  1. The IBC barrel double-station automatic filling line control method comprises the following specific steps:
    (1) and (3) setting relevant parameters of the filling process or the product: an operator inputs a filling target value, a cover screwing time, a cover tightening time, cover screwing times, cover tightening times, a slow feed amount, an advance amount, a filling allowance, a minimum empty barrel weight, a minimum flow rate, an intermittent lifting weight, an intermittent lifting time, a scale full scale, a stable delay before allowance discrimination and a spray gun maximum lifting time through a touch screen;
    (2) automatic conveying of empty barrels: an operator forks an empty barrel to an empty barrel roller way No. 1 through a forklift, and when the detection position sensor detects that no barrel is arranged on an empty barrel roller way No. 2, the PLC automatically starts motors of the roller ways No. 1 and No. 2 to convey the empty barrel from the roller way No. 1 to the roller way No. 2, the empty barrel is automatically conveyed from the roller way No. 2 to a roller way No. 3, a roller way No. 4 to a roller way No. 5 under the same logic control, and the operation is repeated, so that the empty barrels are arranged on the roller ways No. 5 and 4;
    (3) automatic weighing of empty barrels: when the detection position sensor detects that no barrel is arranged on the scale A and the scale B after the step (2) is finished, the PLC automatically starts a roller way motor to respectively convey empty barrels from the No. 5 roller way and the No. 4 roller way to the scale B roller way and the scale A roller way, and the automatic loading of the empty barrels is finished;
    (4) automatic positioning of the empty barrel: after the empty barrel is weighed, the PLC positions the empty barrel in the left-right direction and the front-back direction by controlling the empty barrel blocking cylinder, the empty barrel positioning cylinder 1 and the empty barrel positioning cylinder 2, and detects whether the positioning is finished;
    (5) automatic cover screwing: after the empty barrel is positioned, the PLC controls the screwing cover displacement mechanism to convert the filling position into the screwing cover position, and controls the reverse rotation of the pneumatic motor according to the screwing cover time to realize the screwing cover operation, and the screwing cover lifting mechanism realizes the integral lifting of the screwing cover mechanism and the lifting of the pneumatic motor in the process and detects whether the screwing cover is finished or not;
    (6) automatic filling: after the cap is screwed, the PLC controls the cap screwing and shifting mechanism to convert the cap screwing position into a filling position, the empty barrel blocking cylinder, the empty barrel positioning cylinder 1 and the empty barrel positioning cylinder 2 are reset at the same time, a filling mode is selected according to material characteristics, and the filling system controls the spray gun lifting cylinder, the ball valve and the bottom valve to carry out constant-value filling on materials so that the materials in the empty barrel reach a filling target value;
    (7) automatic cover tightening: after filling is finished, the PLC controls the screwing and cover shifting mechanism to convert the filling position into a cover tightening position, and controls the forward rotation of the pneumatic motor according to the cover tightening time to realize the cover tightening operation, the screwing and cover lifting mechanism realizes the integral lifting of the screwing and cover tightening mechanism and the lifting of the pneumatic motor in the process, and detects whether the cover tightening is finished;
    (8) weighing under a heavy bucket: under the condition that the cover is tightly closed and no barrel exists on the heavy barrel roller way No. 1 and the heavy barrel roller way No. 2, the PLC automatically starts a roller way motor to respectively convey the heavy barrel from the scale A and the scale B to the heavy barrel roller way No. 1 and the heavy barrel roller way No. 2, and the heavy barrel weighing is finished;
    (9) the heavy barrel is automatically conveyed: when detecting position sensor and detecting no bucket on heavy bucket roll table No. 2, and there is the bucket on heavy bucket roll table No. 1, then PLC automatic start roll table motor is from heavy bucket roll table No. 1 transport to heavy bucket roll table No. 2, same logic control, heavy bucket from heavy bucket roll table No. 2 automatic transport to heavy bucket roll table No. 3, heavy bucket roll table No. 4 until heavy bucket roll table No. 5, rethread fork truck is followed and is gone away heavy bucket from heavy bucket roll table No. 5, transport to suitable position or place.

    and S2, if the empty barrel blocking cylinder, the empty barrel positioning cylinder 1 and the empty barrel positioning cylinder 2 can completely act on the empty barrel, the positioning is finished.
  4. 4. The IBC vat double station automatic filling line control method according to claim 1, wherein said specific operation of detecting whether the screw-on cap is completed in step (5) is:
    SS1, if the whole lift that the screw capping elevating system can't realize the screw capping mechanism, then the screw capping is incomplete, PLC judges whether n equals the screw capping number of times, specifically is:

    SS2, if the screw cap lifting mechanism can realize the integral lifting of the screw cap mechanism, the screw cap is finished.
