The method of claim 4, wherein in step 7, the umbilical drop is prepared by dissolving 0.1 part of menthol in 1 part of propylene glycol and adding to the extract, then adding 0.3 part of phenoxyethanol, and finally solubilizing the extract with 0.8 part of polyoxyethylene (20) sorbitan monolaurate.

The method for preparing umbilicus drop liquid for eliminating dampness and reducing weight as claimed in claim 5, wherein in step 8, the further activation is that sodium chloride solution is added into the umbilicus drop liquid, and then the umbilicus drop liquid is placed in a high frequency ultrasonic instrument for ultrasonic activation for 10-15 min.
