Among them, deep occlusions, reverse occlusions, locked occlusions and missing teeth cause tooth displacement, which is a common symptom in malocclusions and malformations.
Currently, there are many clinical orthodontic methods. Among them, the invisible correcting and treating method has the advantages of comfort, beauty, easy cleaning and the like, and is widely welcomed by patients. However, the invisible correction is a disposable replacement type, and is replaced every two weeks conventionally, and the clinic can not make the invisible correction, so the cost is high, and the invisible correction is difficult for general patients to bear.

The thermoplastic film is made of thermoplastic polymer, which includes but is not limited to copolyester, polyurethane and polypropylene. The thermoplastic polymer can be Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU), alcohol-modified polyethylene terephthalate (PETG), polyethylene 1, 4-cyclohexanedimethanol terephthalate, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polypropylene (PP), Polycarbonate (PC). In other embodiments, the length of the positioning portion extending inwardly along the inner tooth surface or not may be adaptively set as desired.

In other embodiments, to ensure natural sliding action of the teeth, a diagonal guide is provided on the thermoplastic film to ensure good natural sliding action of the upper or lower teeth.
In one embodiment, the jaw pad and then the bevel guide may be provided on the toothed surface of the thermoplastic film.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the dental appliance, which comprises the steps of taking the thermoplastic polymer as a raw material, buffering in the advancing direction of teeth to be moved, reserving a moving space for the teeth, and preparing the thermoplastic membrane with the buffering part on the oral dentition model by a plastic suction process.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the preparation method further comprises performing thermal stretching adjustment on the prepared thermoplastic film;
preferably, the thermoplastic film prior to thermal stretch adjustment may be mounted with a jaw pad when occlusal interference occurs.
When the class 2 anterior teeth are scattered as the upper anterior teeth or the class 3 lower anterior teeth are too long and scattered in gaps, the thermoplastic membrane can be provided with the oblique guide. The oblique guide is an oblique guide plate.

Example 1

In other embodiments, jaw pads (not shown in fig. 14) may also be provided on the surface of the teeth to prevent occlusal interference.
The surface of the tooth part of the thermoplastic membrane is also provided with an oblique guide which is self-setting resin (PMMA). In other embodiments, to ensure natural sliding action of the teeth, a diagonal guide is provided on the thermoplastic film to ensure good natural sliding action of the upper or lower teeth.
The present embodiments also provide methods of making dental appliances. Which comprises the following steps:

In other embodiments, the malocclusion may be achieved by raising the contralateral occlusal surface with self-setting resin, cushioning, blister, and hot stretch adjustment of the corrective side, or by lowering the occlusal surface and then cushioning, blister, and hot stretch adjustment of the contralateral surface without raising the contralateral surface.
For the anterior teeth scattered in the gap of class 2, a buffer part can be optionally made on the lingual side. Plastic sucking, hot stretching and adjusting, if necessary, the tooth socket can be additionally provided with the inclined guide plate by self-solidifying plastics.
For category 3, the cushion portion may be selected on the upper anterior labial side. (2) The advancing direction of the teeth to be moved is buffered. As shown with reference to fig. 7.
(3) And (5) reserving a moving space for the teeth, and then carrying out plastic suction manufacturing. The thermoplastic film in this example was PETG as the raw material. FIG. 8 is a lingual and labial view of the thermoplastic film after blister formation. The thermoplastic film shown in fig. 3 has a cushion portion.

(5) The thermal stretching adjustment is performed at the back side in the moving direction with a dedicated thermal stretching adjuster.
Example 3
This example provides a method of making a contra-occlusal deformed dental appliance. Which comprises the following steps:
(1) taking the model in the mouth and making gypsum substitute. Referring to FIG. 10, a model view of a class 3 malocclusion, 31.41 underbite.
(2) And (5) carrying out plastic uptake manufacturing. The thermoplastic film in this example was PETG as the raw material. Fig. 11 is a picture of a thermoplastic film after blister forming.

5. The dental appliance according to claim 1, wherein the back side of the engaging surface of the positioning part with the crown has a plurality of teeth, and the number of the teeth is 6 to 16.
6. The dental appliance according to claim 5, wherein the thermoplastic membrane is further provided with a jaw pad located on a surface of the tooth portion; the jaw pad is self-setting resin.
7. The orthodontic appliance as claimed in claim 6, wherein when the thermoplastic film has both the cushioning portion and the jaw pad, the jaw pad and the cushioning portion are spaced apart from each other on the back side of the engagement surface.
8. The dental appliance according to claim 5, wherein the tooth surface of the thermoplastic membrane is further provided with a bevel guide, and the bevel guide is a self-setting resin.
9. The method for manufacturing a dental appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the method comprises forming a thermoplastic film having a cushioning portion on the dental model of the oral cavity by a blister process using a thermoplastic polymer as a raw material.
