Abstract
The invention provides a method and a device for determining an order, a storage medium and an electronic device, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring purchase information of a target product by a target object on an online store platform, and processing the purchase information according to a preset screening condition to obtain order information of the target object, wherein the order information is used for indicating the target product to enter a distribution process; order information is synchronized to a calling interface corresponding to enterprise resources to indicate the calling interface to create a sales order according to the order information, so that the problems that in the prior art, the purchase information of a target object needs to be manually compared and the order needs to be confirmed, the flow efficiency is low and the like can be solved, the efficiency and the accuracy of sales order generation are ensured, and the shopping experience of the target object on an online shop platform is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of communication, in particular to a method and a device for determining an order, a storage medium and an electronic device.
Background
In a traditional operation mode, after a shop owner places an order for payment, the shop owner downloads order data to the local manually at regular time, compares the order data with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) data one by one, and then creates a corresponding order in the ERP. Specifically, the manual online shop order downloading mode has poor real-time performance, time difference of about one day exists, the whole shopping flow period is increased, and the customer experience is poor; the manual operation has high error rate, and the order information, such as quantity, address, contact information and the like, is inaccurate; with the problems of missed orders and duplicate orders. These problems lead to poor user experience and waste of resources such as wrong delivery and repeated delivery of goods by the system.
Aiming at the problems that in the related art, the purchase information of the target object needs to be compared and the order needs to be confirmed manually, so that the process efficiency is low and the like, an effective technical scheme is not provided.
Disclosure of Invention
The embodiment of the invention provides an order determining method and device, a storage medium and an electronic device, which are used for at least solving the problems of low flow efficiency and the like caused by the fact that purchase information of a target object needs to be manually compared and an order needs to be confirmed in the related technology.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an order determination method including: acquiring purchase information of a target product by a target object on an online store platform, and processing the purchase information according to a preset screening condition to obtain order information of the target object, wherein the order information is used for indicating information that the target product enters a distribution process; and synchronizing the order information to a calling interface corresponding to the enterprise resource so as to indicate the calling interface to create a sales order according to the order information.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method further includes: in the case that the sales order is created, calling inventory information of the target product through an inventory synchronization interface, wherein the inventory information is used for indicating the remaining total number of the target product of a plurality of warehouses under the warehouse management system; and updating the inventory quantity displayed on the online shop platform according to the inventory information.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method further includes: determining a data calling interface of the online store platform; and under the condition that the data call authorization of the online store platform is obtained, performing intercommunication and interconnection authority verification on the application program interface through the data call interface, and under the condition that the authority verification is passed, obtaining the purchase information of the target object on the online store platform for the target product.
In an exemplary embodiment, in the case that the data call authorization of the online store platform is obtained, the authority verification of the interworking interconnection of the application program interfaces through the data call interface includes: under the condition that the authority verification between the data calling interface and the application program interface is passed, interface configuration of the data calling interface and operation data of the online shop platform are called back; and sending prompt information to an operation object under the condition that the authority verification between the data calling interface and the application program interface is not passed so as to prompt the operation object to carry out configuration adjustment on the interface configuration of the data calling interface.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method further includes: acquiring a preset report template, wherein the report template is used for indicating that historical sales orders are checked according to different statistical conditions; and carrying out statistical analysis on the sales orders through the report template.
In an exemplary embodiment, performing a statistical analysis on the sales order through the reporting template includes: determining a target report corresponding to the sales order in a target period; and under the condition that the error report information exists in the target report, prompting an operation object to carry out verification processing, wherein the verification processing is used for indicating the operation object to carry out test verification on the connection configuration of the interface.
According to another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an order determination apparatus including: the system comprises an acquisition module, a distribution module and a distribution module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring purchase information of a target product by a target object on an online store platform and processing the purchase information according to a preset screening condition to obtain order information of the target object, and the order information is used for indicating the target product to enter a distribution process; and the creating module is used for synchronizing the order information to a calling interface corresponding to the enterprise resource so as to indicate the calling interface to create a sales order according to the order information.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further includes: the inventory module is used for calling inventory information of the target products through an inventory synchronization interface, wherein the inventory information is used for indicating the remaining total number of the target products of a plurality of warehouses under the warehouse management system; and updating the inventory quantity displayed on the online shop platform according to the inventory information.

According to yet another embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided an electronic device, including a memory in which a computer program is stored and a processor configured to execute the computer program to perform the steps in any of the above method embodiments.
According to the invention, the purchase information of the target product on the online store platform by the target object is obtained, and the purchase information is processed according to the preset screening condition to obtain the order information of the target object, wherein the order information is used for indicating the information that the target product enters the distribution process; the order information is synchronized to a calling interface corresponding to the enterprise resource to indicate the calling interface to create a sales order according to the order information, that is, the enterprise service calling platform processes purchase information of a target object on an online store platform to determine corresponding order information, and then the order information is synchronized to the calling interface corresponding to the enterprise resource on the enterprise service calling platform to create the sales order, so that intervention of manual processes is avoided.

Detailed Description
The invention will be described in detail hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.
It should be noted that the terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and claims of the present invention and in the drawings described above are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order.
The method provided by the embodiment of the application can be executed in a computer terminal or a computing device similar to a cloud platform. Taking operation on a cloud platform as an example, fig. 1 is a hardware structure block diagram of a cloud platform of an order determination method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the cloud platform may include one or more (only one shown in fig. 1) processors 102 (the processors 102 may include, but are not limited to, a processing device such as a microprocessor MCU or a programmable logic device FPGA) and a memory 104 for storing data, and in an exemplary embodiment, may further include a transmission device 106 for communication functions and an input-output device 108. It will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the structure shown in fig. 1 is merely illustrative and is not intended to limit the structure of the cloud platform. For example, the cloud platform may also include more or fewer components than shown in FIG. 1, or have a different configuration with equivalent functionality to that shown in FIG. 1 or with more functionality than that shown in FIG. 1.
The memory 104 may be used to store a computer program, for example, a software program and a module of an application software, such as a computer program corresponding to the order determination method in the embodiment of the present invention, and the processor 102 executes various functional applications and data processing by running the computer program stored in the memory 104, so as to implement the method described above. The memory 104 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as one or more magnetic storage devices, flash memory, or other non-volatile solid-state memory. In some examples, the memory 104 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 102, which may be connected to the cloud platform via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The transmission device 106 is used for receiving or transmitting data via a network. Specific examples of the network described above may include a wireless network provided by a communication provider of a cloud platform. In one example, the transmission device 106 includes a Network adapter (NIC), which can be connected to other Network devices through a base station so as to communicate with the internet. In one example, the transmission device 106 may be a Radio Frequency (RF) module, which is used for communicating with the internet in a wireless manner.
In the present embodiment, an order determining method is provided, and fig. 2 is a flowchart of an order determining method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the flowchart includes the following steps:
step S202, obtaining purchase information of a target product of a target object on an online store platform, and processing the purchase information according to a preset screening condition to obtain order information of the target object, wherein the order information is used for indicating the target product to enter a distribution process;
and step S204, synchronizing the order information to a calling interface corresponding to the enterprise resource so as to instruct the calling interface to create a sales order according to the order information.
Through the steps, the purchase information of the target product on the online store platform by the target object is obtained, the purchase information is processed according to the preset screening condition, and the order information of the target object is obtained, wherein the order information is used for indicating the target product to enter the distribution process; the order information is synchronized to a calling interface corresponding to the enterprise resource to indicate the calling interface to create a sales order according to the order information, that is, the enterprise service calling platform processes purchase information of a target object on an online store platform to determine corresponding order information, and then the order information is synchronized to the calling interface corresponding to the enterprise resource on the enterprise service calling platform to create the sales order, so that intervention of manual processes is avoided.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method further includes: in the case that the sales order is created, calling inventory information of the target product through an inventory synchronization interface, wherein the inventory information is used for indicating the remaining total number of the target product of a plurality of warehouses under the warehouse management system; and updating the inventory quantity displayed on the online shop platform according to the inventory information.
In short, in order to ensure that the quantity of target products in stock is uniform with the quantity displayed on the online store platform, the stock information of the target products is tracked in real time through the stock synchronization interface on the enterprise service calling platform, so that excessive sales on the online store platform are avoided, and the accuracy of transactions is ensured.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method further includes: determining a data calling interface of the online store platform; and under the condition that the data call authorization of the online store platform is obtained, performing intercommunication and interconnection authority verification on the application program interface through the data call interface, and under the condition that the authority verification is passed, obtaining the purchase information of the target object on the online store platform for the target product. That is to say, when data information in the online store platform is called through the enterprise service, the connection authority of the data calling interface of the online store platform needs to be verified in advance, and then when the platform corresponding to the enterprise service is in communication connection with the online store platform, the safety of data transmission is ensured.
In an exemplary embodiment, in the case that the data call authorization of the online store platform is obtained, the authority verification of the interworking interconnection of the application program interfaces through the data call interface includes: under the condition that the authority verification between the data calling interface and the application program interface is passed, interface configuration of the data calling interface and operation data of the online shop platform are called back; and sending prompt information to an operation object under the condition that the authority verification between the data calling interface and the application program interface is not passed so as to prompt the operation object to carry out configuration adjustment on the interface configuration of the data calling interface.
Namely, due to the diversity of the current online store platforms, in order to ensure the synchronization effect of the purchase information of the platform corresponding to the enterprise service and the online store platform after connection, the data call interface of the platform corresponding to the enterprise service calls back the information at the application program interface of the online store platform which passes the authority verification, that is, the data call interface is used to call back the interface configuration of the data call interface and the operation data of the online store platform, the connection safety and the synchronization are verified, and in the case that the authority verification does not pass, prompt information is sent to the operation object to prompt the operation object to configure and adjust the interface configuration of the data call interface.
In an exemplary embodiment, the method further includes: acquiring a preset report template, wherein the report template is used for indicating that historical sales orders are checked according to different statistical conditions; and carrying out statistical analysis on the sales orders through the report template.
Optionally, the enterprise service calling platform provides interface log management, and analyzes error information of the interface log by checking a corresponding report; statistical analysis may be performed by analyzing the interface invocation information. In addition, historical sales orders can be analyzed according to the report template, and then inventory of target products with large demand is increased.
In an exemplary embodiment, performing a statistical analysis on the sales order through the reporting template includes: determining a target report corresponding to the sales order in a target period; and under the condition that the error report information exists in the target report, prompting an operation object to carry out verification processing, wherein the verification processing is used for indicating the operation object to carry out test verification on the connection configuration of the interface. That is to say, when the error information exists in the target report corresponding to the sales order in the target period, it is described that abnormal order information exists in the period, and then the maintainer of the enterprise service call platform is reminded to perform test verification of connection configuration, so as to avoid the recurrence of the abnormality and reduce unnecessary resource waste.

optionally, as shown in fig. 3, a system relationship diagram of the order determining method according to an alternative embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:

Optionally, intercommunication between the internal network and the external network is realized through an Open functional interface API, specifically, the HSC is deployed in the cloud, and the encapsulation of an online store interface (equivalent to a data call interface in the implementation of the present invention) and an enterprise ERP interface (equivalent to an application program interface in the implementation of the present invention) of an online shopping mall is completed through an Open API authority verification mechanism, so as to realize intercommunication and interconnection between the internal network and the external network.
Step 2, an enterprise service calling platform (HSC) provides an Application Programming Interface (API), and receives and converts information sent by the network store.

Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art can clearly understand that the method according to the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better implementation mode in many cases. Through the device, the purchase information of the target product on the online store platform by the target object is obtained, the purchase information is processed according to the preset screening condition, and the order information of the target object is obtained, wherein the order information is used for indicating the information that the target product enters the distribution process; the order information is synchronized to a calling interface corresponding to the enterprise resource to indicate the calling interface to create a sales order according to the order information, that is, the enterprise service calling platform processes purchase information of a target object on an online store platform to determine corresponding order information, and then the order information is synchronized to the calling interface corresponding to the enterprise resource on the enterprise service calling platform to create the sales order, so that intervention of manual processes is avoided.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further includes: the inventory module is used for calling inventory information of the target products through an inventory synchronization interface, wherein the inventory information is used for indicating the remaining total number of the target products of a plurality of warehouses under the warehouse management system; and updating the inventory quantity displayed on the online shop platform according to the inventory information. In short, in order to ensure that the quantity of target products in stock is uniform with the quantity displayed on the online store platform, the stock information of the target products is tracked in real time through the stock synchronization interface on the enterprise service calling platform, so that excessive sales on the online store platform are avoided, and the accuracy of transactions is ensured.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further includes: the verification module is used for determining a data calling interface of the online store platform; and under the condition of acquiring the data call authorization of the online store platform, performing intercommunication and interconnection authority verification on an application program interface through the data call interface. That is to say, when data information in the online store platform is called through the enterprise service, the connection authority of the data calling interface of the online store platform needs to be verified in advance, and then when the platform corresponding to the enterprise service is in communication connection with the online store platform, the safety of data transmission is ensured.
In an exemplary embodiment, the verification module is further configured to call back the interface configuration of the data call interface and the operation data of the online store platform when the permission verification between the data call interface and the application program interface passes; and sending prompt information to an operation object under the condition that the authority verification between the data calling interface and the application program interface is not passed so as to prompt the operation object to carry out configuration adjustment on the interface configuration of the data calling interface. Namely, due to the diversity of the current online store platforms, in order to ensure the synchronization effect of the purchase information of the platform corresponding to the enterprise service and the online store platform after connection, the data call interface of the platform corresponding to the enterprise service calls back the information at the application program interface of the online store platform which passes the authority verification, that is, the data call interface is used to call back the interface configuration of the data call interface and the operation data of the online store platform, the connection safety and the synchronization are verified, and in the case that the authority verification does not pass, prompt information is sent to the operation object to prompt the operation object to configure and adjust the interface configuration of the data call interface.
In an exemplary embodiment, the apparatus further includes: the report module is used for acquiring a preset report template, wherein the report template is used for indicating that historical sales orders are checked according to different statistical conditions; and carrying out statistical analysis on the sales orders through the report template. Optionally, the enterprise service calling platform provides interface log management, and analyzes error information of the interface log by checking a corresponding report; statistical analysis may be performed by analyzing the interface invocation information. In addition, historical sales orders can be analyzed according to the report template, and then inventory of target products with large demand is increased.
In an exemplary embodiment, the reporting module is further configured to determine a target report corresponding to the sales order in a target period; and under the condition that the error report information exists in the target report, prompting an operation object to carry out verification processing, wherein the verification processing is used for indicating the operation object to carry out test verification on the connection configuration of the interface. That is to say, when the error information exists in the target report corresponding to the sales order in the target period, it is described that abnormal order information exists in the period, and then the maintainer of the enterprise service call platform is reminded to perform test verification of connection configuration, so as to avoid the recurrence of the abnormality and reduce unnecessary resource waste.
It should be noted that, the above modules may be implemented by software or hardware, and for the latter, the following may be implemented, but not limited to: the modules are all positioned in the same processor; alternatively, the modules are respectively located in different processors in any combination.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide a storage medium having a computer program stored therein, wherein the computer program is arranged to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments when executed.
In an exemplary embodiment, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may be configured to store a computer program for executing the steps of:
s1, acquiring purchase information of a target product on an online store platform by a target object, and processing the purchase information according to a preset screening condition to obtain order information of the target object, wherein the order information is used for indicating the target product to enter a distribution process;
and S2, synchronizing the order information to a calling interface corresponding to the enterprise resource to indicate the calling interface to create a sales order according to the order information.
In an exemplary embodiment, in the present embodiment, the storage medium may include, but is not limited to: various media capable of storing computer programs, such as a usb disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
Embodiments of the present invention also provide an electronic device comprising a memory having a computer program stored therein and a processor arranged to run the computer program to perform the steps of any of the above method embodiments.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic apparatus may further include a transmission device and an input/output device, wherein the transmission device is connected to the processor, and the input/output device is connected to the processor.
In an exemplary embodiment, in the present embodiment, the processor may be configured to execute the following steps by a computer program:
s1, acquiring purchase information of a target product on an online store platform by a target object, and processing the purchase information according to a preset screening condition to obtain order information of the target object, wherein the order information is used for indicating the target product to enter a distribution process;
and S2, synchronizing the order information to a calling interface corresponding to the enterprise resource to indicate the calling interface to create a sales order according to the order information.
In an exemplary embodiment, for specific examples in this embodiment, reference may be made to the examples described in the above embodiments and optional implementation manners, and details of this embodiment are not described herein again.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the various modules or steps of the invention described above may be implemented using a general purpose computing device, which may be centralized on a single computing device or distributed across a network of computing devices, and in one exemplary embodiment may be implemented using program code executable by a computing device, such that the steps shown and described may be executed by a computing device stored in a memory device and, in some cases, executed in a sequence different from that shown and described herein, or separately fabricated into individual integrated circuit modules, or multiple ones of them fabricated into a single integrated circuit module. Thus, the present invention is not limited to any specific combination of hardware and software.

Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. A method for order determination, comprising:
acquiring purchase information of a target product by a target object on an online store platform, and processing the purchase information according to a preset screening condition to obtain order information of the target object, wherein the order information is used for indicating information that the target product enters a distribution process;
and synchronizing the order information to a calling interface corresponding to the enterprise resource so as to indicate the calling interface to create a sales order according to the order information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
in the case that the sales order is created, calling inventory information of the target product through an inventory synchronization interface, wherein the inventory information is used for indicating the remaining total number of the target product of a plurality of warehouses under the warehouse management system;
and updating the inventory quantity displayed on the online shop platform according to the inventory information.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
determining a data calling interface of the online store platform;
under the condition that the data call authorization of the online store platform is obtained, performing intercommunication and interconnection authority verification on an application program interface through the data call interface;
and acquiring the purchase information of the target product on the online shop platform by the target object under the condition that the authority verification is passed.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the authentication of the authority of interworking interconnection of application program interfaces through the data call interface in case of having obtained the data call authorization of the online store platform comprises:
under the condition that the authority verification between the data calling interface and the application program interface is passed, interface configuration of the data calling interface and operation data of the online shop platform are called back;
and sending prompt information to an operation object under the condition that the authority verification between the data calling interface and the application program interface is not passed so as to prompt the operation object to carry out configuration adjustment on the interface configuration of the data calling interface.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a preset report template, wherein the report template is used for indicating that historical sales orders are checked according to different statistical conditions;
and carrying out statistical analysis on the sales orders through the report template.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein performing a statistical analysis of the sales order through the reporting template comprises:
determining a target report corresponding to the sales order in a target period;
and under the condition that the error report information exists in the target report, prompting an operation object to carry out verification processing, wherein the verification processing is used for indicating the operation object to carry out test verification on the connection configuration of the interface.
7. An order determining apparatus, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition module, a distribution module and a distribution module, wherein the acquisition module is used for acquiring purchase information of a target product by a target object on an online store platform and processing the purchase information according to a preset screening condition to obtain order information of the target object, and the order information is used for indicating the target product to enter a distribution process;
and the creating module is used for synchronizing the order information to a calling interface corresponding to the enterprise resource so as to indicate the calling interface to create a sales order according to the order information.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising: the inventory module is used for calling inventory information of the target products through an inventory synchronization interface, wherein the inventory information is used for indicating the remaining total number of the target products of a plurality of warehouses under the warehouse management system; and updating the inventory quantity displayed on the online shop platform according to the inventory information.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, wherein the computer program is configured to carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when executed.
10. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor, wherein the memory has stored therein a computer program, and wherein the processor is arranged to execute the computer program to perform the method of any of claims 1 to 6.
