According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for controlling an air conditioner as described above, the method comprising the steps of: when the air conditioner is in a heating mode, the indoor unit is controlled to be in a lower air-out mode, when the lower cross-flow fan blade 50 in the casing 10 is in a low-rotation-speed state and the air volume blown by the lower cross-flow fan blade 50 can meet a preset temperature, the first adjusting plate 311 and the second adjusting plate 321 are controlled to be located at the second position, when the lower cross-flow fan blade 50 is in a medium-rotation-speed state and the air volume blown by the lower cross-flow fan blade 50 cannot meet the preset temperature, the first adjusting plate 311 is controlled to rotate by a first preset angle until the air volume blown by the lower cross-flow fan blade 50 meets the preset temperature, and when the lower cross-flow fan blade 50 is in a high-rotation-speed state and the air volume blown by the lower cross-flow fan blade 50 cannot meet the preset temperature, the first adjusting plate 311 is controlled to rotate by a second preset angle until the.
When the air conditioner is in a refrigeration mode, the indoor unit is controlled to be in an upper air-out mode, when the upper cross-flow fan 60 in the casing 10 is in a low-rotation-speed state and the air volume blown by the upper cross-flow fan 60 can meet a preset temperature, the first adjusting plate 311 and the second adjusting plate 321 are controlled to be located at the second position, when the upper cross-flow fan 60 is in a medium-rotation-speed state and the air volume blown by the upper cross-flow fan 60 can not meet the preset temperature, the second adjusting plate 321 is controlled to rotate by a third preset angle until the air volume blown by the upper cross-flow fan 60 meets the preset temperature, and when the upper cross-flow fan 60 is in a high-rotation-speed state and the air volume blown by the upper cross-flow fan 60 can not meet the preset temperature, the second adjusting plate 321 is controlled to rotate by a fourth preset angle until the air volume blown by the upper cross-flow fan 60. The heat exchanger 70 is arranged between the upper cross-flow fan blade 60 and the lower cross-flow fan blade 50.
Specifically, the indoor unit adopting the structure can adjust the air inlet area and the air inlet angle with different sizes according to different rotating speeds.
Because the size of the air inlet is adjustable, the requirements for different air inlet amounts at different rotating speeds can be met, and the waste of the rotating speed of the fan is avoided. Because the air inlet angle is adjustable, the air flow in the air conditioner can be uniformly distributed, and the requirement of human body comfort is met. The adjusting plate at different positions can be rotated according to different air inlet schemes. The size and the air inlet angle of the air inlet are adjusted by rotating the adjusting plate at the air inlet.
The first adjusting plate 311 and the second adjusting plate 321 are arranged as shown in fig. 1, and the two adjusting plates are controlled by two motors, wherein the first adjusting plate 311 is connected with the motor through a first rotating shaft, and the second adjusting plate 321 is connected with the motor through a rotating shaft. When one of the upper air opening and the lower air opening needs to enlarge the air inlet area, the first adjusting plate 311 or the second adjusting plate 321 rotates under the control of the motor, when the rotating speed changes, the controller end transmits a corresponding signal to the motor connected with the rotating shaft, so that the motor rotates to a required angle, and the maximum rotating angle depends on the maximum included angle between the bottom of the volute tongue and the air conditioning surface.
When the air conditioner does not work, the first adjusting plate 311 and the second adjusting plate 321 are in contact with the volute tongue, and the air inlet area is in a minimum state at the moment.
When the air conditioner works in an upper air inlet and lower air outlet mode and the lower cross-flow fan blade is in a low-rotation-speed state, as shown in fig. 2, the air inlet volume at the upper air inlet can meet the air outlet volume requirement at the lower air inlet, and at this time, the first adjusting plate 311 and the second adjusting plate 321 are both in a closed state.
When the air conditioner works in an upper air inlet and lower air outlet mode and the lower cross-flow fan blade is in a middle rotating speed state, as shown in fig. 3, because the air inlet volume at the upper air inlet cannot meet the air outlet volume at the lower air outlet, the first adjusting plate 311 rotates clockwise along with the increase of the rotating speed of the lower cross-flow fan blade until the requirement of the air outlet volume at the lower air outlet is met, and meanwhile, the second adjusting plate 321 is always in a closed state.
When the air conditioner works in the mode of upper air inlet and lower air outlet and the lower cross-flow fan blade is in a high-rotation-speed state, as shown in fig. 4, at this time, because the air flow rate in the air conditioner is very high, in order to enable the air flow at the second air inlet to reach a stable state quickly, the first adjusting plate 311 directly rotates to the maximum angle and is parallel to the left side wall surface of the air conditioner, and the second adjusting plate 321 is in a closed state.
As shown in fig. 11, according to another embodiment of the present application, the downwind adjusting part 32 includes a second adjusting plate 321 and a third adjusting plate 322. The first end of the second adjusting plate 321 is rotatably connected with the inner surface of the diffuser section 80 of the indoor unit, and the diffuser section 80 is provided with a vent hole 81. The second regulating plate 321 has a closed position closing the vent hole 81, and the second end of the second regulating plate 321 has an escape position rotated about a connection point of the first end of the second regulating plate 321 and the diffuser section 80 to gradually escape the vent hole 81. A first end of the third adjusting plate 322 is rotatably connected with an outer surface of the diffuser section 80, the third adjusting plate 322 has a closing position when closing the vent hole 81, and a second end of the third adjusting plate 322 has an escape position rotated around a connection point of the first end of the third adjusting plate 322 and the diffuser section 80 to gradually escape the vent hole 81. When the second adjustment plate 321 is located at the escape position and the third adjustment plate 322 is located at the escape position, the air current located outside can enter the indoor unit through the ventilation hole 81. The air inlet volume of the air outlet can be increased by the arrangement. As shown in fig. 11, in the present embodiment, the second regulation plate 321 is located inside the tuyere.
When the third adjusting plate 322 is located at the closed position, the second adjusting plate 321 may stay at any position between the escape position and the closed position, and the airflow blown out from the indoor unit is guided to the preset position by the second adjusting plate 321. Due to the arrangement, the second adjusting plate 321 can play a role of an air deflector, and the air flow blown out from the air opening can be guided out along a preset angle.
Further, the indoor unit further includes a second driving part connected to the second adjusting plate 321, and a third driving part connected to the third adjusting plate 322, and the second driving part and the third driving part independently drive the second adjusting plate 321 and the third adjusting plate 322 to rotate. The second driving part and the third driving part can be motors, so that the reliability and the stability of the movement of the adjusting plate of the indoor unit can be improved. In this application, all regulating plates can stop in optional position department through setting up driving motor drive regulating plate as shown in C in figure 9, and the setting can be according to the user and predetermine the temperature, predetermine the amount of wind and control the intake like this, improves the practicality of air conditioner effectively.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, according to another embodiment of the present application, the downdraft adjusting part 32 includes a push-out mechanism 90 and a second adjusting plate 321, the push-out mechanism 90 is connected to the diffuser section 80 of the indoor unit, the diffuser section 80 is provided with a vent hole 81, the second adjusting plate 321 is located in the diffuser section 80, the transmission part of the push-out mechanism 90 is connected to the second adjusting plate 321 through the vent hole 81, the push-out mechanism 90 can drive the second adjusting plate 321 to move so that the second adjusting plate 321 has a closing position for closing the vent hole 81, and the second adjusting plate 321 has an escape position away from the vent hole 81. When the second adjusting plate 321 is located at the avoiding position, the air current located outside can enter the indoor unit through the vent hole 81. The air inlet volume of the air outlet can be increased by the arrangement. Wherein, the second adjusting plate 321 can be disposed at the air inlet to match with the first adjusting plate.
Further, the push-out mechanism 90 includes a power source and a drive rack 91. The power source is connected to the outer surface of the diffuser section 80 and a drive gear is provided on the output shaft of the power source. The driving rack 91 is engaged with the driving gear, and one end of the driving rack 91 is connected to the second adjusting plate 321. This arrangement makes the ejector mechanism 90 simple and reliable in structure. Wherein the power source may be an electric motor.
Preferably, the driving rack 91 is plural, and the plural driving racks 91 are provided at intervals. This arrangement makes the movement of the second regulating plate 321 smoother when the push-out mechanism 90 pushes out the second regulating plate 321.
As shown in fig. 8, at least one of the upwind adjusting portion 31 and the downwind adjusting portion 32 includes an adjusting plate support frame 35. The adjusting plate support frame 35 is connected to the case 10. This arrangement can improve the mounting stability of the upwind amount adjustment portion 31 and the downwind amount adjustment portion 32.
According to another embodiment of the present application, the indoor unit includes a first regulation plate 311, a second regulation plate 321, and a third regulation plate 322. As shown in fig. 10, each of the first adjusting plate 311, the second adjusting plate 321, and the third adjusting plate 322 includes an air guiding plate body 100, at least one end of the air guiding plate body 100 is provided with a connecting shaft 101, and one side of the air guiding plate body 100, which is far away from the connecting shaft 101, is provided with at least one abdicating notch 102. The arrangement enables the structures of the adjusting plates to be simple, and improves the stability and reliability of the indoor unit.
In the present application, the structures of the upwind amount adjustment portion 31 and the downwind amount adjustment portion 32 may be provided to be the same structure. And corresponding adjusting plate structures are arranged according to the orientation of each diffusion section, so that the production cost is effectively saved.
The air conditioner adopting the structure can dynamically adjust the air inlet structure along with the air inlet and outlet modes, and can ensure that the air duct structure is complete when the air inlet and outlet directions are exchanged. By adopting the technical scheme, the adjusting plate is arranged, so that the volute structure of the air channel structure is a variable volute structure, the air inlet amount can be adjusted as required only by driving the adjusting plate, and the defect that the air inlet amount of the traditional volute structure is fixed is overcome. Meanwhile, the adjusting plate can be integrated with the shell or the air duct after being adjusted, and is fixed in a hidden mode, so that the air duct space is not occupied, and an air inlet channel does not need to be additionally arranged through other ways. The operation is convenient and fast, and the effect is achieved in one step. When the upper air outlet mode is started, the opening and closing angle of the end movable plate of the lower side picture frame is adjusted, the sectional area of an air duct of the air inlet is variably adjusted, and the air inlet amount is adjusted. Meanwhile, the upper side moving plate hits the inner side of the volute to form a complete air duct. When the lower air outlet mode is started, the sectional area of the air inlet air duct is also variably adjusted.
The application provides a variable spiral case structure is applicable to air-out air conditioner from top to bottom. Because the air inlet area of the air conditioner with upper and lower air outlets needs to be exhausted in a reverse mode, the air inlet cannot be directly designed into a large-area air inlet grille, the air channel with the changeable volute structure is designed, the air quantity of the air inlet is dynamically adjusted, and the requirement of alternate use of the air inlet and the air outlet is met. The whole machine body comprises an upper bottom shell 14, a lower bottom shell 15, a main bottom shell 16, an evaporator, a direct current motor 51, a direct current motor 61, an electrical box 200, a panel 13 and the like, wherein adjusting plates (comprising a first adjusting plate, a second adjusting plate and a third adjusting plate) arranged at an air inlet and an air outlet are driven by a motor A, and the motors A are all stepping motors. The position of the adjusting plate can be different according to the requirement of the air intake, and the opening angle of the adjusting plate is different.
When the air conditioner is in an upper air inlet and lower air outlet mode, the first adjusting plate can be driven to be in a vertical state, the area of an upper air inlet is enabled to be the largest, the air inlet amount is the largest at the moment, and the inlet air can be directly blown to the upper side of the evaporator. If the first adjusting plate is in a fully closed state, the inlet air only passes through the upper cross-flow fan blade and then contacts the evaporator, the wind resistance is increased, and the influence on the wind speed is large.
When the air conditioner is in a lower air inlet and upper air outlet mode, the second adjusting plate can be rotated to be in a vertical state, the area of the lower air inlet is made to be the largest, the air inlet amount is the largest at the moment, and the inlet air can be directly blown to the lower side of the evaporator. If the second adjusting plate is in a fully closed state, the inlet air only passes through the lower cross-flow fan blade and then contacts the evaporator, the wind resistance is increased, and the influence on the wind speed is large.
The air duct forms a volute and an air inlet with a variable structure through the rotary matching of the upper adjusting plate and the lower adjusting plate, the air inlet amount is dynamically adjusted according to needs, the air speed is indirectly adjusted, and the diversified needs of users under different scenes are met.
As shown in fig. 11, the adjusting plate is arranged in two layers, namely an inner layer and an outer layer, and respectively rotates around the two end holes and is driven by the stepping motors on two sides. The two movable plates at the air inlet are opened at the same time, the fixed angle can be adjusted respectively, the air inlet can be better combed, and the two movable plates at the air outlet are closed at the same time to form a part of the diffusion section.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, the movable plate structure driven by the shaft hole is changed into a second adjusting plate driven by the two-end pushing mechanism, and the rack is matched with the second adjusting plate by a snap fit. At the air outlet end, the rack is retracted, and the second adjusting plate is closed to form a part of the diffusion section. At the air inlet end, the rack is pushed out, the second adjusting plate extends out, the air inlet area is increased, and the air inlet amount is enlarged.
The above-mentioned air intake or air outlet is not limited to the one shown in the figures, and an upper air outlet and a lower air inlet may be adopted. The above-mentioned position of the volute tongue is not limited to the position shown in the figure, and can be adjusted according to actual needs. The shape and size of the adjusting plate are not limited to those shown in the figures, and can be adjusted according to actual needs.
Spatially relative terms, such as "above … …," "above … …," "above … …," "above," and the like, may be used herein for ease of description to describe one device or feature's spatial relationship to another device or feature as illustrated in the figures. It will be understood that the spatially relative terms are intended to encompass different orientations of the device in use or operation in addition to the orientation depicted in the figures. For example, if a device in the figures is turned over, devices described as "above" or "on" other devices or configurations would then be oriented "below" or "under" the other devices or configurations. 1. An indoor unit, comprising:
a housing (10), the housing (10) having a vent;
a socket tongue (20), the socket tongue (20) being disposed at the vent;
the air volume adjusting part (30), the air volume adjusting part (30) is movably connected with the shell (10) and is positioned on the outer side of the socket tongue part (20);
wherein the air volume adjusting part (30) has a first position in contact with the socket tongue part (20), and the air volume adjusting part (30) has a second position away from the socket tongue part (20), and the air volume adjusting part (30) can stay at any position between the first position and the second position to change the intake air volume of the vent.
2. The indoor unit of claim 1, wherein the ventilation opening comprises an upper air inlet (11) and a lower air inlet (12), the socket tongue portion (20) comprises an upper socket tongue (21) and a lower socket tongue (22), the upper socket tongue (21) is disposed at the upper air inlet (11), the lower socket tongue (22) is disposed at the lower air inlet (12), and the air volume adjusting portions (30) are disposed at the upper air inlet (11) and the lower air inlet (12).
3. The indoor unit according to claim 2, wherein the air volume adjusting unit (30) includes:
the upper air volume adjusting part (31), the upper air volume adjusting part (31) is arranged at the upper air opening (11), the upper air volume adjusting part (31) is provided with a first position which is contacted with the upper socket tongue (21), the upper air volume adjusting part (31) is provided with a second position which is far away from the upper socket tongue (21), and the upper air volume adjusting part (31) can stay at any position between the first position and the second position to change the air intake volume of the upper air opening (11).
4. The indoor unit according to claim 3, wherein the upper air volume adjusting unit (31) includes:
a first adjustment plate (311), a first end of the first adjustment plate (311) being connected with the housing (10), the second end of the first adjusting plate (311) is rotatably arranged around the connection part of the first end of the first adjusting plate (311) and the shell (10), so that the first regulation plate (311) has the first position and the second position, when the first adjusting plate (311) is located at the first position, a first ventilation channel (41) is enclosed between the first adjusting plate (311) and the upper socket tongue (21) and the upper air inlet (11), when the first regulating plate (311) is located at the second position, the second end of the first regulating plate (311) rotates toward the inside of the housing (10), so that a second ventilation channel (42) is formed between the second end of the first adjusting plate (311) and the upper socket tongue (21).
5. The indoor unit according to claim 3, wherein the air volume adjusting unit (30) includes:
the lower air quantity adjusting part (32), the lower air quantity adjusting part (32) is arranged at the lower air opening (12), the lower air quantity adjusting part (32) is provided with a first position which is in contact with the lower socket tongue (22), the lower air quantity adjusting part (32) is provided with a second position which is far away from the lower socket tongue (22), and the lower air quantity adjusting part (32) can stay at any position between the first position and the second position to change the air inlet quantity of the lower air opening (12).
6. The indoor unit according to claim 5, wherein the lower air volume adjusting unit (32) includes:
second regulating plate (321), the first end of second regulating plate (321) with casing (10) are connected, the second end of second regulating plate (321) is around the first end of second regulating plate (321) with the junction of casing (10) rotationally sets up, so that second regulating plate (321) has primary importance and second place, works as when second regulating plate (321) is located primary importance, second regulating plate (321) with nest tongue (22) down enclose between wind gap (12) and establish into third ventilation passageway (43), works as when second regulating plate (321) is located the second place, the second end orientation of second regulating plate (321) the inboard of casing (10) rotates, so that the second end of second regulating plate (321) with form fourth ventilation passageway between nest tongue (22) down.

The indoor unit of claim 5, wherein the indoor unit has an up-wind mode, and when the indoor unit is in the up-wind mode, the up-wind opening (11) is used for blowing out air, the down-wind opening (12) is used for blowing in air, the up-wind amount adjusting part (31) is located at a first position, and the down-wind amount adjusting part (32) is located at the first position or a second position.

The indoor unit of claim 5, further comprising a lower outlet mode, wherein when the indoor unit is in the lower outlet mode, the upper air inlet (11) is in air inlet, the lower air inlet (12) is in air outlet, the upper air volume adjusting portion (31) is located at the first position or the second position, and the lower air volume adjusting portion (32) is located at the first position.
9. The indoor unit according to claim 4, wherein the upper air volume adjusting unit (31) includes:
a first rotation shaft (33), the first rotation shaft (33) being connected to the housing (10), a first end of the first adjustment plate (311) being connected to the first rotation shaft (33);
the first driving part drives the rotating shaft (33) to rotate so as to drive the first adjusting plate (311) to rotate.
10. The indoor unit according to claim 6, wherein the upper air volume adjusting unit (31) includes:
a second rotation shaft (34), the second rotation shaft (34) being connected to the housing (10), a first end of the second adjustment plate (321) being connected to the second rotation shaft (34);
the second driving part drives the second rotating shaft (34) to rotate so as to drive the second adjusting plate (321) to rotate.
11. The indoor unit according to claim 5, wherein the lower air volume adjusting unit (32) includes:
the first end of the second adjusting plate (321) is rotatably connected with the inner surface of a diffusion section (80) of the indoor unit, the diffusion section (80) is provided with a vent hole (81), the second adjusting plate (321) is provided with a closing position for closing the vent hole (81), and the second end of the second adjusting plate (321) is provided with an avoiding position for gradually avoiding the vent hole (81) by rotating around a connection point of the first end of the second adjusting plate (321) and the diffusion section (80);
a third adjustment plate (322), a first end of the third adjustment plate (322) being rotatably connected with an outer surface of the diffuser section (80), the third adjustment plate (322) having a closed position when closing the ventilation hole (81), and a second end of the third adjustment plate (322) having an escape position rotating around a connection point of the first end of the third adjustment plate (322) and the diffuser section (80) to gradually escape the ventilation hole (81);
when the second adjusting plate (321) is located at an avoiding position and the third adjusting plate (322) is located at the avoiding position, air flow located outside can enter the indoor unit through the air vent (81).
12. The indoor unit of claim 11, wherein the second adjusting plate (321) can stay at any position between the escape position and the closed position when the third adjusting plate (322) is at the closed position, and the air flow blown out of the indoor unit is guided to a preset position by the second adjusting plate (321).
13. The indoor unit of claim 11, further comprising a second driving part connected to the second adjusting plate (321) and a third driving part connected to the third adjusting plate (322), wherein the second driving part and the third driving part independently drive the second adjusting plate (321) and the third adjusting plate (322) to rotate.
14. The indoor unit of claim 5, wherein the lower air volume adjusting part (32) comprises a push-out mechanism (90) and a second adjusting plate (321), the push-out mechanism (90) is connected to a diffuser (80) of the indoor unit, a vent hole (81) is formed in the diffuser (80), the second adjusting plate (321) is located in the diffuser (80), a transmission part of the push-out mechanism (90) is connected to the second adjusting plate (321) through the vent hole (81), the push-out mechanism (90) can drive the second adjusting plate (321) to move, so that the second adjusting plate (321) has a closing position for closing the vent hole (81), and the second adjusting plate (321) has an avoiding position far away from the vent hole (81);
when the second adjusting plate (321) is located at the avoidance position, the air flow located outside can enter the indoor unit through the vent hole (81).
15. The indoor unit according to claim 14, wherein the push-out mechanism (90) comprises:
the power source is connected with the outer surface of the diffusion section (80), and an output shaft of the power source is provided with a driving gear;
the driving gear rack (91), the driving gear rack (91) with set up with the drive gear looks meshing, the one end of driving gear rack (91) with second regulating plate (321) are connected.
16. The indoor unit according to claim 15, wherein the driving rack (91) is plural, and the plural driving racks (91) are provided at intervals.
17. The indoor unit according to claim 5, wherein at least one of the upper air volume adjusting unit (31) and the lower air volume adjusting unit (32) comprises:
a conditioning plate support frame (35), the conditioning plate support frame (35) being connected with the housing (10).

The indoor unit according to any one of claims 1 to 17, comprising a first regulation plate (311), a second regulation plate (321), and a third regulation plate (322), wherein at least one of the first regulation plate (311), the second regulation plate (321), and the third regulation plate (322) comprises:
the air deflector comprises an air deflector body (100), wherein at least one end of the air deflector body (100) is provided with a connecting shaft (101), and one side, far away from the connecting shaft (101), of the air deflector body (100) is provided with at least one abdicating notch (102).
19. The indoor unit according to claim 18, wherein the upper air volume adjusting unit (31) and the lower air volume adjusting unit (32) have the same configuration.
20. An air conditioner comprising an indoor unit, characterized in that the indoor unit is the indoor unit according to any one of claims 1 to 19.
21. A method of controlling an air conditioner, the method being for controlling the air conditioner of claim 20, the method comprising the steps of:
when the air conditioner is in a heating mode, the indoor unit is controlled to be in a lower air outlet mode, when a lower cross-flow fan blade (50) in the shell (10) is in a low-rotation-speed state, and the air volume blown out by the lower cross-flow fan blade (50) can meet a preset temperature, a first adjusting plate (311) and a second adjusting plate (321) are controlled to be located at a second position, when the lower cross-flow fan blade (50) is in a medium-rotation-speed state and the air volume blown out by the lower cross-flow fan blade (50) can not meet the preset temperature, the first adjusting plate (311) is controlled to rotate by a first preset angle until the air volume blown out by the lower cross-flow fan blade (50) meets the preset temperature, when the lower cross-flow fan blade (50) is in a high-rotation-speed state and the air volume blown out by the lower cross-flow fan blade (50) can not meet the preset temperature, the first adjusting plate (311) is controlled to rotate by a, until the air volume blown out by the lower cross-flow fan blade (50) meets the preset temperature.
