the temperature detection device is a temperature controller, the temperature controller is connected between the second power supply and the processing device, and the temperature controller is further used for detecting that the current water temperature is smaller than a first temperature threshold value, so that the processing device is electrically connected with the second power supply to control the operation of the processing device.
Referring to fig. 3, in an embodiment, the control method of the floor heating system includes:
and S10, detecting that the first power supply is powered off, starting the second power supply to supply power to a temperature detection device and a processing device in the floor heating system, wherein the processing device comprises a drainage device communicated with the floor heating pipe and at least one of heating devices for heating water in the floor heating pipe.
In this embodiment, the terminal of the embodiment may be a floor heating system, or may be a device for controlling the floor heating system (for example, a controller of the floor heating system).
Optionally, the underfloor heating system includes floor heating pipe, first power and second power, the first power does through connecting the commercial power the underfloor heating system power supply, the second power passes through the battery does the underfloor heating system power supply, the second power is connected with temperature-detecting device and processing apparatus electricity.
Optionally, the first power supply and the second power supply are both connected with a controller of the floor heating system, so that when the first power supply is powered off, the terminal can still continue to operate through the second power supply.
Alternatively, the path between the second power source and the controller may be normally closed, so that the controller only draws power from the first power source when the first power source is supplying power.
Optionally, a relay switch is connected between the second power supply and the controller, the relay switch is powered by the first power supply, when the first power supply is powered, the relay switch is in an open state, and a path between the controller and the second power supply is disconnected; when the first power supply is powered off, the relay switch is in a closed state, and the second power supply is electrically connected with the controller.
Optionally, when the terminal detects that the first power supply is not powered off, the first power supply is adopted to supply power to the floor heating system, and normal operation of the floor heating system is maintained through the first power supply. Meanwhile, the storage battery corresponding to the second power supply is charged through the first power supply.
Optionally, when the terminal detects that the first power supply is powered off, the second power supply is started to supply power to the temperature detection device and the processing device in the floor heating system through the second power supply. The second power supply is electrically connected with the temperature detection device, and the second power supply is electrically connected with the processing device.
The processing device in the floor heating system comprises a drainage device communicated with the floor heating pipe and at least one heating device for heating water in the floor heating pipe; further, the drain device includes at least one of a water pump (which is the first water pump) and a drain valve of the floor heating pipe.
And S20, detecting the current water temperature in the floor heating pipe through the temperature detection device.
After the first power supply is powered off, the terminal continues to supply power to the temperature detection device through the second power supply, and detects the current water temperature of water in the floor heating pipe in real time or at regular time through the temperature detection device.
And S30, controlling the processing device to operate when the current water temperature is detected to be smaller than a first temperature threshold value.
Optionally, when the current water temperature detected by the terminal is less than the first temperature threshold, it is determined that water in the floor heating pipe is likely to freeze at this time, and the processing device needs to be controlled to operate to prevent the water in the floor heating pipe from freezing in the pipeline.
Optionally, when the terminal detects that the current water temperature is less than the first temperature threshold, the terminal controls the processing device to operate.
Optionally, the first temperature threshold is greater than the freezing point temperature, and the value range of the first temperature threshold may be selected from 1 ℃ to 10 ℃.
Optionally, because the range that general floor heating pipe was laid is great, the different circumstances of temperature may appear in the water in the same underfloor heating system, consequently, when processing apparatus was the water pump of floor heating pipe intercommunication, the terminal can be and launch first water pump, made the water circulation in the floor heating pipe flow through first water pump to make the water in the floor heating pipe reach the temperature balance, in order to heat up to the pipeline that part water temperature is low.
Alternatively, when the treatment device is a heating device for heating water in the floor heating pipe, the terminal may be a control unit for controlling the operation of the heating device to heat the water in the floor heating pipe.
Alternatively, when the treatment device is a drain valve of a floor heating pipe, the termination may be opening of the drain valve to drain water from the floor heating pipe to prevent water from freezing in the pipeline. Therefore, the drainage valve of the floor heating pipe is used as the processing device, and the function of effectively saving electric energy can be achieved.
It should be noted that when the drain valve is opened at the terminal for draining, the stop valve of the floor heating system can be closed at the same time, so as to prevent water from flowing into the floor heating pipe again.
Optionally, the temperature detection device is a temperature controller, which is a series of automatic control elements that are physically deformed inside the switch according to the temperature change of the working environment to generate some special effects and generate on or off actions, and is also called a temperature control switch and a temperature protector, and is called a temperature controller for short.
Further, a temperature controller is connected between the second power source and the processing device as a switch between the second power source and the processing device. When the temperature controller detects that the current water temperature is greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold value, the circuit between the second power supply and the processing device is disconnected; when the temperature controller detects that the current water temperature is smaller than the first temperature threshold value, a circuit between the second power supply and the processing device is closed, so that the processing device is electrically connected with the second power supply to control the operation of the processing device. Like this, when present temperature is greater than or equal to first temperature threshold, in whole underfloor heating system, the second power only needs to supply power for temperature controller, can realize that the temperature detects to and whether control processing apparatus operates, thereby play the effect of effective saving electric energy.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 9, taking the processing device as the drain valve 100 as an example, the floor heating system further includes a temperature controller 110, and when the temperature controller 110 detects that the current water temperature is greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold, the circuit between the second power supply and the drain valve 100 is disconnected; when the temperature controller 110 detects that the current water temperature is less than the first temperature threshold, the circuit between the second power supply and the drain valve 100 is closed, so that the processing device is electrically connected with the second power supply to control the operation of the drain valve 100, so that the drain valve 100 is opened and drains water.
In an embodiment, when the first power supply is detected to be powered off, the second power supply is started to supply power to a temperature detection device and a processing device in the floor heating system, wherein the processing device comprises at least one of a water pump communicated with the floor heating pipe, a water drain valve of the floor heating pipe and a heating device for heating water in the floor heating pipe; detecting the current water temperature in a floor heating pipe of the floor heating system through the temperature detection device; and controlling the processing device to operate when the current water temperature is detected to be smaller than a first temperature threshold value. Therefore, the problem that the floor heating pipe is cracked due to icing of water in the floor heating pipe cannot be solved when the local heating system is powered off.
In still another embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 3, after the step of detecting the current water temperature in the floor heating pipe by the temperature detecting device, the method further includes:
and S40, starting the water pump and operating for a first preset time when the current water temperature is detected to be smaller than a first temperature threshold value.
In this embodiment, when detecting that the current water temperature is less than the first temperature threshold value, can be the power supply for first water pump through the second power to it is first for predetermineeing duration to launch first water pump operation, and with the water circulation flow in making the floor heating pipe through first water pump, thereby makes the water in the floor heating pipe reach the temperature balance, in order to warm up to the pipeline that part water temperature is low.
Optionally, the first preset time period may be a preset fixed time period (a value of the first preset time period may range from 3 hours to 5 hours); the first preset time period may also be determined according to the electric quantity of the second power supply, and the more the remaining electric quantity of the second power supply, the longer the first preset time period.
Further, the first preset time is longer than or equal to the time required by one-time circulation of water in the pipeline of the floor heating system.
Optionally, after the first preset time period, if it is detected that the current water temperature is greater than or equal to the first temperature threshold (i.e., the temperature is raised through water circulation), the first water pump is turned off, and at this time, the drain valve does not need to be opened to drain water. Therefore, the misjudgment of the actual water temperature caused by the unbalanced water temperature in the floor heating system can be avoided, and meanwhile, the drainage measures are avoided as far as possible, so that the effect of effectively saving water resources is achieved.
Optionally, after a first preset time, if it is still detected that the current water temperature is less than the first temperature threshold, the drain valve is opened to drain water in the floor heating pipe, so as to prevent water from freezing in the pipeline of the floor heating pipe.
Alternatively, when the drain valve is opened to drain, the first water pump may be kept running, so that the drainage speed of the water in the pipeline may be increased.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the method of step S40 may be implemented by: the floor heating system further comprises a time delay relay 120, the time delay relay 120 being arranged in the circuit between the second power source (not shown) and the drain valve 100 as a second switch of the circuit between the second power source and the drain valve 100. Meanwhile, a temperature controller 110 is further provided in the circuit between the second power source and the drain valve 100 as a first switch of the circuit between the second power source and the drain valve 100; the circuit between the second power source and the first water pump 50 is also provided with a temperature controller 110 as a circuit switch between the second power source and the first water pump 50.
The delay time of the delay relay is a first preset time, timing is started when the current water temperature is smaller than a first temperature threshold value, and after the timing is finished, the delay relay closes a second switch of a circuit between a second power supply and the drain valve. The second power supply will only supply power to the drain valve when the first switch and the second switch of the circuit between the second power supply and the drain valve are closed simultaneously.
Optionally, when the first power supply is powered off, the second power supply supplies power to the temperature controller, and the temperature controller detects the current water temperature. When the temperature controller detects that the current water temperature is smaller than the first temperature threshold value, a circuit between the second power supply and the first water pump is closed, the second power supply supplies power to the first water pump, the first water pump starts to operate, the time delay relay starts to time at the moment, the first switch of the circuit between the second power supply and the drain valve is closed, and the second switch of the circuit between the second power supply and the drain valve is still in an open state.
Further, after the time delay relay delays the first preset time, the first switch of the circuit between the second power supply and the drain valve is closed. At this moment, if present temperature is greater than or equal to first temperature threshold, then the first switch of circuit between temperature controller control second power and the drain valve is opened again, then the circuit switch between second power and the first water pump is opened again to the temperature controller that corresponds with first water pump, then, first water pump stop operation, and the drain valve is not opened, make the terminal can realize after first predetermined duration, if detect present temperature is greater than or equal to first temperature threshold (through the hydrologic cycle intensification promptly), then close first water pump, also need not to open the drain valve drainage this moment.
If after the time delay relay delays for the first preset time, the current water temperature is still less than the first temperature threshold, then the first switch and the second switch of the circuit between the second power supply and the drain valve are closed simultaneously, the second power supply supplies power for the drain valve, the drain valve is opened, so that the terminal can be realized after the first preset time, the current water temperature is less than the first temperature threshold, then the drain valve is opened, so as to discharge the water in the floor heating pipe.
Therefore, the second power supply only needs to supply power for the temperature controller and the time delay relay, and control (namely control whether the first water pump and the drainage valve operate) of the first water pump and the drainage valve can be achieved, so that the effect of effectively saving electric energy is achieved.

In this embodiment, the first temperature threshold is greater than the second temperature threshold, and the second temperature threshold is greater than the freezing point temperature, and the value range of the second temperature threshold may be selected from 1 ℃ to 5 ℃.
The terminal may execute the step of starting the water pump and operating for a first preset time period when detecting that the current water temperature is less than the first temperature threshold and when the current water temperature is greater than the second temperature threshold. The second power supply supplies power to the first water pump, so that the first water pump is started to operate for a first preset time, water in the floor heating pipe flows in a circulating mode through the first water pump, water in the floor heating pipe reaches water temperature balance, and partial low-water-temperature pipelines are heated. And after the first preset time, judging whether the drain valve needs to be opened.
And if the terminal detects that the current water temperature is less than or equal to the second temperature threshold value, the drain valve is directly opened to drain the water in the floor heating pipe, so that the water is prevented from freezing in the pipeline of the floor heating pipe. Alternatively, when the drain valve is opened to drain, the first water pump may be kept running, so that the drainage speed of the water in the pipeline may be increased.
In another embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, after the step of detecting the current water temperature in the floor heating pipe by the temperature detecting device based on the above embodiments of fig. 3 to 5, the method further comprises:

And judging whether the drain valve needs to be opened or not after the first preset time.
Optionally, the controller detects that the weather forecast information does not meet the preset condition, and directly opens the drain valve to drain water in the floor heating pipe, so as to prevent water from freezing in the pipeline of the floor heating pipe. Alternatively, when the drain valve is opened to drain, the first water pump may be kept running, so that the drainage speed of the water in the pipeline may be increased.
Optionally, the preset condition is that the outdoor environment temperature in a future preset time period in which the weather forecast information is broadcast is greater than a third temperature threshold. If the outdoor environment temperature in the future preset time period is greater than the third temperature threshold, judging that the weather forecast information meets the preset condition; and if the outdoor environment temperature in the future preset time period is less than or equal to the third temperature threshold, judging that the weather forecast information does not meet the preset condition.
It should be noted that the weather forecast information obtained from the server may include outdoor environment temperature information in a preset time in the future.
Wherein the third temperature threshold can be selected as a freezing temperature; the future preset time period can be set according to the actual situation, such as three days in the future, seven days in the future and the like.
