Step two, pretreatment of the peppers:
the pepper pretreatment device comprises the following specific steps:
1) combing and sorting the dried peppers:
initially, the pedicle removing chamber is far away from the carding table 5, the carding table 5 is in an inclined state at the moment, the required dried peppers are poured at the position, close to the high end, of the carding table 5, the vibrator 4 is started, and the dried peppers enter the strip-shaped accommodating grooves 9 of the carding table 5 under the action of the vibrator 4 to realize regular sequencing.
2) Transferring the peppers:
firstly, the carding driving cylinder 3 drives the carding table 5 to be changed from an inclined state to a horizontal state, at the moment, the base 20 of the pedicle removing chamber in the pedicle removing and cutting mechanism is also in the horizontal state, and the lifting driving cylinder 23 in the pedicle removing and cutting mechanism drives the cover body 13 to move upwards integrally, so that the cover body 13 is separated from the base 20, and the distance between the cover body 13 and the base 20 is enough for the transfer mechanism to pass through.
Then, slide driving cylinder 18 drives slide seat 15 and the chamber for removing the pedicle on slide seat 15 to move close to carding station 5 until the edge of base 20 abuts against the edge of carding station 5 (the bottom of strip-shaped accommodating groove 9 on carding station 5 is flush with carding station 5, or is slightly higher than carding station 5).

The transfer motor 28 then rotates the drive rack 31 back through a small angle so that the transfer plate 27 is lifted slightly upward, the transfer plate 27 no longer abuts the hot peppers on the base 20, and the transfer drive cylinder 6 then drives the transfer frame 25 and the baffle 29 and the transfer plate 27 on the transfer frame 25 back to the carding station 5.
The lifting driving cylinder 23 drives the cover body 13 to wholly descend, the lifting driving cylinder 23 drives the cover body 13 to descend to a position between the vertical plate 131 of the cover body 13 and the base 20, a capsicum pedicle extending opening 1310 can be formed just, and the pedicle of the dried capsicum on the surface of the base 20 of the pedicle removing chamber is just positioned in the capsicum pedicle extending opening 1310.
The sliding driving cylinder 18 drives the sliding seat 15 and the pedicle removing chamber on the sliding seat 15 to move away from the carding table 5 and return to the original position, after the pedicle removing and segmenting mechanism is far away from the carding table 5, the carding table 5 returns to the inclined state again, the vibrator 4 is started, and the peppers in each strip-shaped accommodating groove 9 on the carding table 5 are sorted in a rule again under the action of the vibrator 4.
3) Removing the base of the hot pepper:
the swing driving motor 36 drives the swing plate 14 to incline to the left, so as to drive the whole pedicle removing chamber to incline to the left, the pedicle removing driving cylinder 12 drives the left pedicle removing cutter 121 to descend, the pedicle removing cutter 121 is attached to the left pedicle extension hole 1310 to move, and the pedicle extending out of the left pedicle extension hole 1310 is cut off. The swing driving motor 36 drives the swing plate 14 to incline, then drives the pedicle removing chamber to incline rightwards, the pedicle removing driving cylinder 12 drives the right pedicle removing cutter 121 to descend, the pedicle removing cutter 121 is attached to the right pedicle extension opening 1310 to move, and the pedicle extending out of the right pedicle extension opening 1310 is cut off. The cut capsicum stems fall into the capsicum stem collecting tank 17.
Thereby, the pedicle removal of the capsicum in the pedicle removing chamber is completed.
4) Removing ash from the hot pepper:
after the pedicel cutting is finished, the air blower 7 and the suction fan 26 are started simultaneously, after the pedicel of the dried peppers is finished, air is blown into the pedicel removing chamber through the air blower 7, dust on the surface of the pedicel-removed dried peppers can be blown up, and then the blown-up dust is sucked out of the pedicel removing chamber through the suction fan 26. Moreover, when the air blower 7 blows air into the pedicel removing chamber, the dried peppers in the pedicel removing chamber can be turned over through air flow, and the dust removal effect is good.
According to the invention, the surface of the hot pepper is subjected to dust removal treatment after the hot pepper is subjected to pedicle removal and before the hot pepper is cut off, so that the influence of dust on the test result is reduced.
5) Cutting the peppers into sections:
after the ash is removed, the lifting driving cylinder 23 drives the whole cover body 13 to slightly descend until the vertical plate 131 blocks the extending opening 1310 of the pepper base, and at this time, the discharging opening 33 on the horizontal plate 132 is aligned with the discharging opening 2020 on the top discharging plate 202 of the base 20.
The cutting cylinder drives the cutting knife 35 to descend, and the dried peppers in the cover body 13 are cut into pepper sections.
5) Blanking of a pepper section:
and starting the air blower 7, and blowing the pepper sections out of the cover body 13 through the feed opening 33 and the discharge opening 2020 by the air blower 7, so as to realize blanking.
And repeating the steps 2) to 5) to obtain a plurality of pepper sections.
6) Drying and crushing the pepper sections: after the cut dry peppers are discharged from a discharging opening 33 of a base removing chamber, the pepper sections are transferred to a dryer and dried for about 30min at the temperature of 50 ℃ until the moisture is less than or equal to 15%, then the dried pepper sections are taken out and transferred to a crusher, the dry peppers are crushed and sieved by a 40-mesh sieve to obtain dry pepper powder, and the dry pepper powder is divided into a plurality of parts, wherein each part is about 50 g.
Step three, extracting the fragrant substances of the hot pepper
A simultaneous distillation extraction method (SDE) is adopted to extract the fragrant substances of the peppers from each part of pepper powder, and the adopted instrument is a simultaneous distillation extraction device in the prior art.
Step four, measuring and analyzing the fragrant substances of the peppers
The aroma substances of the peppers are measured and analyzed by adopting a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS method), and an instrument is a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry instrument (GCMS-QP2010, Nippon Jinshima).
Example two
The difference between this embodiment and the first embodiment is: in this embodiment, the suction fan 26 in the first embodiment is not provided, and the pretreatment of the pepper in this embodiment does not have a deashing step, and the pepper is directly cut into segments after the base of the pepper is removed.
As shown in fig. 13, in the present embodiment, a plurality of pepper positioning grooves 203 are formed on the upper surface of the base 20, and the pepper positioning grooves 203 are in the same structure as the strip-shaped accommodating grooves 9 on the carding table 5 and are in one-to-one correspondence. Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 13, the bottom shape of the segment cutter 35 matches the shape of the strip-shaped accommodation groove 9.

the carding sequencing mechanism comprises a carding table and a vibrator arranged on the carding table, a plurality of parallel strip-shaped accommodating grooves are formed in the upper surface of the carding table, a baffle is arranged at one end, close to the stem removing and cutting mechanism, of the carding table, and the baffle can move in the height direction of the carding table;
the base removing and cutting mechanism comprises a base removing chamber which can be close to and far away from the carding table, the base removing chamber comprises a base and a cover body which can move vertically along the base, the side wall of the cover body is formed by two opposite longitudinal plates and two opposite transverse plates in a surrounding mode, when the bottoms of the two transverse plates are in sealed contact with the base, a strip-shaped hot pepper base extending port is formed between the bottoms of the two longitudinal plates and the base, and a base removing cutter which can move in a mode of being attached to the hot pepper base extending port is arranged on the outer side face of the cover body; the cover body is internally provided with a section cutting knife which can lift along the height direction of the cover body, and the pedicle removing cutting knife and the section cutting knife are arranged along the length direction of the pedicle removing chamber;
the transfer mechanism is used for transferring the hot pepper on the carding table to the base when the cover body of the pedicle removing chamber is far away from the base.

9. The method for detecting the fragrant substances in the peppers is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
pretreating capsicum;
extracting a pepper fragrant substance;
measuring and analyzing a pepper flavor substance;
the pepper pretreatment step is used for processing the complete dried pepper into dried pepper powder which is sieved by a 40-mesh sieve, and the pepper aroma substance detection equipment as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8 is adopted.
10. The method for detecting capsicum aroma according to claim 9, wherein in the step of extracting capsicum aroma, simultaneous distillation extraction method is adopted to extract capsicum aroma from the capsicum powder which has undergone the step of pretreating capsicum.
