Abstract
The invention relates to an automobile active air intake grille structure, which comprises an active air intake grille body arranged between a front bumper and a front end frame of an automobile; the upper part of the front end frame is provided with an air inlet channel, and a one-way valve is arranged at the outlet of the air inlet channel; the method is characterized in that: the active air inlet grille body comprises a reinforcing rib arranged in the middle, a lower blade arranged below the reinforcing rib, an upper blade arranged above the reinforcing rib and a flow guide structure arranged above the upper blade; the air guide plates are arranged on two sides of the active air inlet grille body, and the fixing structures are arranged behind the active air inlet grille body; the active air inlet grille body is positioned and connected on the front end frame through a plurality of fixing structures, and the flow guide structure is correspondingly matched with an air inlet channel on the front end frame. The invention can realize air inlet partition, improve air inlet utilization rate and smooth airflow, reduce cabin temperature and avoid the situation that the performance of a cooling system is reduced due to thermal reflux of the cabin.

Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, an active grille shutter structure for a vehicle includes an active grille shutter body 1 disposed between a front bumper 5 and a front end frame 2 of the vehicle; the upper part of the front end frame 2 is provided with an air inlet channel 21 and a one-way valve 22 at the outlet of the air inlet channel; the check valve can automatically adjust the opening according to the impact strength of the airflow so as to ensure that the opening degree of the device is smaller when the automobile runs at a low speed or is in an idle speed state, thereby preventing the hot airflow of the engine room from flowing to the front of the cooling module and influencing the performance of a cooling system; an upper front protective grid 51 and a lower front protective grid 52 are integrated on the front bumper 5; the method is characterized in that:

The upper blade and the lower blade of the active air inlet grille body are in a closed state, airflow entering through the upper front protective grille can change the direction and flow upwards after being blocked by the closed upper blade, the airflow is guided to an air inlet channel of the front end frame by the flow guide structure of the active air inlet grille body, and the one-way valve is impacted and opened, so that the airflow enters the engine room and flows out through the upper part of the engine decorative cover and a channel between the front wall plate and the exhaust pipe respectively, the problems that hot airflow near the exhaust pipe rises and the heat radiation of the exhaust pipe per se heats surrounding parts and the like can be effectively inhibited, an obvious cooling effect is achieved on the parts, and the safety is ensured.
The middle part of the back of the active air intake grille body 1 is connected with the collision beam 4. So as to support and stabilize the active air intake grille body.
Four fixing structures 18 are arranged behind the active air intake grille body 1 and are respectively positioned on two sides of the rear face of the active air intake grille body, and the four fixing structures are respectively connected and fixed with the front end frame 2 through fastening nuts.
