In one possible embodiment, the movable support arm 18 has a recess in which the tubing tie strip 15 is partially received, the tubing 32 may be supported on the movable support arm 18 when the tubing tie strip 15 is wound or released by the winding mechanism, and both the tubing tie strip 15 and the movable support arm 18 support each of the tubing 32, preventing the tubing tie strip 15 from pinching the tubing 32, and extending the useful life of the tubing tie strip 15.
Referring to fig. 4, in a possible embodiment, the movable supporting arm 18 is provided with a first fixing hole and a second fixing hole; and a third fixing hole is formed in the horizontal beam 6. In the limiting state, the locking pin 21 penetrates through the first fixing hole and the third fixing hole; in the unloaded state, the locking pin 21 penetrates the second fixing hole and the third fixing hole. When the operator adjusts the state of the movable support arm 18, the operator only needs to pull out the locking pin 21, rotate the movable support arm 18, and then insert the locking pin 21 for fixing.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, in one possible embodiment, the small pipe handling tipper includes a discharge lifting arm 22 and a discharge drive; the unloading lifting arm 22 is arranged on the horizontal beam 6; one end of the unloading lifting arm 22 close to the vertical beam 7 is a free end. The discharge drive is in driving connection with the free end and is capable of driving the free end to rise so that the discharge lifting arm 22 tilts to discharge the pipe 32. Wherein, the horizontal beam 6 is provided with a groove, and the unloading lifting arm 22 can be embedded in the groove, so that the space is not occupied, and the loading and containing of the pipe 32 are not influenced.
In a possible embodiment, the discharge drive comprises a discharge drive rod 23, a discharge gear 24, a pressure gear 25 and a discharge chain 26. The discharging transmission rod 23 is rotatably connected to the vertical beam 7, and the discharging gear 24 is connected to the discharging transmission rod 23; the pressing gear 25 is rotatably connected to the vertical beam 7; the discharge chain 26 is clamped between the pressing gear 25 and the discharge gear 24, and the discharge chain 26 is connected with the free end. The free end of the discharging lifting arm 22 can be driven to lift through the discharging chain 26 by rotating the discharging transmission rod 23.
Wherein, the end of the unloading lifting arm 22 departing from the vertical beam 7 is connected to the horizontal beam 6 through the hanging part 14. The hitching means 14 may be a movable pin connecting the discharge lifting arm 22 and the vertical beam 7. This pin has the dual function of enabling the unloading lifting arm 22 to be in hinged engagement with the vertical beam 7 and can be used for hooking the hook 12.
Referring to fig. 1, in one possible embodiment, the compact pipe handling tipper further comprises a first ratchet wrench 27 and a second ratchet wrench 28. The first ratchet wrench 27 and the second ratchet wrench 28 are sleeved on the discharging transmission rod 23; the first ratchet wrench 27 is fixed to the vertical beam 7. In the above solution, the two ratchet wrenches are the same in function, the handle part of the first ratchet wrench 27 is fixed on the vertical beam through screws, and the first ratchet wrench 27 can prevent the reverse rotation of the discharge transmission rod 23 when the vertical reciprocating driving is performed. The operator can break the discharge drive link 23 by holding the second ratchet wrench 28 with his hand to raise and lower the free end of the discharge lifting arm 22. The structure of the ratchet wrench belongs to the prior art, and the structure of the ratchet wrench is not described in the application, and the structure of the ratchet wrench on the market can be referred to specifically.
A control handle 35 is arranged on the vertical beam 7 of the dumper, and a forward key and a backward key are arranged on the control handle 35. The vertical beam 7 of the dumper is also provided with a charging control button 34, and the charging control button 34 is electrically connected with the winding mechanism.
In one specific embodiment, the upper main frame and the movable support arm 18 of the dump truck are welded by 100 x 4.8 x 5.3 channel steel and reinforced connecting steel plates, and the lower subframe and the dump lift arm 22 are welded by 65 x 40 x 4.8 channel steel and reinforced connecting steel plates.
The following provides a work progress of small-size tubular product transport tipper of this application, specifically includes following step:
step 1, referring to fig. 1, a small-sized pipe carrying dump truck is aligned to the middle of a stacked pipe 32 in parallel and a hand brake 33 is tightened;
step 2, arranging a pipe binding strip 15 around a pipe 32, and hanging a hook 12 at the end part of the pipe binding strip 15 on the vertical beam 7;
step 3, operating a charging control button 34, starting a winding mechanism, and driving a pipe binding strip 15 to pocket a pipe 32 to be loaded;
step 4, operating the charging control button 34 to tighten the pipe binding strip 15 until the limiting clamp 30 touches the limiting mechanical rod 16, and automatically stopping the winding mechanism, wherein each pipe 32 is positioned in the pipe accommodating area;
step 5, pulling out the locking pin 21 on the movable supporting arm 18, rotating the two movable supporting arms 18 upwards until the movable supporting arms 18 are upwards at 90 degrees, and inserting the locking pin 21 again to fix the movable supporting arms 18;
step 6, referring to fig. 6, the hand brake 33 is loosened, and the control handle of the dump truck is operated to start transporting the pipe 32;
step 7, as shown in fig. 7, when the pipe 32 is unloaded, the hand brake 33 is tightened, the two locking pins 21 are pulled out, the movable supporting arm 18 is lowered downwards, the two locking pins 21 are inserted again, the loading control button 34 is operated, the winding mechanism gradually releases the pipe binding strip 15, the second ratchet wrench 28 is operated to lift the unloading lifting arm 22 to an inclined state, so that the pipe 32 slides to the pre-paved sleeper 31 under the action of gravity, the hook 12 at the end part of the pipe binding strip 15 is picked up, and the unloading is completed.

Claims (10)

1. A small-size tubular product transport tipper, its characterized in that includes:
a dump truck main body;
the support frame comprises a horizontal beam and a vertical beam, the horizontal beam is connected to the dumper body, and the vertical beam is connected to one side of the horizontal beam; a pipe accommodating area is formed between the horizontal beam and the vertical beam;
a winding mechanism including a spool disposed on the vertical beam;
one end of the pipe binding strip is wound on the winding drum, and the other end of the pipe binding strip is provided with a connecting component which is detachably connected to the horizontal beam;
the winding mechanism can drive the winding drum to rotate to wind or release the pipe binding strip so as to load or unload the pipe.
2. The small-sized pipe carrying dump truck as set forth in claim 1, wherein a hanging part is provided at one end of the horizontal beam away from the vertical beam, the connecting member comprises a hook, and the hook is detachably hung on the hanging part.
3. The small pipe handling dumper according to claim 1, wherein the winding mechanism comprises a driving part, a transmission chain and a charging transmission rod;
the feeding transmission rod is rotatably connected to the vertical beam, a feeding gear is arranged on the feeding transmission rod, and the transmission chain is sleeved on the feeding gear and the driving part;
two winding drums are connected to the charging transmission rod, and pipe binding strips are wound on the two winding drums respectively.
4. The small-sized pipe carrying dump truck according to claim 1, wherein a limit clamp is arranged on the pipe binding strip, and a limit mechanical rod and a travel switch are arranged on the vertical beam;
the travel switch is linked with the limiting mechanical rod, and the travel switch is electrically connected with the winding mechanism;
in the process of winding the pipe binding strip, when the limiting clamp abuts against the limiting mechanical rod, the travel switch is triggered to control the winding mechanism to stop.
5. The small-sized pipe carrying dump truck according to claim 1, further comprising a movable support arm, wherein the movable support arm is rotatably connected to one end of the horizontal beam, which is away from the vertical beam;
the movable supporting arm has a limiting state vertical to the horizontal beam and an unloading state extending from the end part of the horizontal beam in a downward inclination mode.
6. The small pipe handling dumper according to claim 5, wherein the movable support arm has a recess in which the pipe tie bar portion is received.
7. The small-sized pipe carrying dumper according to claim 5, wherein the movable supporting arm is provided with a first fixing hole and a second fixing hole; a third fixing hole is formed in the horizontal beam;
in the limiting state, the locking pin penetrates through the first fixing hole and the third fixing hole; in the unloaded state, the locking pin penetrates the second fixing hole and the third fixing hole.
8. The small-sized pipe handling dumper according to claim 1, comprising a dumping lifting arm and a dumping driving device; the unloading lifting arm is arranged on the horizontal beam; one end of the unloading lifting arm close to the vertical beam is a free end;
the discharging driving device is in transmission connection with the free end and can drive the free end to rise so as to discharge the pipe.
9. The small pipe handling dumper according to claim 8, wherein the unloading driving device comprises an unloading transmission rod, an unloading gear, a pressing gear and an unloading chain;
the discharging transmission rod is rotatably connected to the vertical beam, and the discharging gear is connected to the discharging transmission rod; the compression gear is rotatably connected to the vertical beam; the discharging chain is clamped between the pressing gear and the discharging gear, and the discharging chain is connected with the free end.
10. The small pipe handling dumper according to claim 9, further comprising a first ratchet wrench and a second ratchet wrench; the first ratchet wrench and the second ratchet wrench are sleeved on the discharging transmission rod; the first ratchet wrench is fixed to the vertical beam.
