Description

Orthodontic auxiliary device for anterior teeth and orthodontic device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of medical appliances, relates to a tooth reshaping device, and particularly relates to a tooth straightening auxiliary device for anterior teeth and a tooth straightening device.
Background
The transparent appliance is a series of transparent appliances manufactured by the steps of scanning the mouth, taking a model, scanning a plaster model or an impression to obtain a digital model of dentition of a patient, dividing the digital dentition model into single movable digital dentition units, rearranging the dentition units to obtain needed corrected dentition, obtaining a series of intermediate digital dentition models by a step-by-step method, printing the intermediate models in a 3D way, and manufacturing a series of transparent appliances by using a thermoplastic molding film-pressing material. The patient corrects the dentition misalignment by wearing these series of transparent appliances.
Transparent appliances present many uncertainties and inaccessible ways of movement for tooth movement. For the transparent appliance, the effect of aligning the dentition is obvious when the crowded cases are corrected, but the whole treatment effect is not as good as that of the fixed appliance, and the occlusion contact is mainly realized. The transparent appliance design is based on a digitized model, and the upper and lower jaw bite positions of the digitized model are based on the initial neutral position of the patient. When the upper dentition and the lower dentition are arranged, the occlusion of the upper dentition, the lower dentition and the dentition can be changed, but the occlusion relation after the tooth arrangement is designed is artificially determined after digital teeth are moved, and the actual occlusion position of a patient cannot be expressed. Meanwhile, the digital model based on which the existing transparent appliance is designed lacks the relation of relative movement positions of the lower jaw when the mouth is opened or closed. Therefore, the transparent appliance is often not good in the occlusion relationship of the posterior teeth after being corrected, and even opens and closes. The transparent appliance corrects the irregular dentition, the upper part and the lower part of the appliance are separated, and the upper dentition and the lower dentition are actually in occlusion relation. The position of the anterior teeth often in turn affects the initial bite position of the patient. In the process of correction, the teeth are often difficult to bite into a stable position along with the change of the positions of the teeth, and finally, the occlusion effect is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of treatment of determining the relative movement position of the lower jaw when the mouth is not opened or closed by determining the occlusion position in the design of a transparent appliance, the occlusion positioner for assisting positioning is designed in the transparent appliance, the normal occlusion position of a patient can be expressed when the transparent appliance of the upper jaw and the lower jaw is worn, the patient can have a stable occlusion relation in the process of using the transparent appliance to correct the malocclusion, and the problems of poor occlusion relation of the rear teeth and opening and closing of the rear teeth caused by inaccurate occlusion position of the front teeth, which are frequently generated in the correction of the transparent appliance, are solved.
In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention provides an orthodontic auxiliary device for anterior teeth, which is fixed to an appliance including an upper anterior crown shell and a lower anterior crown shell, the auxiliary device including: the maxillary anterior occlusal positioner and the mandibular anterior occlusal positioner are distributed and fixed on the outer walls of the upper anterior dental crown sleeve and the lower anterior dental crown sleeve; wherein, the maxillary anterior occlusal locator is fixed on the palatal side outer wall of the upper anterior crown sleeve, the position of 1/3 middle part or cut 1/3 of the crown (when the occlusal locator with large inclination of the upper anterior labial margin is positioned in the middle part 1/3, when the upper anterior labial margin is positioned in the cut 1/3 in a more upright way), and the lower anterior occlusal locator is positioned at the cut end or the cut end labial side of the lower incisor; under the occlusion state, the centers of the contact surfaces of the maxillary anterior occlusion positioner and the mandibular anterior occlusion positioner are positioned on the lower anterior occlusion verticality; the lower anterior occlusal perpendicular line is a perpendicular line of a maxillary occlusal reference line which is determined by a connection line of a central point of a condyle and a hyoplasty of a maxillary incisor.
