operation instruction sent by the sharer, a server moves the sharer out of the sharing group, simultaneously inquires all shared parties in the sharing group, which have mail operation permission for the target mail, and cancels mail operation permission of all the shared parties for the target mail, so that the sharer cannot operate the target mail any more.
Optionally, after receiving the first group quitting operation instruction sent by the sharing party, the method further includes: and transferring the group owner identity and the group operation authority of the sharing party to target group members in the mail sharing group according to a group owner identity transfer instruction or a preset transfer rule sent by the sharing party.

EXAMPLE III
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a group operation method provided in the third embodiment of the present disclosure. The present embodiment is embodied on the basis of various optional solutions in the foregoing embodiments, and provides a selectable group operation method, specifically, receiving an operation instruction for a mail sharing group, including: receiving a mail re-sharing request sent by a sharing party or a shared party; correspondingly, the mail sharing group is operated according to the operation instruction, and the method comprises the following steps: and adding the newly added shared party indicated by the mail re-sharing request into the mail sharing group according to the mail re-sharing request. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
and S310, receiving a mail re-sharing request sent by the sharing party or the shared party.
In this embodiment, the operation of managing the mail sharing group may be embodied as adding a new group member, that is, an additional shared party, to the mail sharing group, so that the additional shared party may also perform information interaction with other group members in the mail sharing group based on the shared target mail.
For example, after the target email is shared for the first time, secondary sharing may be performed. Specifically, the sharer or the sharee can initiate secondary sharing based on the shared target email, and the server can share the target email to the newly-added sharee after receiving an email re-sharing request of the sharer or the sharee based on the target email. The method for initiating the secondary sharing includes, but is not limited to, inviting the newly added shared party to enter the sharing group.
Specifically, for example, by setting a group member addition identifier in a mail content display window of a mail client or a status bar corresponding to a discussion group, when the group member addition identifier is triggered, a candidate window may be popped up, identity information of a candidate sharee is displayed, and a sharer or a sharee having sharing permission may initiate a re-sharing request by selecting the candidate sharee. For example, as shown in FIG. 1b, the user may initiate a mail re-share request by triggering the group member add flag 103 displayed in the status bar 11 of discussion group 10.
Optionally, the method may further include: and if the mail sharing group is determined to be in the sharer-only re-sharing state, prohibiting receiving the mail re-sharing request sent by the sharee.
In order to restrict the group management authority of each shared party in the mail sharing group, the sharing party can set the mail sharing group to be in a sharing state only by the sharing party, for example, the sharing party selects an option only limited to be shared again by a group owner in the mail sharing group, so that the shared party is prohibited from entering the group, and the safety of the mail sharing group and a target mail can be improved.
And S320, adding the newly added shared party indicated by the mail re-sharing request into the mail sharing group according to the mail re-sharing request.
In this embodiment, after receiving the email re-sharing request, the server may add the newly added sharees indicated by the email re-sharing request to the email sharing group. Specifically, the email re-sharing request may include an identity of the sharing party initiating the request or an identity of a newly added shared party selected by the shared party, and the server may add the newly added shared party to the email sharing group according to the identity of the newly added shared party. It should be noted that, by adding the newly added shared party to the email sharing group, the target email for sharing can be shared with the newly added shared party.
In addition, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, when the sharing party or the shared party invites the new shared party to enter the email sharing group, a group management authority not greater than the new shared party may be allocated to the new shared party within the range of the group management authority of the new shared party, that is, for example, a shared party having an authority to add a new member to a group may configure an authority to add a new member to a group for the new shared party when inviting the new shared party to enter the group.
Optionally, after the newly added sharee indicated by the email re-sharing request is added to the email sharing group, the method further includes: and starting a mail sharing group at the newly added shared party, and displaying all corresponding history messages in the mail sharing group of the newly added shared party.
For example, starting the mail sharing group may be opening the mail sharing group, and acquiring and displaying a group message in the mail sharing group in real time. Specifically, after the newly added shared party starts the mail sharing group, all corresponding history messages can be displayed in the mail sharing group of the newly added shared party, that is, the newly added shared party can pull all history message records corresponding to the mail sharing group from the server, including but not limited to text information, voice information, related information of a target mail and the like sent by group members during information interaction in the mail sharing group.
The advantage of displaying all corresponding history messages in the mail sharing group of the newly added shared party is that the newly added shared party can quickly know the information interaction content in the mail sharing group, so that the newly added shared party can continue to perform information interaction with other members in the mail sharing group based on the current information interaction content.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the new shared party indicated by the mail re-sharing request is added to the mail sharing group according to the mail re-sharing request by receiving the mail re-sharing request sent by the sharing party or the shared party, and the target mail is secondarily shared by adding the new shared party to the mail sharing group, so that the information interaction efficiency and the group management efficiency of multi-party cooperative communication are improved.
