The reserved area is divided into a vehicle inspection area 50, a passenger inspection area 60, a passenger boarding area 70 and a passenger boarding area 80.
In one embodiment, the clearance station is a closed area, as shown in fig. 8, where vehicles enter from the entrance, collect vehicle information and register. The vehicle which does not need to be checked is directly driven away from the exit, the truck and the car which need to be checked arrive at the vehicle checking area 50 for checking, the passenger car stops at the passenger car passenger getting-off area 70, the passenger gets off and enters the passenger car passenger getting-off area 70 (which can be a checking hall) for checking, and the passenger car is driven on the passenger car passenger getting-on area 80 and is driven away from the exit after checking.
In one embodiment, for the vehicle registration system, at the entrance to the station (i.e., the entrance kiosk 10), the vehicle registration system generates the vehicle mission by recognizing the license plate, obtaining the license plate number and taking a picture. The vehicle registration system is in butt joint with the customs electronic clearance system, and clearance information is obtained by scanning a bar code of a document submitted by a driver and is associated with a vehicle task. And the vehicle enters a station after completing information acquisition, does not stop at the station, and guides the vehicle to move to the next area according to different vehicle types. For a vehicle inspection system, vehicles or containers are scanned in the vehicle inspection area 50 for manual inspection of suspect vehicles. The vehicle inspection system acquires the previously registered vehicle tasks through license plate recognition, associates inspection data, and fills in inspection notes and sets down inspection conclusions by inspectors. For the passenger checking system, the passenger checking system verifies the passenger identity information, checks the luggage, and completes the entry and exit registration and customs declaration of the carried articles through the system. For the vehicle releasing system, at the exit of a station (namely, an exit sentry box 30), the vehicle releasing system obtains a vehicle task and an inspection conclusion through license plate identification, if the inspection is not suspected, a barrier gate automatically lifts a rod and releases the rod, and a worker is prompted to process the suspected vehicle system. For the data query system, the data query system provides a monitoring page of the vehicle clearance condition of the station, and can query the detailed information of past clearance records.
The customs clearance process is managed through the electronic service system, information interconnection with the customs service system is opened, and a worker can scan the bar code to identify the customs clearance receipt and acquire electronic receipt information. And meanwhile, the state of customs clearance is reported to a customs system, and the state of the vehicle cargo is updated. And the customs clearance site becomes a communicated node of the whole customs electronic clearance service system through information interaction.
The entrance and exit gates (the first barrier 20 and the second barrier 40) are arranged to replace the mode of a single gate, so that the condition that the vehicle waits for overstock at the gate is avoided. And the license plate recognition and the system data recording are combined, and the bar is automatically lifted according to the checking result and the service type, so that the clearance efficiency is improved, and the quick clearance is realized.
The inspection is carried out in different areas according to different services in the site, and professional targeted inspection can be carried out by effectively matching with relevant inspection equipment and inspection personnel. The inspection result data is recorded by the system, and subsequent tracing, data comparison and conclusion rechecking are provided, so that safety monitoring is realized.
In one embodiment, the implementation of the present invention is illustrated by a container truck passing through a port access site, comprising the steps of:
s1, the vehicle arrives at the entrance barrier (the first barrier 20);
s2, recognizing the license plate by the license plate recognition equipment, photographing the vehicle, and generating a vehicle task by the system;
s3, submitting a customs declaration document by a driver, scanning a document bar code by a worker, acquiring and displaying customs declaration information by the system from customs, determining the information by the worker, lifting a bar by a barrier gate, and enabling a vehicle to enter a field;
s4, the truck enters an inspection area (vehicle inspection area 50), the container is inspected through the container scanning equipment, and an inspection image is generated and stored in the system;
and S4.1, finding that the goods are suspected in the checking process, submitting a suspected conclusion, and detaining the vehicle.
And S4.2, no abnormal condition exists in the inspection process, and a no-suspicion conclusion is submitted.
S5, the vehicle arrives at the exit barrier (the second barrier 40);
and S6, recognizing the license plate by the license plate recognition equipment, inquiring a vehicle task by the system, and automatically lifting the barrier if the conclusion is suspect-free.
