茶粕是茶树所结茶籽,经过榨油,所剩的固体渣粕。一般此茶粕多被丢弃。既造成浪费,又污染环境。
本发明就是利用这些废弃的茶粕制备新的抑抗病毒皂。

本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题而提供一种环保抑抗病毒的皂用组合物。

一种环保抑抗病毒的皂用组合物,其特征在于:所述皂用组合物的组分及各组分的重量组成包括:茶粕70.0~78.5%、抑抗病毒成分21.5~30.0%;
其中,所述茶粕为250~300目的茶粕超细粉;
所述抑抗病毒成分为具有抑抗病毒作用的中药的提取物,所述具有抑抗病毒作用的中药及重量百分比包括:火炭母20-40%、贯众24-32%、金银花10-20%、连翘10-20%、薄荷10-20%。

本发明的又一目的在于,提供一种上述的环保抑抗病毒皂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料处理:
将茶粕进行除杂、超细粉碎处理,获得茶粕超细粉;
取制备的火炭母提取物、贯众提取物、金银花提取物、连翘提取物、薄荷提取物;
(2)环保抑抗病毒皂的制备成型:
取茶粕超细粉,加入0.6~0.7倍重量的水,进行充分搅拌,调制成糊状;
再取火炭母提取物、贯众提取物、金银花提取物、连翘提取物、薄荷提取物,分别加入到糊状物中,加热至55-65℃并充分搅拌;

金银花,为清热解毒的良药。性甘寒气芳香,金银花既能宣散风热,还善清解血毒。
连翘具有清热,解毒,散结,消肿的功效。治温热,丹毒,斑疹,痈疡肿毒,瘰疬,小便淋闭。
薄荷是中华常用中药之一。它是辛凉性发汗解热药,治流行性感冒、头疼、目赤、身热、咽喉、牙床肿痛等症。外用可治神经痛、皮肤瘙痒、皮疹和湿疹等。

按重量份比例取对应火炭母、贯众、金银花、连翘、薄荷,然后加入10倍的水,进行煎煮1.5个小时,过滤除药渣,取续滤液,药渣再提取1小时,合并两次提取液;提取液进行闪蒸浓缩,得到对应的火炭母提取物、贯众提取物、金银花提取物、连翘提取物、薄荷提取物;
将提取后得到的火炭母提取物、贯众提取物、金银花提取物、连翘提取物、薄荷提取物,分别加入糊状茶粕超细粉中,加热至60℃并充分搅拌均匀;再加入十二烷基磺酸钠搅拌均匀调节酸碱度,使其达到PH8.0的弱碱性;趁热倒入模具中,冷却干燥成型制得环保抑抗病毒皂。
实施例2
所述环保抑抗病毒皂由主料及配料组成,其中主料由如下重量份百分比组分制成:茶粕73.5%、火炭母8.0%、贯众7.4%、金银花3.7%、连翘3.7%、薄荷3.7%;其中配料为十二烷基磺酸钠,十二烷基磺酸钠保持其PH 8.0;
按如下步骤进行:
按重量份比例取茶粕,进行粗粉碎,除去茶籽壳及其他杂质,再进行超细粉碎,使其达到250目的茶粕超细粉,将茶粕超细粉和水按1:0.6的比例加入水进行搅拌,使其呈糊状,备用;
按重量份比例取对应火炭母、贯众、金银花、连翘、薄荷,然后加入5倍的60~70%酒精,进行煎煮1个小时,过滤除药渣,取续滤液,药渣再提取1小时,合并两次提取液;提取液进行闪蒸浓缩,得到对应的火炭母提取物、贯众提取物、金银花提取物、连翘提取物、薄荷提取物;
将提取后得到的火炭母提取物、贯众提取物、金银花提取物、连翘提取物、薄荷提取物,分别加入糊状茶粕超细粉中,加热至60℃并充分搅拌均匀;再加入十二烷基磺酸钠搅拌均匀调节酸碱度,使其达到PH8.0的弱碱性;趁热倒入模具中,冷却干燥成型制得环保抑抗病毒皂。
实施例3
所述环保抑抗病毒皂由主料及配料组成,其中主料由如下重量份百分比组分制成:茶粕75.0%、火炭母6.5%、贯众7.4%、金银花3.7%、连翘3.7%、薄荷3.7%;其中配料为十二烷基磺酸钠,十二烷基磺酸钠保持其PH 7.8。
制备方法与实施例1相同,中药提取物采用水提方式。
实施例4
所述环保抑抗病毒皂由主料及配料组成,其中主料由如下重量份百分比组分制成:茶粕75.0%、火炭母6.5%、贯众7.4%、金银花3.7%、连翘3.7%、薄荷3.7%;其中配料为十二烷基磺酸钠,十二烷基磺酸钠保持其PH 7.8。
制备方法与实施例2相同,中药提取物采用酒精提取方式。
对比例1
与实施例1不同的是,本实施例中,皂基中主料只包括:茶粕,且茶粕的添加量在皂基中的含量与实施例1中所有主料在皂基中的含量一致。
对比例2
与实施例1不同的是,本实施例中,皂基中主料包括:茶粕73.5%、火炭母26.5%,且茶粕、火炭母的添加量在皂基中的含量与实施例1中所有主料在皂基中的含量一致。
对比例3
与实施例1不同的是,本实施例中,皂基中主料包括:茶粕73.5%、贯众26.5%,且茶粕、贯众的添加量在皂基中的含量与实施例1中所有主料在皂基中的含量一致。
对比例4
与实施例1不同的是,本实施例中,皂基中主料包括:茶粕73.5%,余下为1:1:1的比例的金银花、连翘、薄荷,且茶粕、金银花、连翘、薄荷的添加量在皂基中的含量与实施例1中所有主料在皂基中的含量一致。
性能检测:
以上实施例以及对比例所得到的肥皂进行抗菌、抑菌效果测试,并以不添加本发明主料制备的常规肥皂为空白组,按标准QB/T2738-2012抑菌性能测试比较,具体检测数据如表1所示。

可以看出,使用茶粕与火炭母、贯众、金银花、连翘、薄荷复配制备的肥皂抑抗菌性能明显优于单纯只使用茶粕制备的肥皂的抑抗菌性能,茶粕与火炭母或贯众复配制备的肥皂抑抗菌性能也明显高于只使用茶粕制备的肥皂的抑抗菌性能。本发明制备的抗抑菌肥皂的的抗菌、抑菌性能较好。

Claims (9)

1.一种环保抑抗病毒的皂用组合物,其特征在于:所述皂用组合物的组分及各组分的重量组成包括:茶粕70.0~78.5%、抑抗病毒成分21.5~30.0%;
其中,所述茶粕为250~300目的茶粕超细粉;
所述抑抗病毒成分为具有抑抗病毒作用的中药的提取物,所述具有抑抗病毒作用的中药及重量百分比包括:火炭母20-40%、贯众24-32%、金银花10-20%、连翘10-20%、薄荷10-20%。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保抑抗病毒的皂用组合物,其特征在于:所述皂用组合物的各组分的重量百分比如下:茶粕为73.5~75.0%、火炭母为6.5~8.5%、贯众为7.0-8.0%、金银花为3.0-4.5%、连翘为3.0-4.5%、薄荷为3.0-4.5%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环保抑抗病毒的皂用组合物,其特征在于:所述皂用组合物的各组分的重量百分比如下:茶粕为73.5~75.0%、火炭母为6.5~8.0%、贯众为7.4%、金银花为3.7%、连翘为3.7%、薄荷为3.7%。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环保抑抗病毒的皂用组合物,其特征在于:所述茶粕的加工处理方法:按原料配比,取茶粕,除去表面杂质;进行粗破碎;经过机械或人工净选,除去茶籽壳及其他杂质;再进行超细粉碎,使其达到250~300目的超细粉。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种环保抑抗病毒的皂用组合物,其特征在于:所述抑抗病毒成分的加工处理方法:按原料配比,取火炭母,加入5~10倍的水或者60~70%酒精,在80-90℃下进行煎煮1.0-2.0小时,过滤除药渣,取续滤液,药渣再提取0.5-1.5小时,合并两次提取液;采用闪蒸的浓缩方法,得火炭母提取物;同法制得贯众提取物、金银花提取物、连翘提取物、薄荷提取物。
6.由权利要求1-5中任一项所述环保抑抗病毒的皂用组合物制备的肥皂,其特征在于,肥皂的皂基中含有所述皂用组合物及十二烷基磺酸钠。
7.一种制备如权利要求6所述的环保抑抗病毒皂的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料处理:
将茶粕进行除杂、超细粉碎处理,获得茶粕超细粉;
取制备的火炭母提取物、贯众提取物、金银花提取物、连翘提取物、薄荷提取物;
(2)环保抑抗病毒皂的制备成型:
取茶粕超细粉,加入0.6~0.7倍重量的水,进行充分搅拌,调制成糊状;
再取火炭母提取物、贯众提取物、金银花提取物、连翘提取物、薄荷提取物,分别加入到糊状物中,加热至55-65℃并充分搅拌;
然后再加入十二烷基磺酸钠,调节酸碱度达到PH 7.8~8.0的弱碱性,充分搅拌;搅拌均匀,趁热将混合物倒入模具中,冷却干燥成型制得环保抑抗病毒皂。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种环保抑抗病毒皂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中糊状物与中药提取物在60℃条件下搅拌混合。
9.如权利要求7所述的一种环保抑抗病毒皂的制备方法,其特征在于,在环保抑抗病毒皂的制备过程中,酸碱度调节完成后,可根据需求加入香料,搅拌均匀后趁热倒入模具。
