Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of metal roof maintenance systems, in particular to a double-layer waterproof gutter system and a construction method thereof.
Background
In recent years, metal maintenance system roofs are favored by more and more owners and investors, and in view of the advantages of low cost, short construction period, wide application range of building shapes and the like, the metal maintenance system roofs are widely applied to the fields of industrial buildings and public buildings, building waterproofing is always pursued to be an optimal solution, and the building adopts different roof waterproofing grades according to different application occasions and service lives.
According to the project above the medium scale in China in recent years, the waterproof grades of the metal roofs are designed into the first-level roof waterproof grade, namely, the roofs are waterproof fortification. According to the existing metal roof construction technology, the common combination is an upper metal roof plate and a lower TPO macromolecule waterproof coiled material (hereinafter referred to as TPO), and the two materials are combined with one another flexibly and just, so that the waterproof requirement of the first-level roof is perfectly met. But the gutter system alone still has the defects. Fig. 1 is a conventional gutter system implementation, and fig. 2 is a locally enlarged node diagram, and mainly has the following two defects:
first, the junction of the roof system and the gutter system has drainage defects. The roof TPO and the gutter system TPO should be integrally connected, the gutter plate is independently arranged above the gutter TPO, and according to the drainage principle, roof system water flow should flow into the gutter, and the gutter system and the roof system TPO are not structurally connected, so that the water flow cannot be ensured to completely enter the gutter system.
In the second point, most of the metal roof gutter systems are made of austenitic 304 or austenitic 316 stainless steel, and are formed in a factory according to the actual size and then are spliced and welded on site. The normal construction flow is to weld the gutter sections after the gutter is in place, the argon arc welding process can generate high temperature of more than 2000 ℃, and TPO is melted and deformed at 700-800 ℃. How to control the integrity of TPO in the gutter plate welding process is used as the control key point of the roof waterproof performance.
