Example 3
1. Measurement of physical and chemical properties of laundry detergent
1.1, subject: examples 1-2 and comparative examples commercial laundry detergents: soapberry laundry detergent.
1.2, experimental method:
1.2.1 viscosity: measured at 25 ℃ with a spindle viscometer type NDJ-1.
1.2.2 pH: and (3) adding 10g of the laundry detergent into 50g of water at room temperature, uniformly stirring, and measuring by using an electronic pH meter.
1.2.3 foam Properties: the test was carried out according to the method specified in GB/T7462-1994 "determination of surfactant-foaming power-modified Ross-Miles method".
1.3, experimental results: see table 1:
TABLE 1 results of physical and chemical property test of laundry detergent
As can be seen from table 1, the viscosity of the xanthan gum in examples 1 to 2 is high because the addition amount of the xanthan gum is increased, the viscosity is remarkably increased compared with the comparative ratio, the flow is slow, the xanthan gum cannot be poured out too much during use, and waste is not easily caused; the laundry detergents of examples 1-2 and the comparative examples are weakly acidic, and have the characteristics of no harm to human bodies and no pollution to water sources.
As can be seen from Table 1, the laundry detergents in the embodiments 1-2 of the present application have good foaming effect and good foam stability; comparative example 1 was poor in foaming ability and foam stability, mainly because the comparative example was decocted with soapberry and honeylocust alone without adding auxiliary ingredients. Therefore, it is found that the higher the amount of soapberry used is, the higher the foaming performance is, and the more suitable auxiliary agents need to be selected and mixed in a specific ratio to exert the most excellent foaming performance.
2. Determination of detergency
Referring to a detergency determination method in QB/T1224-; wherein the washing method comprises the steps of soaking the dirty cloth in clear water for 3 minutes, rubbing and washing the dirty cloth for 1 minute, and washing the dirty cloth by direct current water. See table 2 for results.
TABLE 2 detergency test results
Group of | Carbon black (decontamination ratio) | Protein (decontamination ratio) | Sebum (stain removal ratio) |
Standard laundry detergent | 1.00 | 1.00 | 1.00 |
Comparative example | 1.15 | 1.12 | 1.08 |
Example 1 | 1.24 | 1.22 | 1.15 |
Example 2 | 1.26 | 1.21 | 1.13 |
Note: the standard laundry detergent is prepared according to GB/T13174-; the decontamination ratio is less than 1, which indicates that the decontamination capability of the laundry detergent is less than that of the standard laundry detergent, and the decontamination ratio is greater than 1, which indicates that the decontamination capability of the measured laundry detergent is greater than that of the standard laundry detergent; the greater the stain removal ratio, the greater the stain removal capacity of the tested composition.
As can be seen from table 2, the decontamination ratios of the laundry detergents prepared in embodiments 1 to 2 of the present invention to carbon black, protein and sebum are all at a high level, and a good decontamination effect is achieved; the decontamination effect of the comparative example is higher than that of the standard laundry detergent, but the decontamination effect of the comparative example is obviously poorer than that of the laundry detergent prepared in the examples 1-2.
3. Laundry detergent antibacterial performance determination
The bacteriostatic effects of the laundry liquids of the examples 1-2 and the comparative example are determined by referring to the QB/T2850-2007 standard, and the determination results are shown in Table 3.
TABLE 3 laundry detergent bacteriostatic property determination results
As can be seen from Table 3, the bacteriostatic performance of the laundry detergents of the embodiments 1-2 of the invention is significantly higher than that of the comparative example, the bacteriostatic rate is between 97% and 99.9%, and the bacteriostatic rate of the comparative example is between 91% and 95%; the applicant believes that the main reason is that the best bacteriostatic performance can be achieved only by adopting the soapberry saponin and other substances for compatibility and matching in a specific ratio in the examples.
